I believe it is something faulty going on in this store. An associate purposely didnt give me my receipt and then when I returned my item there was no evidence of my purchase. Tried to give me a $50 gift card for a $100 purchase made 4 days prior to return. Cops(CMPD) we called I have evidence of all claims. The mall manager spoke with someone, the associates who refused to rectify the situation gave my full refund for the mall manager in cash.I would still like to talk to higher management in this situation. The customer service was great. The young man was very helpful and gave me good information, even though I didnt make the purchase.

I highly recommend Mike at the Northlake location. He helped me out big time with an online order. I will be a returning customer. Great selection and customer service.

The chance outlet was okay. I definitely put wouldnt put it in the top notch when it comes down to bargain stores. Although it was an outlet the prices were pretty average when it came down to chance clothing and sneakers.
