It was my first time, I had to get a recall part replaced on my truck and just from the initial call until the actual date of service I felt every individual made sure my request no matter how big or small it was was met. So that I did not wait for the completion of the work, they called me an Uber so that I would go home and return when they finish.😉 They also washed my car after the repair was completed😲. This was my first experience with the service center at South Charlotte Chevrolet and it was PHENOMENAL! I am thrilled with how quickly I was scheduled for an appointment, how fantastic the staff was at finding out that my fix was actually covered by an unknown to me recall that where I purchased the vehicle from did not share, and the repair, while extensive, was completed quicker than anticipated. I will, without question, only get my suburban serviced at South Charlotte Chevrolet!

This is my second time coming here. My first was a lease. I was contacted by Phylisha Goode advising my lease was up and available for upgrade. We completed the whole process over the phone. It took less than an hour even though I financed this time around. When I came in to pick up my new truck, all the paperwork was done and I was in and out in about an hour. Phylisha made this the best car buying experience EVER!!!! She is amazing!!!

While you did handle the issues with my car, I was there for 2 hours and 45min and I had an appointment. I was on time for my appointment, actually a few minutes early and still waited that long. I only needed a state inspection, and the air pressure sensors for my tires to be re-set. One sensor was broken, and I told them I thought this was the case, and I wasnt updated on the fact is was broken until 1.5hrs into my time there. The staff was wonderful, the lady that helped me was great, I just feel the time it took to do the little bit of work I needed was excessive. My time is valuable, as is yours, this is why I thought making an appointment would avoid the long wait.

OMG!! Where can I begin… the sales staff and the entire team at CHEVROLET OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE is amazing. There was one sales lady in particular Phylicia Goode was amazing…she was so professional, kind and open and honest about my car buying options. I especially loved how PHYLICIA GOODE was so respectful of my time and my coins :}. Even the receptionist Gwen was friendly. I can’t wait to do business with them again! The whole vibe at Chevrolet of South Charlotte was nice and welcoming. Awesome experience! Unbelievably smooth transaction. The staff works as a well oiled machine They were: Professional, precise, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We began our purchase over the phone from over 200miles away with Shannon F.the sales manager he gave us an offer and took the application and all the legal info via scan, etc. .Technology to the rescue :) Shannon gave us an offer we couldnt refuse a Honda CR-V touring..we had looked for on several other sites South Charlotte Chevrolet had the BEST!We drove down to seal the deal and The salesman Josh H aka 3 piece met us to take a test drive, Josh had an extensive knowledge of the cars features, etc. Hes a real asset to this dealership. The experience I had with all of those that helped me was for lack of a better word, flawless. I was greeted, assisted right away, provided updates and details thru the entire process and got the perfect car! EV specialist has vast knowledge of the Bolt and explained everything. Gave me opportunity to ask questions and made himself available to answer any questions after the purchase. Russell in finance was excellent and courteous, walked thru the process in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. While at the dealership, I watched several people and everyone seemed to go out of their way to insure that no customer was waiting too long without updates and no one was left in any office while a deal was made - my first Chevrolet - thanks guys!

I tried to call for updates on my vehicle 4 times, no one in service picked up and I was sent to a voicemail that was full. I asked for an oil change and was given one for over $225 (but never given options or told what this very expensive oil change would do for me). The app told me my Tahoe would be done by 6PM the day I brought it in, it was not and no one contacted me to tell me when it would be complete.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Myself, my husband, and our two small children traveled 1 hour + to visit this dealership. We called ahead of time and even made an appointment to be seen once we were there. We arrived at our scheduled appointment time and was then told the vehicle was sold. When we asked to speak with the lady Jennifer we had been dealing with we were told she was gone, when asked to speak with the sales manager Shannon that our appointment text had told us she would be “looking forward to meeting us” we were told to she was also gone. The departments at this store do not communicate at all, and they do not know what is going on within the dealership. The white, bald man (I did not get his name nor did he offer it-once again so unprofessional) that was there when we arrived was unapologetic to say the least and after we told him about our dilemma he did not even offer an apology. I think this dealership needs a lesson in learning that they work for the customers and without us they would not meet there goals of sales. Instead, we were made to feel like the dealership in a whole did not need our sale. We will never return. (I think it goes without saying we drove 1 hour+ just to turn around empty handed)!

I was looking for a new truck I contact South Charlotte Chevrolet to see what they had in stock. I talked to Erin about what I was looking for and at the time they didn’t have the truck I wanted. So she put me in contact the Darrell about buying my truck. He made me a great offer on it. At the end of the day I was able to find the truck in wanted in SC. So when I call Darrell back to tell me I was going to work with a different dealership. He was happy I found the truck I wanted. Very nice people and maybe in the future we can do business.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was also time for my 50,000 mile service. The technician explained what was involved in that, and I agreed to do it. I have a service plan with a coupon book. She entered that information into their system so that I won’t have to use the coupon book in the future. I was under the impression that they already had that information since I always have my routine maintenance and service done there. The waiting area is spacious with a TV and complimentary water. There is also outdoor seating in the shade with benches which I prefer as almost nobody is using masks. The service took about 2.5 hours and they will wash your car for you.

