I wish I could leave a zero. Something is always wrong with all the washers and dryers. On top of that you can only use a card to use the washer and dryers. It wouldnt be that bad but unfortunately there is always something wrong with the machine that refills the card. It ate $20 and put no value on my card. Also the machine that reloads the card doesnt accept dollar bills. Only $5, $10, or $20 . Plus the machine is in the apartment complex office so I cant refill the card after 4 p.m. or Sundays.

They make impossible to get refund on the website, after 25 min waiting they answered the phone call but they wont tell you how much $ you have on the cards and they ask you to MAIL the cards to TEXAS so they will verify how much credit you have and send u a check but good luck waiting for that

I had multiple, very expensive items damaged in these machines. Please please please if you can, run. Find another way to wash your clothes because the staff were so unhelpful and I HAD to settle on almost half what the clothes were worth after I previously had multiple staff say oh yes you will get your check on the amount soon. I’m very disappointed in the lack of integrity. Clothes are expensive and I hate to sound like it but those were not cheap brands. Do not get services from here

Probably lost over $30 wasting money in broken machines and hours of my life moving clothes around to find a machine that works. Clothes are never completely dry.

**Beware** this is the worst company to deal with when you are renting appliances. My dryer stopped working and after four phone calls, two with supervisors and two technician repair visits my dryer still does not work properly. The inability of the customer service department the technicians and management to address, correct and follow up on issues is astounding. Do Not pay for this service it is not worth it!!

They are overpriced and underserviced. They never come and clean or any other service, yet they have raised the price 3x in less than 5 years. they were overpriced from the beginning. You dont pay a water bill and never service the machines. This is a Senior building with many on limited, and most on fixed incomes. We are being robbed daily without a gun.

If only I could leave lower than 1 star. Everyone in my complex has been complaining about the dryer for months. Funny thing is it worked great up until about 6 months ago. We have called and complained, emailed and complaines. Yet they say no issue found Which tells me they must have rigged it so that it wouldnt dry loads in one cycle, so that way they could steal more of our money. Good job guys, really.
