Holy cow!!!! Was looking for a last minute personal bouquet, and they did NOT fail! An associate (I wish I could remember her name!) was SO beyond helpful! She walked me through all the flowers to hand-make the arrangement, helped me color match, and kept me in my price range. AND they do Military! She wrapped the piece beautifully and tied it up so nicely! Will 100% be returning here for all my flower needs!
I went there to order an arrangement as a gratitude gift. After telling them my budget I was walked to the cooler where the flowers were located and shown various flowers. After deciding on a color scheme I was shown various vases to select from that would hold the arrangement. The order was ready for pick up the next day and it was better than I could have imagined. Will definitely be back.
I usually go in and pick my own flowers but I wasnt able to this time. I ordered flowers to be delivered and when they arrived, half of the flowers were already wilted over and dying, my girlfriend didnt even get to enjoy them. They didnt last 2 days before they were mostly falling over. For what I paid and then a local florist fee added, its frustrating because I really like this place. This was a huge disappointment

I am always a little skeptical when ordering flowers because I’ve had some bad experiences and the real product isn’t always as good as the picture advertised on the flower company’s website. However, these looked exactly like the website advertised and they were delivered extremely quick! I will absolutely use Flowers of Charlotte next time I need to order flowers in the Charlotte area!

I dont often order flowers, but I wanted to send something to my boss, a very special person. Frankly, I didnt have $100+ to spend on flowers, but I wanted them to be nice. After over an hour of looking, I finally settled on these folks. There were no surprises at checkout and they confirmed the same-day delivery. I am from New York and I googled florists near a certain zip code by Charlotte, NC to send to my mother for her birthday today.I called the shop and the employees were so pleasant and I ordered the flowers on line. They were supposed to be delivered this afternoon and they came early which was wonderful and my mother was so surprised and happy. I completely messed up the house number on my delivery order but Andrew quickly and patiently emailed me as I made a second mistake and then finally got him the right number. AND he was still able to deliver on time. I chose a florist choice arrangement and my friend sent a photo. I was amazed at how gorgeous it was! I received a bouquet on a very busy Mother’s Day weekend from flowers of Charlotte that I was less than satisfied with. The reason I am giving this vendor a perfect score is because when I called to express my concern it was addressed immediately! The person who answered the phone was courteous and kind and very empathetic. I received a replacement bouquet which was absolutely perfect! I would definitely do business with them again!
Ive received flowers from them before and they were great. I was really disappointed this time. My husband surprised me with flowers for our anniversary. Some of the flowers were already wilting when they arrived but I was hoping it was just the heat. By the next morning I had to pull several stems out because they were dead. Each day Ive had to pull out more. Its been 4 days and all I have left are a few carnations and some greenery. I cut down the stems and change the water daily but it didnt help. A bouquet should last longer than a day before you start thinning it down.
Charlotte Flower Market did the flowers for my wedding. It was a great experience! Tammy took into consideration my budget, my inspiration, and our venue and made great recommendations. They showed up on time and stayed until everything was set up and perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our class ordered a bouquet for our professor. It was awful. It was completely different from what was pictured online. The vase was different, the flowers were sparse and wilting. It looked terrible. Paid $80 for a mess. The only positive ( the one star) is that it was delivered on time. Other than that, we werent happy at all for the money we paid. The arrangement looked nothing like the site. It wasnt as full and the flowers were dying. Incredibly disappointing.

I used to be a loyal customer, coming in most weeks to get flowers. I even bought all of the flowers for my wedding here. It was always a gamble on if you were going to have a good time though, while the quality and selection is great the customer service is spotty. Certain days you’d go in and it would be great, and other days you came in and employees were rude and short. I realized today that I hadn’t gone in nearly a year after my last experience there. I thought maybe I was being over sensitive until I talked to a friend who had a similar experience with the same employee and had stopped going. I thought about giving them another go since I needed a lot of flowers this week for teacher and nurse appreciation, plus Mother’s Day. But I couldn’t even bring myself to walk into the store.
For mothers day I ordered online at the last minute, as they were one of the only florists in Charlotte who were still taking orders. I purposefully chose an arrangement that had the favorite flowers of my sister who passed intermixed with my fave flowers, knowing my mom would love the symbolism. (she just like flowers in general but symbolism means the world to her).Flowers arrived the next day and looked nothing like what I had ordered nor were the quantity/quality I had paid over $100 for. I called and the lady who I spoke to could not have been nicer! She apologized and within a few days, despite a gas shortage they went out of their way to make sure my mom had a bouquet to remember. My mom is ecstatic and said she LOVED the delivery lady and was really touched by how thoughtfully they made it right!

