Great clearance sale. Lots of designer items to choose from. Unfortunately they are going out of business at this location.

My daughter just drove an hour to go to Wilsons Leather because its listed as open with in store shopping. It is permanently closed and is empty of merchandise.

Good place for your jacket and coat needs

A wide selection of leather items. The prices are still fairly high, and the workers are rarely helpful.

The incident took place when I was with a friend who had purchased a bag and we were at the cash counter. One of the staff members at the counter suggested us to buy the leather protectant spray they have at display. After I declined to purchase the item another staff member advised me to buy it again. I informed him that I have the same product that I purchased from them the last time. After declining a few times, other staff members joined in the conservation. It is very uncomfortable when 4 staff members force you to buy a product, which you dont even need.After this I had to firmly decline. To which one of the staff member with whom I have interacted multiple times and have purchased several products from, commented to other staff that the customer is arrogant, she knows better and no need to help her. The staff members tone was very demeaning. First of all I dont understand how can a staff member treat a customer like this and secondly I only declined a product, which I already have. I felt very insulted and disrespected by the behavior of the 4 staff members present and would never purchase from the same store again. It was horrible customer service.

Very expensive store selling now mostly partially or fully polyurethane products. Very few and expensive full leather products.Outlet mall Summary: most stores at the larger and more modern Simon outlet malls are going to be more expensive. Even Older outlet malls by Simon are going to have better deals and worth the travel.

Wilsons had always been my favorite store. Theyre sales people are the best, and there selection is top notch. Dont let the name fool you . They have so many non leather coats for people that wont where animal materiels.

There is a Wilsons Leather I shopped - in the Tanger outlets in Long Island NY I think I have about 7 Beautiful Bags from them ! !!!!! I’m so very happy to find them so close ‼️

I always love stopping in when Im at the outlet malls. Jeannie is a wonderful manager and its always a pleasure to see her.

Second time visiting the store and once again found a great Michael Kors coat for my wife

I love getting my coats from here. The staff is usually helpful and giving the right amount of space while you shop, and the coats are unique, long-lasting, and stylish.

Every year I have bought at least 2 leather jackets during Thanksgiving. Best time to shop for jackets and the branded leather bags . Bought Guess leather mens and womens jackets, trench coats and purses at 70% discount.

Disrespectful and arrogant staff. I would recommend going to a different Wilson Leather store.

The staff member Joey was rude and told my fiancé that she was ignorant and an idiot after she had tried to return a mother’s day present which I had purchased for her then refuse to give her her belongings back and tried to tell her she wouldn’t receive the full refund for the item but would receive forty dollars for it because that’s all the purse was worth which mind you the purse cost me one hundred and twenty dollars and then after he told her that promptly called security I called this morning to follow up with the manager to see if the issue could be handled by someone with a little more common sense and she told me she was on the phone with Joey the whole time which I guess I’ll add to the list of lies I was told last night all in all I won’t be doing business there again they are rude and spew nothing but lies
