Little more expensive than what I was thinking.But a Great place for people who love crafts they have lots of fun stuff

I come to Hobby Lobby at least 1-2 times a week. It’s my favorite crafting store by far for my small business, especially because they are Christian based. This was however the first time I’ve come to this location instead of the location on the other side of lake Norman. Everything was fine until I was checking out. Upon leaving I was stopped and asked “excuse me ma’am is there anything inside of your purse that you would ALSO like to pay for?” And I was completely taken aback. I replied to her with a “um no?” Completely thrown off guard by the absurd accusation. She proceeded to ask “are you sure about that?” with an accusatory look her face. I assured her of it and she stood there looking at me. I felt completely uncomfortable and shell shocked by the assumption of stealing. I will say that the fact that she and the other staff member standing next to her were of another ethnicity, I did feel a bit targeted during this ordeal based on my race. Needless to say this location will not be getting my business and I am extremely disappointed in how everything was handled.

Came in and was ignored by the customer service manager because I guess I didnt look qualified enough to be greeted like the others. She just stared at me up and down. The workers there do not look like they have an ounce of energy. It just doesnt seem genuine here. Other than that they have great stuff and the inventory here is nice.

I get a lot of good deals here! I like this store!!! I bought that mirror the can you believe for less than $30! Perfect fit for my fireplace.

I come here all the time for crafting supplies. My only complaint are their weekend hours. The staff is really nice though and the store is pretty well maintained considering the vast variety of products and the amount of customers they get daily. I also really like the discounted wall art that is always located near the front of the store. I’ve found some pretty cute stuff for my college apartments over the years for affordable prices.

Has the things you want when you want them even with low inventory. Associates working super fast to stock shelves throughout the store. Nice clean location

From the time I entered the store until my Departure, I had the best experience. The Staff was AWESOMELY AMAZING.

The store is great for hobbyists and people that are decorating their own home.The hobbies that are serviced by the store is myriad. The stores serve hobby goods for building die-cast models, train track building, miniature modeling, painting, scientific experiments, coin collecting, paper plane modeling, knitting, and a lot more. It is not about just painting but a lot more less known hobbies are also covered. The store also have variety of qualities, from Chinese cheap quality goods to Japanese expensive but good quality products.Decorations are also available. Some of them have Christian themes, but they also have decorations with neutral themes.Parking space is good and available in great number. Place is well staffed, with friendly and helpful staffs. The store have good quantity and good quality of staff and associates.

There are so many great items you can buy to decorate your home or office.

I love hobby lobby. I didnt even notice it was a pandemic honestly Ive been so busy in my little bubble.

Excellent customer service. Great selection and prices. Well stocked and maintained. I found Christian Cross cookie cutters, a friend wanted for Easter cookies; after searching a number of other stores. Closed on Sundays, great for them!

Its a nice in quiet place they offer a lot of art material that if you really need you can get there I only wish they could open up the classes again to teach painting airbrushing but I know because of covid thats impossible But a lot of things have lightened up now so I am hoping for maybe at least a teacher with a class of 3 or 4 people or 1 on 1 face time for each person and you have to schedule ahead of time and hoping they allow that much we still have to wear masks though

Hobby Lobby always has the coolest stuff for makers. As a craftsman, I buy supplies all the time and from many different suppliers. Even during this pandemic, there are times when I must go to the store for supplies for my customers products (totally masked up and social distancing). To the credit of Hobby Lobby, Ive noticed that they are not price gouging like many other companies. Have you tried to buy a can of Lysol lately? Thank you Hobby Lobby for having a conscience and keeping your prices reasonable. I rarely give 5 stars, but youve earned it.

Always have what I need. Discount coupon is available every week. They carry most of my happy planner supplies. Prices are great! Now closed on Sundays though...bummer.

I dont typically have a bad experience here this is one of the only shops that I really like to spend my time and money in however when you encounter rude sales people or Associates who feel like they can talk to you a text it doesnt fly to well with me. Not only was she combative dissension a bowl and argumentative I had to ask for manager because I felt like if she had stood there any longer it was going to develop into something way bigger than what it needed to have been so I asked if she dismissed herself for these reasons will it stop me from coming back possibly for a little while cuz there is one in my area but I will say Ive never had an experience like that before and until I feel like I feel comfortable going in that store and countering that employee I wont be back for a while

I was in the store at 4pm-ish on a Monday. The lines were long, cashiers hurriedly got off registers and didnt bother to help get the lines down me and several people walked out. That day no one valued our time as customers. Store was clean thou. Planning a church event. Doing photos for the kids

This is the place to go if you are looking for art supplies, doing or starting a craft. They have everything and I mean everything you need to start and finish a project of any kind. I found things I hadnt even thought about purchasing for my project until I started walking up and down the aisles. I will definitely be going back. Hobby Lobby is awesome.

Oof! I know the mask mandate has not been a fun one for anyone, but now that the pandemic is coming to an end, and the CDC has announced that fully vaccinated people can remove their masks, this location chooses to chastise people who dont wear masks.I was chased down by someone working here, accusing me of ignoring the person asking me mask questions. I answered her politely, promptly, and kept it moving as I always do. This person on a high horse (later to find out not even a Manager) literally ran to catch me, like I said accused me and argued with me, then told me masks would be required at checkout. I browsed for a minute and decided to take my money to Michaels for my daughters project.Ive gone to every store in the world, you name it, even this one before, without a mask, and never once had a problem...for months. Now all of a sudden, at the worst time possible, someone decides to go nanners on masks? I will absolutely take my business elsewhere until this is over.I left, called corporate from the parking lot, and filed a complaint.How do you know that I havent been fully vaccinated? How do you know that I dont have a medical issue? How do you know that I havent had Covid and recovered and have antibodies and natural immunity? Its not your job to police people as a retail associate. Get a grip.

Clean, decent selection of sale items. Floor staff not very helpful, although sales staff were kind. Mask mandates were not enforced.

Called and ask them to hold an item they said they would. Drove over 40 minutes to get to the store and they sold it to someone else.

Always a wonderful store!!! Can spend hours shopping there. My sister left with 6 bags of Christmas clearance items. Very nice things for next year. Also, great customer service too!

The overall store is huge. Lots of great things and seasonal items to look at. A little pricey, but the home decor is has alot more quality. Look for a seasonal person in the store. A lot of new people working there and not knowing where to guide you in the store. Way more ample parking space compared to most Hobby Lobby retail locations. Overall, I got lost in the store for an hour and a half. Lol

I am currently preparing a keep sake box after the loss of my baby girl. They had everything I needed to finish this dear project. Prepare for a little wait to checkout but that is to be expected with social distancing.

Everything I need is here for all my crafts.viviana in the fabric department helped with my fabric sizeing and did an awesome job. Super clean and neat aisles. Friendly funny staff.

Love this store! Needed help finding some items and I interrupted an associate restocking to ask the general location of the items I was looking for. Not only did she stop what she was doing and gave me her full attention she also took me to the items I was looking for all with a helpful attitude and smile. Very impressed with the customer service here, and my items just happened to be on sale. Will be returning to this location for other purchases.
