They had the coolest Masquerade masks and I grabbed one for an event I attended. The employee who assisted me was wonderful I didnt grab his name but he was patient and helped me pick out the right mask!

Great service. They Knew exactly what we needed when asked and had it in stock (skin tone tights for a pretty brown girl and a white leotard). The woman that assisted us was very kind, and all in all the prices were reasonable! Will be returning 😃

Where do I begin.Customer service with excellence.The way I received service had me feeling as if I was Iike their my family.I came all the way from Jacksonville Florida to purchase a Elmo costume,for my granddaughters 1st birthday party.From the first time I made the phone call they serve me with excellence.They even sent me home back to Jacksonville with a traveling bag. Went there to rent a purple suit for my ten year anniversary that I was spending in Vegas. I want to look FLY. The lady recomended a white one w/ black pinstripes and a hat to match. It was deffitntly the right choice. After talking at the counter for a bit. I realized that I knew one of the employees from lkn. They went out of their way to make me look pumpin! Ended up buying the suit they took off the rental. Very friendly will be back!

I went to donate costumes and the gentleman who took them was very kind and considerate. Store is clean...did not have a chance to look around but if you are looking for a place to donate sentimental costumes like graduation gowns and girl scout uniforms...perhaps a wedding dress..I would recommend going there. They are very appreciative.

Love this place! This is a hidden gem that I feel like as a Charlotte native I debated on sharing with the world. But for the sake of the business you should know they are amazing! If you visit, please roam through the costume rentals, its like being in another world thats fascinating and creepy all at once.

Morris Costumes place was amazing! We came to buy two pairs of dance shoes my girls needed for their Childrens Theater classes. The person that helped us knew how the shoes ran, so the first two pairs she brought fit perfectly ( two girls trying shoes). We were in and out in a flash with shoes that fit perfectly! Love the place!

This place has it all! Plan to have some time to look around. They have so many costumes that even the staff doesnt know what inventory they have. If youre willing to look, youll probably find it.

I have rented there a few times. Worked with the owners this time so it was a very pleasant experience. The past few times the persons thst assisted us would be better suited in a other firled away from working with customers or a public setting. Grateful for the selection and products they have. We really enjoy visiting Morris. To buy a costume is really pricey but they do have a large selection. Unfortunately weve looked at costumes here and then have order the same ones from Amazon for a lot less. The decorations are great though making it easy to add a crazy theme to your house. There is also a very large collection of costumes for rent.

They have a great selection of costumes in all sizes. You can buy or rent. The prices are pretty reasonable given the quality which is much better than those pop-up costume stores. The reason Im not giving 5 out of 5 is because some, not all, of the employees were pretty rude. They werent busy at all when we were in there, maybe something had happened earlier in the day to upset everybody. It really is the best place to go for costumes though so I would not let that be a deterrent.

Very eclectic place with lots of seasonal and themed costumes. They also have some authentic costume pieces they rent out. The only draw back is that section is limited in and doesnt have a wide range of sizes. Something could be way too big, too small, or for just right. Happy hunting.

The only costume store in the area that truly caters to every season and holiday. You can rent professional costumes also. From makeup, masks, props, to dancewear, tux rental to ballet slippers, THIS store has it all. Oh and their warehouse is located in Charlotte also so if you dont see it online, most times they can have it the SAME day!

I needed to some makeup and a wig for a costume. Their selection was huge! The employee was so knowledgeable about everything. We needed a specific type of tap shoes for my daughter’s dance class and I had no idea where to find them. I found Morris Costumes on google and gave them a call. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful, looked up the shoe type and confirmed it was there.From the street, the store looked like it was out of business or closed, but once I parked and went inside, it was totally awesome. In addition to specialty dance shoes and tights, they have rows and rows of costumes and all sorts of wigs. The employees were so incredibly helpful and patient with trying on shoes and making sure we got the right fit for my toddler. Best of all, there was a huge sale rack with basic leotards marked down as low as $5!Really happy we found this place, we will definitely be going back for dance shoes and clothes in the future. And for Halloween!

Morris Costumes is the place to go in Charlotte for dance shoes. They have been fitting my daughter for ballet, tap and jazz shoes for seven years now. They always try multiple sizes to make sure to get the best fit possible. We wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Its a very large store of any kind of costume magical stuff that you would want or find anywhere people that work there or federalist prices arent too bad but its a its a really nice store

They have a ton of stuff, but the staff looks at you like you have scabies and NO RETURNS. I didnt want to return my stuff but they made it clear I wouldnt be doing that.

They advertise online women and mens formal wear. After making the trip there and walking all over the store waiting and looking for a store associate to help.....come to find out they only had mens tuxes available. No formal wear for women.Time wasted!

My family and I came to Morris costumes looking for costumes and we were treated like we were a bunch of Thieves everything my daughter to touch someone to try on when she was told she could not try on and was treated as if she was going to slide accessories in her pocket when she has no pocket book with her at the time we visited. My daughter also told me that the lady kept trying to come into the dressing room while she was undressing trying to see if she was trying to steal stuff and my cousin was being followed around the store like he was stealing and harassed by an older gentleman in the store as well. If you are black or a supposedly minority dissent I do not advise anyone shop at this place not unless you want to be treated like a common Criminal.

Seems like they were kind of disappointing this year when we went to shop around for new Halloween stuff. Didnt have.nearly as much as in years past.
