I visited ZFEET with my elderly parents. William Watson immediately greeted us and for the next hour and a half, he dedicated himself fully to ensuring that my parents received the best possible care and the shoes that were right for them. I am incredibly grateful for Williams professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. As a result of his efforts, my father left the store feeling like a completely different person and the confidence to walk unaided. I recommend this store to anyone who would like to speak with kind and knowledgeable feet/shoe professionals. I will definitely be returning.

William and Paul were great with my father-in-law. He desperately needed help finding new shoes for a very unique foot condition, but with his medical issues was very nervous about Covid. William helped him with his concerns over the phone and he was very impressed with the support and expertise Paul gave him in the store. He felt very comfortable and was able to pick out the best pair possible with Pauls help. Much appreciated.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would do it! William spent more than an hour helping me understand what shoes and insoles were right for my specific issues, and he was so patient and understanding with my 2 year old (who was a little restless by the end of course). I have already highly recommended that everyone do this whether you think you have problems or not!

I picked up my custom insoles from Zfeet a few days ago. Wow - What a huge difference. After getting professionally measured and finding out I have been wearing to narrow of shoes for my entire adult life, getting new shoes that fit perfectly with my custom insoles - Its a life changer. My feet, knees and hips are already feeling much better. Paul and William are real pros.

Firstly, the customer service is terrible. They dont get back to you as they say they will. Lastly, I ordered my sneakers on February 6, 2021, and today, after calling them to find out what is going on with my order, I am told that the vendor has them on back order, then after calling back again, I am told that they are looking for another vendor, OMG! I said to forget it!!! I will find somewhere else to get my shoes made!! Terrible customer service, and even worse communication!!!!!Update 3/25/21: I received a call from the manager and the owner of the store, and they apologized for the miscommunication. For such courtesy, I thank you both and go up two ⭐️⭐️ s.

Since 2007, I have been wearing custom orthotics. I have visited the new store/location several times. They carry a good selection of shoes, are very knowledgeable about different foot conditions, and are able to design custom orthotics based on your podiatrist recommendations. They take their job very seriously and are truly dedicated to helping you find the correct footware to keep you on your feet. I highly recommend them.

This place is AWESOME!!! Great customer service!! My shoes was ready within a couple of hours. Im so glad Im finally walking without a limp. Thanks ZFeet!! I highly recommend this place. William and Paul are the best.

I visited last week and was very pleased. Amazing service, very knowledgeable. I was suffering from severe metatarsal pain and need arch supports. I was directed in the correct direction and left there with no pain and a smile of relief. Thank you for the great help, and I WILL BE SHOPPING AGAIN.

I did not like this place. I only came due to my doctor sending me here. The folks are very rude to their customers. They also make corny jokes in hopes of a laugh. Thankfully, I got what I needed and left. Oh, they dont greet their customers either. You as the customer must say hello first. Awful customer service with rude staff members. I dont see how theyre still in business. Possibly, going around to medical facilities trying to recruit patients?! But, at any rate, I wont be back and will inform my doctor of my experience in hopes of them using another place.

I am writing to compliment the owner for his calm, detailed and patient reply to the guy who thinks he can still hike in tight boots on a surgically fused ankle and with a 40-lb. pack on his back. Shaking my head and chuckling. Some people, man.....

Ken is wonderful! If you have any discomfort in your step at all, you should go see Ken. He will watch you walk and be able to identify exactly what kind of shoe and/or insole you need. Amazing! He carries a large selection of styles and his prices are very competitive.

Came to this store after a referral from my orthopedic surgeon following ankle surgery. Thought I would be custom fit in shoes by someone I could trust who knows what they are doing and cares about patients, but instead I was quickly put in a Brooks sneaker with no measurements or watching me walk. This sneaker had the highest platform possible and cost $150. Not long after wearing these shoes I tripped because my ankle rolled out on the platform of the shoe and broke and sprained my operative foot again! Called and spoke to the manager Ken as a suggestion from my doctor to see if anything can be done since I barely wore the shoes and they were obviously not the right fit for my injury, and Ken was rude and said there’s nothing he can do if shoes are worn and hung up on me without even offering to help me if I wanted to come back in to purchase something else. Very poor customer service, I will be continuing my search to find a retailer who cares about their customers and doesn’t cause foot injuries with their negligence and laziness with regard to ankle injuries and post surgical needs. BEWARE!Update: I was sold Brooks not Hoka platform sneakers which caused me to roll my ankle and break it again after surgery. My mistake, wrong brand but same issue! So since you do sell Brooks are you able to help me now after hanging up on me???

I am thrilled to find this store! I have used orthotics for many years & their orthotist is excellent. Orthotics are hand made based on molds taken in store. They dont send out their orthotics to a mass-production shop. Adjustments are made as needed. Ive had two pairs made.Also because they listen & evaluate customer needs...theyre a great place to buy shoes as well.Im a customer for life!

I had a partial ankle fusion done in 2016 on my left foot that left me with two different feet. I saw their ad and went into the store many times to check them out and gauge their ability to make custom insoles for my different feet. I decided to proceed in June 2019. No problem with my right foot, it is pretty normal. Major problems with my left. It never felt comfortable. To be honest, I appreciate Pauls efforts in modifying both orthotics multiple times. But he continued to use the same casting that did not fit. So the outcome was always the same. The left one never fit! I said that multiple times. I tried to wear each pair for two weeks to give it time... no better. I remember asking Paul what if these do not fit his reply was well, we will recast them again This did not happen. the last iteration of these were so bad that my right orthotic did not fit in the boot. At a point you say to yourself this will never get better because this is beyond his capability I left it at that, and have a pair of $400 orthotics that are useless, wasted time, and a lot of aggravation. BTW, I am a healthy middle age male that told them that I would be using them for hiking, and backpacking long miles. SO they knew what I would be using them for.If you have normal feet I think they will do a good job for you. If you have PF they may be able to help. I went there with problem feet, they advertised that they could help. They did not.

This store had exactly what I needed. They helped me tremendously with my foot and ankle pain. I will be shopping here again.
