Came in to get a phone, the young man with the nice curly hair helped me out so much, I highly recommend this place will definitely keep doing business with this store 10/10 for me.

Went to try to get a phone for my son. Lady that was working today tried to rip me off saying that the total would be about close to 90. I stated the activation fees were waved. She lied and told me no they arent. I have a friend who works for metro who told me. They often have activation fees waved regularly. They pocket the rest of the money. Please look into this before getting a phone from them.

The manager, or at least the guy that introduced himself as the manager, lied to me when I returned to Metro PCS after being with Boost for 3 months. I returned to Metro because the service at Boost was terrible. However, the manager at Metro PCS told me that it was required to carry the insurance on all 3 of my phones when restarting my service. This resulted in an additional $30.00 per month even though I protested and told him I didnt want the insurance. He charged me anyway stating it was the only way I could start service with Metro. He lied. When my first bill was due I called customer service and found out this was not true. It was a slap in the face to find out the manager lied to me so he could make some extra commission. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION, it used to have the best customer service anywhere, now its managed by a liar who will cheat you for an extra few bucks on his check. Metro offers the best service in all the prepaid phone companies but as far as customer service is concerned, at this location, you will only find yourself staring eye to eye with a manager that will do ANYTHING to cheat you out of your money.

I love Metro T. Ive had and have great phones from this company. A special comment for Mr. Jon, he is attentive, he helped me with my problems and he knows about phones. I was so upset when I broke my phone and I walked out the store with a new Moto phone and a tempered glass. I have to go back for more accessories !!! Definitely getting the whole family involved with MetroPCS. My first service, back in 2000 was TMob.Thanks Jon + MetroT

The service we received was poor. The staffs attitude was careless. When I came back to ask for help, the staff started to play music while I was there and held personal conversations between themselves.
