Had one of their drivers cut me off on the exit to Westinghouse off of 77, slam their brakes in front of me, parked his car & got out of it ON THE EXIT, started PUNCHING MY WINDOW, trying to open my door! All while cussing me out. Just because he cut me off & I honked my horn at him. What would have happened if my door wasnt locked and he got it open? The ONLY redeeming thing about this situation is the owner himself called me, assured me the employee would be immediately terminated, and he was extremely understanding about the whole thing. Believed every word I said, didnt try to make light of the situation, made sure his driver was the one to blame (because he was), and he calmed me down. Very sweet guy. He was in disbelief his employee did that & told me that he and his company do not tolerate employees that treat their customers with anything but respect. I believe him because of how shocked he was. The business it self is probably a good one, but just had to share this experience with the technician & the owner. Excellent customer service on the owners part. Obviously horrible on the now terminated technicians.
