I was looking to put up a new fence in my yard and contacted this company. I spoke to a contractor, he asked me to send him some information regarding my property and the fence Im looking for. I did that. A month went by without any response I called the company to follow up to see what was going on, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up. If this is the way Im treated before Im a customer, I can just imagine the way Id be treated once they receive payment. Customer service is very important and this company lacks it immensely.

Representative came out in May to measure area for my new fence and gate. I agreed with recommendation and paid the 50% deposit. I was told fence would arrive in 4-6 weeks. There have been multiple delays with me reaching out to Allison Fence on status of order. When they came to install fence, installers indicated that wrong measurements were given and they had to order a new gate and it would take about 4 weeks. It’s late September and I am still waiting for installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not responsive and do not follow through on their commitments.

We had a great experience from Beginning to end with Kyle from Allison Fence. He did a wonderful job with our project and was great at details of our specific needs. We interviewed 7 companies and we are so glad we did not make costly mistakes with other companies. Kyle also had the aluminum pool gate to match our existing wrought iron porch design. It all looks so great! Please call Kyle and let him bid on your project. We are very satisfied!! This company has been around a long time.

Allison fence company is very professional and very reasonably price. We are very happy with our new fence!!! I would recommend this company to everyone interested in getting a fence installed.

Gate installed and functioning! Originally, I felt like I had to follow up to keep informed and keep things moving along, but generally pleased with the job. Response time to my questions once the gate was done has been excellent.

The only reason this isn’t Lower is because Larry tried his best to assist. His colleague didn’t care enough to respond. Simply tried to get a quote. What a hassle. I won’t be hiring this company

Arrived on schedule to give estimate and repaired small job promptly. Kept me up to date via email. Repair area left clean and tidy. Pleasure to work with.

They installed part of the fence through our builder. When we called to get a quote on a small section left undone, we could not get the sales rep (Larry) to call us back. We left several messages days apart. One with his receptionist and one directly to him (spoke to him directly) and we still did not get a call back about the job. We assume it was because it was a small job and they could not bothered, but at least have the decency to return a phone call. We hired Carolina Fence Creations and we had a very reasonable quote within 24 hours.

Dont bother. We called Allison and made appointment to give us an estimate on replacing our backyard fence. They didnt even show up OR even bother to call and cancel/reschedule. I guess they dont need the business.

Allison fence is a great example of a great fence company. Give them a call for a free estimate.

If you want a fence installed within the confines of your property dont use Allison Fence. I recently purchased a home and at closing discovered the survey revealed the fence was installed In the neighbors yard by about 2 feet! I put a hold on closing and learned this company had already had to move the fence one other time for not installing correctly. Communication was slow. I was told up front it might be something they would split the cost of (then the quote was nearly double the two other quotes I received). In the end guy said he would come Tuesday, he didnt come until Thursday and he basically said it didnt matter that they didnt install on correct property line. The previous owners did a survey at closing, 3 years ago. When the fence was installed they should have had access to said survey. Putting this on others is just lazy fence installation.

Good luck trying to get them to even come out and do a job. Waited 2 months to have about 30 feet of fence installed and finally gave up. more promises and excuses. Still no fence.

Very conscientious service

Theyve been in business since 1919 doing new installs and maintenance upkeep. theyve been out to fix damaged fences in the past for me and does wonderful work.

They did work for a commercial installation on N. Tryon St. and did good work at a retail price. The big thing was I had to follow up at least 5 times over two months to get it done. They need more staff.

Terrible service! Terrible quality of work! I ave been promised for 4 months they would fix the instillation problems. I’m still waiting. Not recommended.
