I am currently working on a project for Holloween and have limited time. I went to Staples on October 12 after 5 pm and Peter and Tamera helped me accomplish my goal! I am not very tech savvy! They were both so patient with me and walked me through the steps I was trying to achieve. They were so nice and accommodating and did not judge me for lack of tech knowledge! I will definitely be back! Thank you staples for having such great employees!!!

TSA precheck service - there was a huge line because the other two Charlotte/Rock Hill offices were closed. The young woman handled it with patience and poise. She was kind and professional. I was just in awe with how she handled herself! Really impressive.

Went in to do my TSA precheck... i got the early just as the store opened up. The young lady (Asia) took me into the office and performed my Background check very quickly before her office was even open. True customer service, very friendly and professional.

Lists a 10400f on the website stating that its available, charges me, makes me wait, and then tells me that its not in stock. Wonderful! Now I have to wait a week or two because my credit card wont have the sufficient amount of money until they return the charge.Thanks for wasting my time.

Parking is often a challenge. Used to have more inventory. Copy center is often crowded and expensive. (The nearby Office Depot has a lower cost for the same service - single side, color, folded copies.) Accepts electronics for recycling, which is wonderful, but no longer gives a receipt due to COVID-19, which makes no sense.

They do not update the system when they receive an item at the store and do not send any notification to the customer that the store pickup order is ready. Also, they dont pickup the phone calls.

Went to print a document from my cellphone... The person that was supposed to help me, never address me, she was talking with an employee or a customer that was sitting in the counter, yes in a pandemic the employee allowed somebody to put her behind in the counter... She address me after I decided to leave... First experience of this type and believe me, it will be the last... This happened today 12/26/2020 at around 1230 to 1235...

Clean store. The print center is always busy so be prepared to either wait a while before someone can help you or you have to come back and pick it up. Seems like they might be understaffed.

I reserved reviewing the Staples COPY CENTER at this location until now but, the last three visits have been a disappointment. In the past, I had received good service from MEGAN, but have not seen her in a long time. The people working there now are slow and cannot seem to keep up with the work. I have ordered and paid extra for express service before only to be asked to leave and come back later, (so much for express) and today, my daughter went to pick up one (1) copy she ordered 2 nights ago in order to AVOID the extra fee associated with express only to be told 1 hour after appointment time that it was not ready. There is too much competition out there in the copy world to hassle with this lack of promised service.

I called this store located on Pineville-Matthews Road and requested a quote, the young lady that I spoke with provided me with the email address to send the request for a quote. She advised me to sent it to the attention of the print manager Deborah who was actually on duty at that time. I hung up and within a minute of hanging up, I sent the images. Within 3 minutes I received a response that stated someone would be contacting me shortly. That was on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. On Thursday, October 11, 2018, since I hadnt received a call back or an email, I stopped by the store and spoke with Deborah. Deborah stated that she had not received the email, and asked what time had I sent it? I told her I thought it had been around 10 or may 10:30 a.m. yesterday. She stated that their system had kept going down yesterday and didnt come back up until around 11 a.m. I opened my email and checked my messages and I received a response from them at 11:35 a.m. stating that someone would be contacting me soon. I had sent the original message at 11:32 a.m. I wish this system would allow you to give negative or minus stars, because their customer service suck! While I was there she proceeded to wait on other customers as if I wasnt there and I never really received a quote for what I asked for! The most sorriest excuse of a business I have ever encountered in my entire adult life. I wont waste my time at this store again. I will pay more at another print store before going back to this place!

Will not be shopping at a store that calls police on a very pregnant woman while she was checking out in line, and then forcing her to expose her self in the store to prove she wasnt hiding merchandise under her shirt. Thats a disgusting invasion of privacy. Its honestly mortifying to imagine being forced to lift your shirt in front of cops and a store full of people all to prove you are pregnant. Way to completely ruin someones self comfort and feeling of security.

My husband and I were in the store for 20 minutes looking at office chairs and no employee spoke to us. When we walked up to the cashier and I handed her the notebook I wanted to purchase, she looked at and only addressed my husband. She texted while my credit card was going through, not bothering to hide her phone in the least. When I reached out for my bagged purchase, she reached past me and handed it to my husband and wished him a good day without looking at me. Ive never been treated in such a sexist manner by a woman before! Never returning to this store again.

