The staff was really helpful and friendly, had a nice conversation about many different things. They helped me with a package that I found on the internet from their umbrella organization, getting it put together in the store and it even came out cheaper than online. Looking forward to heading back down there for more gear and conversations.

Went to get my HOG regulators serviced for the year, and Divers Supply Charlotte store was completely empty, the sign was gone from the building, and I talked with the last remaining employee. She stated that they are permanently closing. I was just by there last Monday, and everything looked normal. So, this happened within this past week. So, now I no longer have any where near by to get my regulators serviced other than shipping them off to Macon, Ga every year.

Really great shop. Had a fun time there. Spent almost 2hrs there talking to the staff. They shared experiences and knowledge of all the gear. I will be back to purchase the gear and take classes here. So much cheaper than any other place i have researched.

I placed an order for a BC at the store. Called several weeks later and was told it was on back order. Called two more times over a two month period with same response. Called manufacturer directly and was told the item was in stock. Called store and was told it had been ordered and they didnt know why they didnt have it. When I asked what contact information they had to call when the order came in they could neither give me my name nor phone number. Cancelled order and ordered direct from manufacturer.

Upon arrival store was open but lights inside were off. Shelves seemed very light and front desk was cluttered with books, equipment, and various other items. Had hoped to get my gear serviced here but after reading the reviews and attending the store I do not have any confidence in their operation. Wish there was someone else in town that serviced Scuba Pro

Took 6 months to service and safety check a regulator. When I finally picked up the reg set I noticed they had left off one of the first stage port plugs. Fortunately I noticed prior to going diving. I would not recommend putting your life in their hands.

Wonderful store. Friendly staff. And great prices. Seriously, they will match or beat anyone else on price.

Like others, I had a horrible experience here with servicing equipment. After 2 dives and 2 trips to the store, I had to take both my and my wifes regulators (first and second stage primary and backups) somewhere else to have it done correctly. Save your money, your time, and possibly your life! Dont take your equipment here to be serviced!

Very friendly, helpful service, especially Rob. He went out of his way to put together everything we needed, even stuff that had to be special-ordered. Well definitely be going here for all our future diving needs. Im looking forward to joining them on their weekly quarry dives!

Been into shop about 4 times within past month. Brought regulator to be serviced and then noticed negative reviews. Said it would be 7 to 10 days and I had a dive trip in 3 weeks!!! Called on 7th day and and braced for bad news but they said regulator is ready. Bought dive computer and mask recently... very nice, professional staff.Shop is located in nice area, favorite restaurant right next door and been there several times at night...no problem..

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always make our experiences fun. Weve taken several certification courses with divers supply and would highly recommend their instructors.

Talked to someone about coming up the next day to pay for the program because I needed the specific date they had available. The next morning I called they said it was booked. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. Will go someplace else.