Came in looking for flowers on my moms birthday. Got zero customer service. Didnt even get a hello. Walked around smiling for about 5 minutes, still nothing. A couple who looked different than I did walked in and was immediately laid out the red carpet. Left and got my flowers from Harris Teeter.

Tammy and the Charlotte Flower Market staff are wonderful. I called *many* florists and flower markets. I wanted to DIY all my flowers besides my corsages and bridal bouquet. Tammy was extremely supportive. I originally was calling from out of state and she consulted me over the phone and worked me through what I would need, what she could do, and estimated costs. She then met with me in person and we discussed in more detail. My bouquet turned out amazing. I wanted a christmas themed bouquet and she produced this wonderful bouquet that I was in love with. Their flowers lasted a *long* time. I picked them up on saturday evening for a monday wedding. I still have bridesmaid bouquets that are alive and my bridal bouquet lasted a week and a half.Whether you are DIY-ing or not, I highly suggest Charlotte Flower Market.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my moms work. There was no communication. I called 3 hours after placing order and was told “he left an hour ago he’ll be there soon”. My mom gets off work at 4:30. Order was placed at 12 pm that same day. My mom waited until 5 just to get her flowers (their delivery times for business stops at 5 pm, as stated on website). Didn’t get flowers until 5:50 pm. Don’t waste your money or time, I would’ve been better off picking up some from Harris Teeter and delivering them myslef.
Beautiful flowers, and they lasted for a while. I just wish that they been delivered in something even close to the vase that I chose online. It was supposed to be a 2 part gift for use after the flowers died.

I order Sunflowers for my wife yesterday at 6:48 PM and they was delivered this Morning at 8:31 AM to our apartment. I am very impress with the speed of the delivery. I was worried about them finding our apartments because they are new and the address is not on google maps. So I left delivery notes and I think that help them find it.For the flowers themselves looks amazing! She absolutely loves them! This started my wife day off on a good start. They look so fresh, I added the picture my wife sent me of the flowers. Im so happy I order from a local shop. I will highly recommend Flowers of Charlotte and I will order again form them.
I was greeted right at the door and shown around the store by very friendly staff. The staff came around and helped with the selection and gave great suggestions. The arrangement specialist was very knowledgable. The final arrangement turned out awesome!!! Christian and Sydney were fantastic helping with everything.
I had trouble trying to order on line as it stated what I wanted was no longer available so I call the store and got EXCELLENT help and she also at first had a problem too and we laughed but she found what I wanted and ordered it for me. Why in the world would you create a beautiful arrangement, and then have your delivery drop it on someones uncovered front doorstep at 9:20 PM and not ring the bell or knock. It rained all night and was near freezing. I’m sure you can imagine how the roses looked being out in the rain all night. It looked to have been a beautiful arrangement, but droopy, water soaked roses don’t present well. I understand about contactless delivery, but ring a bell...knock... ?
I am in another state and wanted to surprise my friend but she was sleeping through the delivery time and they were going to wait another day and try again. I would give no stars but I have to give 1 but I just left this place me and my friend walked in there was someone at the register and two people in the back we walked not one person greeted us or asked if we needed help also we walked around to where the people were and NOBODY turned around and asked if we needed help just ridiculous and unacceptable won’t be coming back nor ordering anything online

Charlotte Flower Market is the best place to go for any floral needs. I personally used their services for my wedding and could not have been happier. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were able to create EXACTLY what I wanted for my wedding and hand delivered the bouquets that day. Tammy is especially great to work with and can do just about anything you can dream of. FYI, the flowers in the photo are silk, yes silk! They created this in silks so I could treasure them forever. I highly recommend them for anything floral - weddings, corporate events, sending a bouquet to a loved one. Whatever you need, they can do it.
Ordered bouquet from afar for my Goddaughter in celebration of her finding out she was having a baby girl. The delivery was supposed to be next day bc ordered after 3pm. Delivery was botched- never called # I provided. Spoke to shop after failed attempt- again no call??? Shop said they would deliver this morning-and they would add to bouquets due to error- well it’s there and I’m very unhappy. Looks like a disheveled day or two old arrangement with a balloon appropriate for birth of baby not “ it’s a girl” as I selected.Hugely disappointed I selected this shop as it was local- didn’t use the FTD or similar to buy “local”Trying to upload pic-

Placed an order through their online system and got a phone call the next day that they didnt deliver to the area I wanted, despite the system charging an out of area fee and completing the transaction. When I spoke to a representative on the phone, I got told that *I* should make sure they delivered to the area and that it was *MY* responsibility to ensure that my order could be completed. Went with them because they were recommended to me by a friend, but honestly I would never recommend these guys to anyone, and if I could, I would 100% give 0 stars. Completely unacceptable.

