Please do not use Accent Glass. They agreed upfront with a large tempered glass project, and delivered the first half which was paid upfront, and then backed out of the remaining glass order causing me to go elsewhere. The first order took far longer than they estimated too, as several custom glass pieces where scratched and had to be reordered.

Made an order for 2 pieces of glass, was told it would be 5-7 business days. Business day 12 I had still heard nothing, so I called to check. Someone took my number and said they would call back that day. No response. Called back the next day and was told the same thing. Just cancelled the order and will go somewhere else. This place is horrible to deal with and has horrible customer service.

We engaged Accent glass to intall a frameless shower glass door in our master bathroom. They also cut five holes in the center of the mirrors so that light sconces could be installed directly into the mirrors. The team at accent glass was knowledgeable and the installation of our shower glass door was pristine. We had a terrible experience with another glass company and Accent Glass restored our faith. There was a lot of risk in cutting the holes in the mirror for the bathroom sconces, but Accent got the measurements perfect so that the electrician had no issues with the installation of light fixtures. They arrived on time, had the installation completed in the amount of time they said it would take and cleaned everything up before they left. The only complaint I have is that they dont always return your calls, but that seems to be a function of how busy they are. Overall, very pleased with the job they did. I would hire again.

Needed a special piece in a hurry. Called them, gave them the measurements and it was ready for pick up in two hours. Other places needed more time and wanted more money.It is evident that the people here know more than just glass.They are artists, competent technicians and somewhat magical.Love this place.

I picked up my mirror that was back in box all taped up. Upon opening box, mirror was cracked. Indignant response to broken mirror, they do not stand behind their work.They implied that I must have mishandled the mirror. I received 50% refund, NOT 100% refund. Inspect B4 you take any product from their shop! No warranty!

A friend of mine recommended Accent Glass to me. He owns a cabinet company and uses them frequently. Accent was very helpful and showed up promptly both to take measurements and for the installation. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations.

Great. Every now and then you find a shop that provides the services you need at a great value. I needed a mirror cut out for my motorcycle and they handled it quickly and for a reasonable amount.These folks were very friendly and helpful and took time to answer my questions even though the shop was very busy.

This review comes several months after Accent Glass installed a mirror in our kitchen, behind our stove. I asked them for their suggestions on this, and whether it would be safe & appropriate to install a mirror behind the stove. I was told yes, and they had done it previously. I chose a nice piece of antique-style glass, and they installed it. That process involved a courteous and timely installation that went fairly smoothly. From that standpoint, I have no complaints, and would otherwise recommend their service.Recently, the glass suddenly and spontaneously fractured in two, all the way down the middle (remaining attached to the wall) while we were cooking with a single pan on the front burner of the stove. It was quite dramatic. We were glad that it did not shatter and cause physical harm.I emailed the company, attempting to explain what happened, and requested a warranty replacement (or at least a thorough evaluation).Ultimately, I received a curt, somewhat antagonistic reply where the rep implicated we must have done something outside of the usual circumstances of using a stove that caused the glass to break. In fact, the representative stated (without merit) that I directed a stream of “intense heat” at the glass and caused it to break. This should go without saying, but: I did not direct an intense stream of heat at my expensive mirror.So, I would not recommend this company for your glass/mirror needs, for one very simple reason: upon inquiring about the failure of one of their products when used as intended, I was accused of causing the glass to break, and the company made no further attempt to rectify the situation. I found this to be insulting and presumptuous.Demonstrating good values in treating customers respectfully after the point of sale is what makes a company stand out in my mind. This company patently failed in that regard, making it easy for me to recommend that, if you’re reading this review, consider alternative suppliers of glass and mirror products.

I recently needed some glass cut to replace some shelves in a display cabinet. The staff here was super friendly on the phone, even called me back to confirm which direction the shelves had to be inserted. My order was ready several days of ahead of schedule despite the busy Thanksgiving weekend. When I went to pick it up, the office was inhabited by adorable dogs that helped maintain a friendly family-like atmosphere. If I need custom glass cut again, I know who Im going to call!

Accent Glass was great. My husband said they were extremely fast, and friendly when they came to install the panes. And that he was shocked at how quickly and meticulously they cleaned up.

I have used Accent Glass on a few occasions over the years and have never been disappointed, they have always been professional, friendly and great to make sure that I purchased what would best suit my needs. Keep up the great work!

Terrible experience! Dishonest people who would not own up to their mistakes. When pointed out, they denied and blamed me. I was shortchanged on the amount of glass I was to receive. Check every detail thoroughly if you use this company!

I called accent glass 3 times to schedule an estimate. I spoke to someone in the office each time and no one ever called me back. They must be too busy and dont need the business. I will take my business elsewhere.
