Tim, the store manager, is a gem. Hes personable and also very knowledgeable about the products. I had an issue after a purchase and he was responsive and helpful in resolving it. In a world of impersonal online buying and consistently poor customer service experiences, Tim and Sharon Luggage are a breath of fresh air. Im a lifelong customer!

This is the best luggage store in Charlotte! The range of products and price points can accommodate all types of travelers and their needs. But what really sets the store apart are knowledgeable owners and sales personnel- they listen, provide good advice and dont try to oversell.
