My husband and I have been clients of Malak Jewelers for 3 years now. Their customer service is impeccable. I take my jewelry in to be cleaned often and inspected once a year. The inspection process takes about an hour so I was waiting in my car in front of the store reading a book. About 1/2 way through my wait, a car pulls in next to me and the person goes inside. A few minutes later, the same man comes out of the store and up to my car. He says, I see you out here waiting for someone, I thought I’d offer you a bottle of water. He had no idea I was waiting for my jewelry from HIS store. These people care about their customers and, in todays climate, that means a lot to me.

I went to shop for a brooch and when I made a telephone call the girl I spoke to was gracious enough to email pictures of what I was looking for. The next day I went to the store and was shown many options. I had to order the brooch from their catalogue and received it in two days. It was absolutely perfect, just what I was looking for. This is the best jeweler I have ever been to. I brought my 14k gold concord watch in for a battery replacement and it needed additional cleaning. Got it back today. So happy as this watch is in perfect condition. My brother brought his back in and they took care of it as well. I had an amazing experience with Sam et al. at Malak Jewelers where they made me a custom engagement ring. My better half wanted something other than a diamond, and Sam worked with me to make the perfect ring. The quality of the stones and craftsmanship were significantly better than competitors, and the final product was less expensive than anyone else could quote me. It was perfect. Since then, weve stopped by to have the ring re-sized a half size and cleaned - which were both done in a timely fashion and of course with great quality. I got my engagement ring resized/appraised, and a ring from my grandmother appraised here. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. I was impressed with their turnaround time as well. It only took two days for my two appraisals and re-sizing. The initial size I got was a little too tight for my comfort, so when I went back to have it increased an additional 1/4 size they had it ready for me in less than 24 hours! I would definitely recommend Malak Jewelers over the big box stores!

The only reason I gave four stars was because they would have given me more for the jewelry if I then would have spent that amount in store. I realize however that it is just businesses. I took my son’s chain into be fixed (clasp broke) and was greeted immediately by a professional, friendly, service personal. They promised to have the chain fixed bin a couple of days and over delivered by having it completed the next day! I had to take it back when the cross that goes with it didn’t fit over the new clasp. They fixed the issue at no additional charge. Highly recommend them for any jewelry repairs!

I came across, what I thought might be an expensive watch at a garage sale. The proprietor had no idea of the value and sold me a Tissot watch for under $50. The folks at Malak were kind and understanding. There was no pressure to sell them the watch, but to ensure that it would work and function correctly. Thankfully it only need a battery. Amazing customer service, you always get someone to work out every detail with you, and they are always nice. The place is clean and inviting, drinks offered (a shame so many people dont get them). They have a huge collection with the most unique designs I have not seen such a range, and Ive searched a lot online. They also have an estate collection with antique jewelry, all sorts of it. Beutiful pearls, egyptian jewelry, stretchy jewelry, birthstones, and all sorts of different gems. They also apparently buy gold. Overall a great place.

I had a bracelet that broke probably eight months ago and it’s been laying on the table so I thought I’m gonna throw it in the car and go to the jeweler. We love Malak!! We searched for an engagement ring my fiancé and I both liked and had a negative and very overwhelming experience at a large jeweler in the South Park area. We decided to give Malak a try and instantly felt comfortable. They weren’t bothered that we came in near closing time. We never once felt pressured to make a purchase or pushed to buy a ring we didn’t love. We ended up buying a ring that day because we felt so confident with the purchase. Malala jewelers is incredible. A very generous and polite staff greet you, along with the owner himself. We were offered a choice of drink from the bar and were given ample time to browse and try on different wedding bands. We met the owner, Assad Malak, a while back and knew this is where we wanted to get our rings when the time came. Class and integrity go a long way. You will be taken care of here!

Needed a watch battery done quickly and they kindly rose to the occasion even though it was right before they closed and did a quality job. I’m very pleased with their friendly demeanor and willingness to help a customer even under strict time constraints. Will definitely be back.

To date, I consider myself as a small customer (no large or expensive purchases thus far, etc.): Typically, small purchases and a fair number of repairs and battery replacements. With that said, I have to say that I would highly recommend that they be considered for all ones jewelry related needs. Every time I sought their support, they consistently made me feel like a big important customer there, without exception. They greet and wait on me as if my business was worth big money to them. Their personal service is really a big value-add to the relationship. And, they keep their promises as to when your purchases are ready for pickup. Without question, they are the first supplier I would want to do business with. As a further compliment to the customer relationship, their prices seem very comparable given my experience to date. They are really worth a good look for whatever needs, big or small, one might have.The entire experience over time, with all the staff that I have encountered thus far, has been first class. While they appear on the surface to be a high-end operation, they really need to be included in any search for ones jewelry needs or repairs. What they have done for me certainly is second-to-none given my experience in the market. I never met the manager or owner (as far as I know) but clearly, Malak is a well-run company that understands the investment in great customer service. As a small customer today, I simply wont hesitate to seek them out when it is time to become a big customer... Clearly, they know the value of having and keeping satisfied customers.

Assad and his team go above and beyond for their clients. We are absolutely thrilled with the repair and cleaning done on our jewelry. When we purchase our next piece, we will definitely be returning to Malak Jewelers!

They have very nice jewelry. But they need to improve on the hospitality and welcoming attitudes. The staff pre judge you from the moment you walk into the store. They act as if you shouldnt be there if youre not dressed to the nines or if youre the wrong color thats very shameful and for that you get only 2 stars.
