No Love Smoke shop. Purchased a battery 5 days ago. It worked one time then stoped functioning completely. Brought it in, associated tested it and confirmed it was broken but the boss ‘Josh’ confirmed that they weren’t responsible and wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange. These guys are shady and don’t stand behind their product.

Bought an expensive zippo lighter that was in a case only accessible by employees - the employee grabbed the one I picked and rang me up. Right after leaving the store I try to use the lighter and its not working. I go in and ask for a swap, they say all sales are final. I said you sold me a defective product Im not just exchanging or returning for preference. Her answer was its on the customer to make sure products work before leaving the store and would neither give me my money back or exchange for a lighter that works. Selling a defective item and not offering an exchange or refund isnt even bad customer service, its theft. Go here at your own risk.

Whoever opened the shop this morning (2/18/21). He was super nice and super helpful while I was looking for a new battery. The staff here always goes above and beyond to help you find what you need. I work with this company and have only been here once before today and first thing I noticed when I went in is how bright and well organized everything is now just a couple cases on the wall were over filled but can be an easy fix staff was great to be around and are very knowledgeable of all the products they have. The new manager Bryce has done wonders with the shop and its inventory in just the 3 months hes been there kudos to him and his staff for helping keep such a great looking shop. Keep up the great work guys and cant wait to come back and visit the team again

I bought 3 puff bar Maxes and they burned out after 3 days. Mind you they have about 2000 puffs. And I’m being told they won’t exchange them. I could understand if it were the regular sized puff bars. But the max?? Barely even 60 puffs and it’s burnt out. Yet “it has 2000 puffs” . Waste of money here at this establishment.

Been looking for games all over CLT and stopped by. Y’all were out but Chey was nice and took my number to call me if they got some in later really cool person and I appreciate her going the extra mile to help out. Thanks for the service

I went in for a coil for my pen. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is set up nicely. They carry a range of products from different brands. The coil was cheaper than I expected and the other products seemed to be priced well too. Overall I recommend this shop.

I was just here a few days ago with my gf and I literally can not stop thinking about how awesome this place was. The selection of items was absolutely insane. It was a little overwhelming at first because we wanted to go through and literally look at (as well as buy) everything! Thankfully, Joe and Ryan were able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Both of these guys are soooo knowledgeable about literally everything in the store. It was to the point where Ryan literally had a piece of trivia for every single section, it was so cool. Extremely rude, I never write reviews anywhere but this was way to crazy not to. Our friend was in town from ATL and she has a horrible outlook on smoke shops in Charlotte. Taylor was extremely rude and staring at us the whole time like we were gonna steal or something, so annoying and Ill never be back. Bong prices are out the roof there too. You can get the same quality glass elsewhere at 50% less than their prices.
