Why is the customer service so awful? I feel the employees are untrained. I dont know my order is on hold until I call me... such a shame

Terrible service! Such a large company with awful customer care. After being on hold for 26 minutes I finally gave up and thats after calling back twice and being tranferred several times. Fed up !

Devoid of business ethics. These people take your money and do not offer any support, only wasting your valuable time. Additionally one of the positive reviews left was left by one of the companys own employees. No ethics whatsoever.

I believe they can use some diversity. The CEO really needs to start engaging more with HR about the company’s image.

I am totally unable to receive support from this company. All they do is put on hold and receive voicemails.

I called at 04/01/2014 the companies tech supoort. That was a guy with name JOHN. He was so rude and unfriendly when i tried to explain what the issue is with installation of the CEREC program. He said always I dont why is not working, I dont know why it is not install on your laptop.: Finally he was not able to fix the problem and hanged up. Geeesshh. Such a big company has such a bad customer service. I will never call them again.Dont call them. Better try fix the problem yourself.
