Carol is absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about all things bird and wildlife. The artwork there is super cool, and alot of the products have the funniest sayings that were totally unique. I was laughing out load every time I turned around.Awesome place...Awesome people...Highly recommend!!!!!!

Fabulous gift shop!! They have creative gifts, mugs, garden, pet and outdoor decorations. I loved the selections and the awesome customer service. I got a mug for a friend’s birthday. They gift wrap it and they have wonderful cards too.

Great little store with all sorts of neat and unique items for both indoors and outdoors as well as personal use! A fun place to come for gifts.

Wildology at Waverly offers supplies for our wild feathered friends, beautiful yard art and nature inspired gifts. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Its one of my favorite places to visit.

I come from a family of bird people and I’ve been feeding, photographing and observing birds for close to 40 years. The store is magnificent. They helped me with my squirrel problem in finding the right feeders and set up etc. Any bird lovers in this ZIP Code and beyond in Charlotte should go to this store. Very knowledgeable staff, very pleasant and they even helped me and my girls load the stuff into the car. Fantastic experience

While visiting Charlotte, my friend took me to this store because of my love for birds. This is a great shop with lots of bird feeder and bird house options. They also sell quality seed mixes and other garden decorations. My find was a birdbath. I had been looking for a simple bath which would fit in with my rustic patio area. The staff/owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions and seemed to manage multiple customers well. When I am back, I will definitely stop in again!

One of my favorite stores in the area! Owners are extremely knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. They have a great variety of items in the store. I’ve recently started my hobby of gardening and creating a bird attraction area in our yard and Wildology has some great items that I’ve included. I always enjoy coming to this store!

Fantastic shop! Went in tonight for their open house with my daughters and loved so much of what they had. I was able to do a lot of my Christmas shopping as they have a variety of garden and non-garden items. Definitely will return and recommend...

When I need a unique gift, especially for someone who is a challenge to shop for, Wildology at Waverly is my go to! I love that every time I go, I see something new and fun!

My wife, who works locally, has visited Wildology for months and fell in love with a beautiful chandelier. The only one left, a floor display was for sale and we decided to purchase it, $299.00 plus tax. No box, no paperwork, a plug attached that had to be cut (no problem, I’m handy)not even aware of the brand, we took it home anyway - with no “thank you, come again” either. (noted, but ok no big deal, maybe she had a bad day)Once home, we discovered a missing crystal strand, so not knowing the brand or where to order a replacement part, we were forced to bring it back to ask if it can be ordered. From that point on, the owner/manager couldn’t have been more curt, cold and quite visibly annoyed with us especially when it seems I had the nerve to ask the BRAND OF THE ITEM I PAID $300 for. Her reason for not telling me? Her answer “this is our distributor and it’s information not given to customers”. SMHIt was at that point, my wife and I decided to just return it for a refund. She issued the refund, tossed my credit card in my hand without looking at me, and as we walked out politely saying “thank you” to her, we were ignored by both her and her employee. Add insult to injury and treat us like we’ve done something wrong, really smart ladies.Lesson in retail 101 folks : manners go a LONG WAY. You dropped the ball, so not only will we not go back there, we’ll tell this short story to warn the literal hundreds and hundreds of our friends that work, live and shop at Waverly nearly every day.I should have known better than to pay full retail price for an item that was missing parts, the box it came in, the proper installation hardware and even the name of the brand. Personally, I suspect the chandelier was there from when you opened 2 years ago, and was actually part of the store’s decoration and you never even had any other stocked to begin with. When my wife asked about it, you simply sold it to her “as is”.Really classy. And shady.Good luck “Wildology”. You’re gonna need it.

I was referred here from Petpeople for a wider variety of supplies (for birds). The woman working looked more confused as to why I was in there than welcoming. She asks how can she help but after my answer starts questioning me about why I have the bird & how I shouldnt have it. I told her have a good day and left.