The rep did not communicate the issue with my Vehicle. I brought my truck there back in April and had the work done. Ever since my truck makes a popping noise when I turn. I took it to a shop to get tires the mechanic there told me to take it back to the dealership and I did. When I pick it up all I was told was something was loose and that was it. My truck still makes the noise. I am H hesitant to bring it back I feel like if I did I would have to take it some where to make sure you did the work

Pleasantly surprised. The last car I purchased was with Subaru in 2006. It was a high pressure experience for sure. This experience was completely different. I had a morning appointment on 2-27-21, and was instructed to ask for the sales manager. My daughter was with me. From the moment we arrived at the dealership and Joshua asked if he could help us everything flowed very comfortably. Joshua was gracious, extremely patient (especially with all the questions about the technology), which was a huge learning curve for both of us, and really treated us like family. Thank God he showed us the Trail Blazer, it is perfect for me. I came to see an Equinox thinking that was what I really wanted. However when I drove it, it was not comfortable for me. It was depressing because I really liked the look of it and the feel of the drive, just couldnt get comfortable driving it.The finance manager (Russell) was also very kind as he explained all the warranty options to me. I will always recommend this dealership to anyone I know who mentions looking for a car.

I made the appointment with a very professional Customer Service Representative. I arrived at 7:15 a.m and was greeted by a professionally dressed young man who confirmed all my information, told me about the courtesy services ( tire rotation and a car wash) and directed me to a waiting area pointed out the Coffee Counter (at 7:10 a.m it is needed). When you describe the services you need to be done for you prior to coming to your Repair Department, you are required to re-give the same information. Once the service is complete, part of what I needed was not complete: Requested the front camera to be fixed, which was done. But as for the air conditioner (AC), nothing was done, they told me they only cleaned it up while I was told they would repair it as indicated on the Check service bill.The first time I paid $300 for the check service, and the second time for the same service I paid again $300 which rounded the amount up to $840 including the cluster. I think I will no more, never bring my car your to your services again. I would rather go where the services are much reasonable

My son and I spent the entire day on Veterans day car shopping for me. Of course it rained off on throughout the day. I took the messy weather as a great sign from God because what better way to check the handling of the car, any potential leaks and the tires. This was our 2nd stop and really liked the car but I was sure to follow through with my due diligence by test driving each car on my list before deciding. After the 5th test drive my list was complete. We returned to South Charlotte Chevrolet to once look at what would become my new vehicle. We were met outside by Sales Professional Ali El Ali all masked up and anticipating a deal. We were tired but hopeful. Negotiations began almost immediately which Im not fond of but my son is very familiar with and pretty good at it while maintaining integrity. Johnathan Hill is that kind of guy! Although we were going back and forth I knew this was my car and it would be sold at the price we needed it to be. Shannon the sales manager came and did his thing and a deal was made. The process of the day and all of the days leading up to this with the research and working with CarGurus was worth it to walk out of this dealership with a clean carfax on the vehicle I wanted. It turns out Mr. Ali is a very nice person happily married with 3 adult children that he obviously loves. Hes a salesman by trade but easy to work with and we actually enjoyed talking with him. I recommend this dealership for your next purchase, just come armed with knowledge of the vehicle you want and prepared to negotiate a FAIR deal. My experience with the service department wasn’t so great. Had an appointment for 8am, vehicle was ready at 11.30am but service advisor AJ did not bother to call me. He says he was told by service manager to let the sales department call because of an issue with the part that was to be installed. Sales never called so when i called there around 4:30 i was told my car had been ready at 11:30. They never let the parts department know the part was for the driver side/ left side of the vehicle and that part doesn’t come on left side. No one called me when the part had arrived i had to call them and then the part would not fit that side of vehicle and it just seemed like training camp with a bunch of rookies in service. Sales department was excellent. I saw the vehicle i wanted and sales guy Ali and Finance Manager Russell went above and beyond to make it happen.

If I had to do it again I would. Quen answered my phone call late on a Friday night, he was very easy to work with and extremely professional. The conversation struck a cord and I went in the next morning to talk through the options of purchasing a 2021 Traverse. He paid close attention to my wife, daughter and Is needs and we landed on an option that would work for us. To make the deal work for us we also spoke with Shannon, the GM, who was also so polite and sincere. We were thrilled to land on an agreement that met our needs and budget.The car was delivered from out of state so there was a little wait time and we were kept up to date by Quen every step of the way. He really did go above and beyond to offer exceptional service from the first call to the very end when we got our car, and then some when I ordered all weather mats and he personally delivered them to my office! Talk about top notch!We also met Chris in their Finance department who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Easy, professional and personable are the words that come to mind, very thorough in explaining and not pushy AT ALL. We enjoyed meeting more of the team, like Stephen who gave me a full walk through tutorial of the vehicle.Its hard to find great people, its harder to build a team of great people. Steve was AMAZING. He asked me questions of what I wanted and found the PERFECT vehicle for me. I had lots of anxiety and he calmed me throughout the entire process! He told me everything was going to be alright and made it happen. Everyone was so friendly all the way down to when I signed my paperwork. I scheduled a oil change for my 2021 Tahoe. This was Saturday April 3rd. After getting my oil changed, I noticed a loud ticking noise from the engine. I rescheduled a follow up appointment and another one. Seems like nobody knows anything! I left today very dissatisfied and disappointed. Probably will look for another Chevrolet dealership in Charlotte.