I just had to say goodbye to my dog, who was my absolute best friend. My human best friends live all the way across the country and arranged to have flowers delivered to surprise me and bring me some sunshine. This arrangement that was delivered was not only the most gorgeous one I’ve ever seen, but also smells so wonderful! Also, the man who delivered it was wonderful and I’m so sorry I answered the door crying and then sobbed when you handed me the flowers. This is the most pitiful arrangement of flowers I have ever received, even with the one lily blooms it will still look like a bunch of weeds in a vase . Horrible . I hate these 1-800flowers arrangements, the site advertises a beautiful display and you get a local florists that doesn’t care because they are already paid .What a rip off .

My mom was so surprised and kept going on and on about how much she liked them. I needed a same day delivery for a larger arrangement and I was nervous it wouldnt make it in time (within 4 hours of ordering -their cut off) but it did! I needed to call a few times to ask various questions, ensure my order was possible within the time frame, etc, and although I think I spoke to a different person each time, they were all very nice and helpful. I received a call from the delivery person to clarify a question he had about the order, and also an email once it had been delivered. Great service and a gorgeous arrangement!

I will never buy, refer my friends or family again.My brother asked PACIFIC for Navy Blue, White and Grey which is the Cowboys colors. My brother was advised by the lady taking the order that they dont have Navy blue, so he asked for all White.Im not sure what color they was trying to create but the color was not Navy blue. The color on the flowers was HORRIBLE! However,I asked the manager to replace the flower with all white, because we had 6hr before the funeral service begin, he refused to take responsibility for ruining flowers.Instead he added insult by telling me that I was looking at the wrong flowers.Poor attitude and customer service. Cheap vase, Cheap roses, not fresh, few was delivered broken, VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED in local service!!!!! That buqet (on picture 2nd day) was delivered for my mom, my brother order online from overseas, he pays EXPENSIVE price for very very cheap roses!!!Hey owner, question for you: Do you give the same cheap roses to your mom!!!????! If not, than try to do your business better, because other moms deserves better roses than that!!
Superb customer service!!! This place is amazing, they have some of the best type of flowers, arranged in a beautiful way. I had placed an order but had to change the address and get it delivered by 1pm, I must have called them like 3 times and every time the person answering my call was very patient and helpful in ensuring that the flowers got delivered to the changed address and on time. I was very nervous whether it would get delivered on time but they really understood the emotion behind my order and did everything they could to deliver it. Best customer service ever!!!

The flowers purchased were an exquisite order. They were pretty upon delivery but as I refilled water I noticed half the vase was filled with leaves. When I pulled those out the flowers were a regular bunch. I know from experience leaves should be stripped and not in the wAter to keep them fresh. These leaves were not even attached to flowers just used as fillers. For the money my children spent in these hard times your service was a bit disappointing.
This is not your typical flower shop. It has a giant walk in cooler where you can purchase flowers by the stem or by the bunch. I enjoy picking small groups of flowers to make my own arrangements at home. They also have a variety of planters and pots. This is a wonderful place to pick up a gift.

I chose and paid for the Sweetly Rest casket spray (online) because it was befitting for our Mother and she loved pink roses. To say that I was pleasantly surprised upon seeing the arrangement is an understatement! The arrangement was received exactly as pictured and was absolutely beautiful! After trying two other florists for my small wedding order (2 bouquets, 2 boutonnieres), I luckily found Tammy at Charlotte Flower Market. She was extremely easy to work with-- she took my inspiration photos, came up with a plan, and adjusted when I asked. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and we got tons of compliments! I used this company for my wedding decor. My center pieces were HUG and amazing. Tammy took the time to look at my photos and provide options within my budget and season. We also were able to keep most of the vases. This was nice because I was able to donate the flowers to a nursing home. They love it!!! I would highly recommend them.
I am from Orlando my daughter recently moved to Charlotte and today is her birthday. I wanted to surprise her at her job and started searching for local companies near where she works to buy her flowers and came across this website and fell in love with the products. So I order one of the doggy flower arrangement as it looks like my white poodle which is actually her dog who she left with me to take care off. So you can imagine when she saw it.