If I can give this location no stars I would. First of all, I worked at Staples for 12 years before quitting for something MUCH better. With that being said I am aware of the policy and I expect a certain type of service. Every, and I mean EVERY time I order something from the copy center there is always an issue. Machine down, no paper, too busy to get order done in the time frame first agreed upon. With all of those none of the employees has reached out via email or phone. It takes for me to come into the store to find out my order is not complete and why. Secondly, the manager Vaughn needs to undergo more training OR let go(fired). She is very unprofessional and a liar and training her empoyees to be the same. I came into the store to purchase a printer, I seen another model of the printer for the same price but it was touch screen. I told her that I wanted that printer instead since its the same price. She looked at the sign, wripped it down and said she cannot give the printer for the price on the sign because its an old sign and shes about to print the signs now. For 12 years Staples policy has been honoring the tag. If the policy has changed and I challeneged what you verbally told me, show me the policy. When I had to return the printer because I needed the bigger size and I misplaced my receipt she had her employee tell me that they cannot return the printer without the receipt. They told me that the new policy as of Christmas was no return without receipt. I pulled up the return policy, it states: Electronics CAN be returned without a receipt and will be given at the last sale price. Which was fine by me. Understand, due to the poor service I will NOT be shopping at this location EVER again. This location needs a new set of management team...The sign of hassle free returns eeds to be removed from tour locations.

I called in advance and was told to come over (around 2:30PM). Was then told by Miss Unfriendly Attitude ....I might could get it done in four hours....but youre welcome to do it yourself on the other machine ....only it doesnt do 3-hole punch paper...and its pretty slow. In other words, it wouldnt be ready in time for my meeting. And she couldnt care less. The manager was busy so I left. My friend told me UPS Stores do the same thing. I called the one near my house. They said sure, cmon over and they knocked it out of the park in less than 20 minutes ....and for 25% LESS than the Staples quote. Plus they couldnt be nicer. Bravo UPS. Boo Staples .

Terrible service by one lady . I went to this store at 8322 Pineville Matthews road, charlotte,nc, I ordered on staples online. when I arrived the lady who appeared to be of middle eastern decent possibly indian or Pakistani offered me a extended warranty I told her no and she bugged me again about it claiming it would cover the full cost of replacement I told her I dont wan it. I received my $99 acer computer monitor and went home . as I got home there was a yellow post it note it stated this is a return . I took it right back. I let her know that I bought online a brand new monitor and advised her this is fraud. The same lady from earlier said do you have the post it note ? I advsd I have it in safe keeping as evidence . She then tried to return my sale as credit to my credit card, first she said she cant find my transaction even though I let her see my phone that had the exact email order info. She called a number and finally got me a credit. I still dont see it on my card as credit this is over one hour ago. Staples isnt the problem its the lady at the store who was terrible with customer service.I was so upset I forgot to take her name but I did get a receipt from another associate there that shows a credit. I hope it shows up today. not happy with that lady, selling a returned item as brand new. the tape on the box was opened

Not only management but the Pineville police dept should be held accountable for the horrific incident that took place. Falsely accusing a pregnant mother carrying twins of shoplifting because she is Black. The police officer took the word of management did no investigation ie (view the video tape) and continued to ask the woman what she had under her shirt. This is beyond disturbing. What fools to honestly think this woman was stealing. I will never shop hear or at any other staples again. With the climate of our country this couldve ended tragically. I drove 20 miles out of my way to go to Staples..instead of the Office Depot across the street from my residence. Even though I shop at Staples often and get many rewards via my rewards card, this was my first visit to this location. Needless to say that I will NEVER RETURN!The silver-headed sales associate seemed to enjoy helping someone just before me. When she finished, she looked over me without greeting me or asking if I needed assistance as she did with the previous customer. I had to get her attention and she could not explain to me why the printer of interest was listed as on sale and in stock in that particular store (hence my reason for diving there) on the website.She was RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products in her store and UNAWARE of the websites content. I asked to speak with the manager, he did not come out, but relayed a cheap message through the sorry employee.What a horrible way to treat a customer who spends thousands yearly to supply his book keeping / income tax business.
