Great place to get a golf cart.We went in expecting to be pressured, but that wasnt the case.We got the impression right away that they were not selling us anything, just trying to hook us up with the best golf cart that would fit us.We were in and out, and everything went very smooth.

We bought a used 2017 gas Yamaha. Pete Reynolds was excellent to work with. We were able to customize our cart to exactly how we wanted. We even supplied our old utility bed from our old cart. When it arrived I thought it was brand new. Pete and his crew go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Would not think twice about purchasing a cart from here again or having them do any work on the cart.

Employees are real nice…. Unfortunately the carts they sell have many problems with them and are not covered under warranty. I would stay far away from these carts. For the price you pay you would think basic things are checked with the cart and fixed but they are not.

Im German, from Park at Steele Creek, I have a very bad experience with Carolina golf cars.They are irresponsible people from the sale rep.to the technicians, they make appointments that never showed, once they got a contract you never see them again, every time you call the answer is the same we will be there tomorrow.If the technicians come, they dont want to repair your car they just want you to buy a new golf car.By the way my sale rep is Tom.

The Sales Rep Pete was knowledgeable and what he didnt know I got answers for my Dad and I. We got what we asked for, plus.It was very busy, and there was a bit of a wait. But Pete was very quick, polite, and professional. It was a good day out with my 86 year old Dad. :)

We rented a golf cart for the long weekend and I cant say enough great things about Carolina Golf Cars. Easy to rent, great drop off/pick up process, and an even better staff. It rained all weekend and when I called to book an extra day, Justin offered us the cart on them. We actually kept it two days longer than our agreement and could not be happier with the cart and customer service that was provided. Will 100% rent again!!!

We purchased a new golf cart today. Pete worked with us and we were happy with the price as well as the price he gave us for our used cart, which we purchased from Pete as well several years ago. Pete has integrity and works hard to make you happy and meet your financial goals. When we need our third cart we will buy from Pete again. It is such a pleasure to purchase from them.

Didnt like my experience there felt like I was treated like a third class citizen because I wanted to buy a used cart.

I was in the market for a golf cart to take to beach. I was not sure if i should buy an electric or gas powered cart. I went to Carolina Golf Cars showroom in Charlotte. They were very helpful and went over all the differences. I decided to go with an electric powered cart. They must of had over a hundred to choose from. I picked a refurbished Club Car cart that had a new body put on along with new tires, new seats, new windshield and new batteries. It has the newer body style and they had the White with blue trim color i wanted. It looks and drives like brand new. The best part is, I paid less for this practically new cart than older ones i had seen online. The only thing it did not come with was the bar people in the back hold on to. They sent a tech out and he installed it on the spot. They went out of there way to make sure I was happy. If your are looking for a golf cart, Make sure to stop by there showroom. Great products and an awesome voice. When I called and made inquiries about the golf cart parts, the customer service team was really helpful. They took me through the catalog of parts and accessories & was able to find the custom parts that I was looking for. Kudos for a great job!

We had a wonderful experience with this company and their staff. They were very friendly and helped us pick out the perfect golf cart for what we needed. We wanted to use it at the beach and they went through the differences between electric and gas carts as well as the maintenance that comes with each, They had so many carts to choose from and helped us to stay with in our price range. We went with an electric Club Car, It has all the options we were looking for and the color we wanted. These guys are awesome!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with a golf cart.

After reviewing all of the golf car vendors in Charlotte, I approached CGC with an idea for a fundraiser for our new elementary school. They were able to partner with us for a year long program. Which met our expectation and them some. During this time, I made several trips to their showroom and was always impressed by their quality products, cleanliness, excellent customer service and the overall professionalism of the staff. We are in the process of purchasing a golf car now for spring and I wouldnt buy one from anyone else. They are awesome!

I purchased a used 1998 EZGO golf cart back in April.I had battery issues, bought a new battery from another dealer in April,that battery melted.So I called Carolina Golf Cars and spoke to Mike in the parts department.Mike explained that one new battery might solve my issues but in timeI would be facing the same issues again.My old batteries were F5 number on the post, my brother figured theywere old, taking Mikes advise was a good decision on my part.Yeah Mike, thank for all your help, my brother and I appreciated it.I will be back for a windshield next week.Thanks again Mike, youre the best, 5 out of 5 stars!!!Gail Horton

I called Carolina Carts with a service question about a cart I was buying from a friend. Chris took my call promptly and took the time to answer my question and made sure I fully understood. They took time out of their day to help me and Im not even a customer of theirs. That says a lot about a company and the people who work there.

