Just astonishingly amazing chicken. Chicken is tender, juicy, with a salty and seasoned skin. Just the right amount of grease! Fresh sides and rolls to soak up your hot sauce and chicken bits. Also try the garlic parm seasoning. I went with the two breast combo with rice and gravy and was not disappointed one bit!

Everyone talks about this fried chicken. It took me forever to try it, but we finally had it this week.Its probably not the best choice as far as social distancing goes. I thought I would beat the crowds at 4, but it was crowded. Its a small space with a lot of people crowded in it.We got three piece meals (a leg and two thighs). One we got a side of mashed potatoes and the other tater wedges. We got a mix of spicy and non-spicy.The chicken was delicious. Get the spicy. Its not really spicy, just has seasoning. The non-spicy was good as well, but not quite as good.The sides werent that memorable. The mashed potatoes were pretty good. The tater wedges werent good. The rolls werent good.Skip Prices and come here for fried chicken.

Best chicken I have had in years and it came from a gas station. WOW....great friendly people and delicious fried chicken. Like someones grandma is back there cookin.

So, why is your 24hr store closed during the early morning hours? i go there every morning and lately find the lights off on the gas pumps and no one in sight in the store! an inconvenience for your loyal early morning workers on the way to work! guess ill take my business elsewhere! what a shame!

DO NOT EAT CHICKEN HERE AT ANY COST! In fact, I would not even eat it if they paid me. Just in case you missed my review for the gas station, Ill add it here too. Its just not worth the calories. After reading and hearing about the best fried chicken in Charlotte at a gas station from Thrillist, Observer, Agenda... I had to see for myself what these crackpots were talking about. The claims were so outrageous that it just might be true. Wrong!!! In fact, this is the most expensive crappy chicken I have ever had. Coming in at nearly $2/piece, it was an utter disappointment. Publix is far better at 1/2 the cost. The only ranking their fried chicken would receive is somewhere in the top 10 worst fried chicken in the world. The chicken itself was dry and chewy. The batter was uneven and just skin in some parts. You could taste where the batter was not mixed evenly and some bites would overpower your taste buds with salt. I feel cheated and want my money back!

This place may have good fried chicken, but they will rob you blind if they made a mistake on which pump you pre paid gas for. Had prepaid for $30 gas and they applied it to the wrong pump. The attendant motioned me to come in after I had already gone in a second time to ask why the pump wasn’t working. The attendant seemed to not know what she was doing. She then said another guy got your gas and then proceeded to ask if I would take their $7 and change instead of what I had prepaid for. Of course I said no! Then after I insisted she call her manager (she was alone) who was not on the premises the manager told her to tell me to move and that they would not give me my gas or credit my account. I said they better or I would call the police the manager responded go ahead they won’t send anyone. I did call Charlotte police and sure enough the manager was correct, turns out the only option is to take them to court, of course I’ve initiated a refund from my bank. RIDICULOUS. At worst this is a form of robbery at best this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The 2 ladies that were working on 09/11/2020, lied and refused to sell me a lottery ticketing stating that the lottery was closed ... at 9:28pm... will be reporting to the lottery commission. I don’t understand why some people can’t do a simple job.

Fried chcken is good, lady behind the counter is rude as heck though...

Very good fried chicken. As good as you will get anywhere.

Good to go to to get snacks or anything else that you need including gas and hot food.
