I stay near this gas station and Ive noticed daily that as it starts to get dark at night the clerk doesnt turn on the lights outside, so it looks like the store is close. I have brought this matter to the clerk attention on duty one night but still afterward no one is cutting on the lights at night and this is danger.

Arrived 3-5 minutes to close to pump gas real quick and the person shut out all the lights out as he saw me pulling up and locked the store before midnight. If you arent gonna stay open til your hours say on the website, close earlier. I will drive the extra half mile to Shell from now.

Horrible service! I remember I use to go on a regular basis and now when I went today I remember the reason why I stopped going. Speedy has fell all the way off! If it is t rude customer service then it people who don’t know how to do there job. Speedy gets my business no more!

Me. You have no toilet paper in the men’s room. Them. Nope not until Tuesday. Thanks bud. Today is Sunday. Just close it down. OBTW. He was talking on the phone cause, you know, why not.

Awful service. One of the cashiers couldnt have even been bothered to get off her phone at work. Making the check out process excruciatingly long while the other employee was talking about stealing another customers car keys.

This place has totally gone downhill since Speedway took over Hess. This used to be my go to place for cheap gas. Yesterday, they were 7 cents higher than their competition less than 100 yards away. Many of the pumps are out of order and too bad if you want to clean your windshield while filling up, every tub was completely dry.

Came here to put gas today cashier was texting on her phone and looked at me as if I was bothering her if you dont like your job go work somewhere else

Constant issues with staff and credit/debit card processing. Store nor corporate seems to care to resolve any issues.

Clerk failed to give me my bonus points. Copped an attitude.

Another spot with poor customer service and lots of laughing and playing around while you wait to be helped. It doesnt help when the fat, white, hood supervisor does it too! Its the University area in a nutshell....sorry as hell.
