It can be hectic getting in and out of FreshPoint at times in the mornings. Arthur, I believe is a new guy who recently Come Aboard but Im not so sure. When I tell you this guy is highly motivated, hard worker, very proactive, dependable, problem solver, true leader, just an all-around nice guy. This is the guy you want on your team. This is the guy you want leading the crew. This is the guy you want as a manager or supervisor getting things done and leading by example. Reminds me of my style of leadership in my Army days. Definitely a strong asset to the company. Challenge this guy. Put him in a leadership position at watch the company prosper. Teambuilder!

Arrived 3hrs late. They put us right in a door and had us completely unloaded in 45 minutes. Thank you Dennis for getting us in and out so quickly.

Worst place I deliver to. Completely disorganized! I dont know how they stay in business the way they run.

Tight place to get in. Reciever had a good attitude and I was in and out in minutes

Difficult to deal with at times! No system of communication and some personnel are very rude!!! Watch out for the Mexican with slicked back hair!! Small dock area also

I was the 1st one in dock at 6 a.m. and wasnt finished till 10:30 while others were in out fast and my load was less then half a trailer, I hope I never come back to this place..

NO RESTROOMS FOR DRIVERS.....That translates into DISCRIMINATION.Just a sorry excuse for a business.Another place to avoid at all costs.

Worst faculty ever. They have a restroom but they wouldn’t let you use it. They don’t have any parking spot either. The lady at the check in office (jannet) does not know how to talk to people. The facility personnel are racist too. They talk very rudely to the people of other races than whites. They wouldn’t unload you before them.

Got there at 21:05 Sunday night, our appointment was at 07:00 Monday morning, checked in at 06:15 . As of 12:00 we still had not backed in and when driver went to ask if he could use the restroom, he was told NO!! If drivers are going to be treated as second class citizens and expected to sit all day, there needs to be a increase in the rates or everyone needs to refuse to pull any thing in to them!!! This place is a good example as to whats wrong with trucking today!!! You can rest assure that we will never haul anything else in too these people and I would strongly urge every one else not to as well!!!

It’s not really really bad, but stuff like no restroom for truck drivers and very slow unloading, make me feel I live in India or Africa poor countries.Come on Fresh Point you can do better .

They have restroom but drivers cant use it.Pretty sure by law shippers and receivers supposed to provide this basic facility to drivers.I was told boss man said no restroom for drivers. I wont be coming back to this place.

Hit or miss

Receiving is from 6.30. lumper is 284 for full truck load. 3 to 4 hrs for unloading. Hard time backing in if given 1st 5 doors. no room to maneuver . Some over nite parking here n there.

Ok. Checked in at 9:00 ( 2 hrs before my appt) and out at 12:00. Three hours not too bad. Not much space to back up and no restrooms

Checked in at 0600 and wached as other trucks was unloaded before me. This place sux and other drivers need to reconsider delivering here. 1400 and still not started unloading.

They are very rude, they are very disrespectful to commercial drivers. These people are not friendly. They refuse driver to use restrooms. They don’t let use restrooms to commercial driver. I will never ever come back again here .

It is hard to back into a door. They charge a Lumper Fee. Very hard to back in this place.

I don’t understand how they can get away with not have restrooms for drivers that delivering to them ! This is absolutely ridiculous . It’s fresh produce so obviously all deliveries are not 10 min job !

This is the most garbage place I have ever seen. The toilets are not allowed to be used by drivers. They always unload their own company cars. The foreigners can only wait silly. Slowly, you ca n’t imagine, they do n’t understand how to respect.