My husband and I purchased 2 golf carts from CGC last year for our events venue. We used those carts every weekend for the spring and the fall wedding seasons. This spring when we were getting them out, we learned that there were problems with one of them. Of course it was one week past the one year warranty AND wedding season was beginning in 4 days. So we take the cart to CGC expecting to hear bad news about the expiration of the warranty and that we would have to leave it there to get work done. Surprise! Pete, the sales manager made no big deal about the warranty and treated our problems as if the carts were purchased last month. As well, Chris, the service manager got us in and out in a very short period of time with the cart loaded and ready for our Saturday wedding. I have to tell you, these guys are awesome! Professional, customer focused, great communicators, and knowledgeable of their products. Thanks to the staff of Carolina Golf Cars for keeping us up and rolling!

I rented a golf cart from them for the weekend of my wedding. I was told they had electric golf carts and since we were having an outdoor wedding, electric would be a lot more pleasant than gas for shuttling around our elderly family members. 10 days out I was told that they never had electric golf carts. 2 days out I was told that they found one for us. Day of we picked the cart up and it was filthy! Spent an hour cleaning it. I will never use these guys again and will never recommend anyone to use them

Pretty persnickity place. Swore I was at a Bentley dealership. I just want a golf cart. No reason other than attitude to give this rating. Beautiful place, as Im sure if you buy there, your in good hands, just got that gut feeling that I wasnt appreciated there. Maybe because I was in gym shorts and a t-shirt? Youd think pulling up in an $85,000 car would tell you Im serious, oh well.

We called to get prices, and were very pleased as we can not bring in our golf cart, have no means so I called not sure who I talked to, but most pleasant and he was very helpful said we should go ahead and have new batteries and wheels installed instead of investing in a new one, which we did not really want to do, and called and two days later Josh called to make sure we were home, and all installed and running good, thanks Josh and carolina golf cars,,,, will pass around the business cards here in the mobile park,,,,,

We bought our golf cart last year. We had great service every step of the way. We love our golf cart, Great quality and great price. We recently went to register it wth the DMV but couldnt find our paperwork. I contacted Carolina carts, they sent over my paperwork and even a copy of the form for the DMV.Above and beyond service! I highly recommend them!

The Community Relations Committee in our small town has worked with Carolina Golf Cars for the last few years to rent additional carts when needed for events around town - 4th of July Parade, Fall Festival, etc. They have always been very responsive to our needs and have provided quality golf carts of all types (electric, gas, 6 seaters) to suit our circumstances. I would definitely recommend them for similar needs and would contact them first in the event I ever need to purchase a personal cart...

I had to enter all of the application details myself. Yes, you heard me right. Not once, not twice but 3 times because I could probably type faster (per associate). After all that entering, the sales assoc. was locked out because he forgot his password and he had to call to have his account unlocked by YardCard. Once approved he gave me the numbers with ALL taxes and fees and I was good with that. I even asked several times if that is what we owed with EVERYTHING included and was reassured twice. I assumed he knew what he was doing. Turns out he didnt add in the promo fee and we ended up going over the credit limit by a few bucks. Now, Im pretty sure our APR has shot up to 29.99% from the 3.99% promo rate we were guaranteed because of going over the limit once YardCard factored the promo fee in on my very 1st statement. So, now my 13 year old daughter will miss her cart as I am not paying 30% APR on a golf cart. I have purchased many vehicles and the associate always explained and broke down figures, fees and taxes. This place failed to do so. The promo print was there of course on the paperwork but I was reassured again, all taxes and fees were included. If I could give this place a -1 star, I would. I am extremely upset and my gut questioned the associates ability to follow through. I guess, I was right. I unduly believe that I was just a face and I was being rushed for a sale and not an actual person with me and my familys best interest at heart.

Bait and Switch experience. Called the company over the phone asking for pricing for a certain style cart. Was told yes, we have lots at that price point. Got to the dealership and everything was at least 2K more than what he said over phone. Proceed with caution. Selling carts with a 4.5 year old battery and battery only last 5-6 years so unless you get a new battery on purchase, you will be back within 18 months for another 700$ expense.

Good place to get a golf cart.

Called about a replacement tail light for a golf cart and was quoted a price . When I went to pick it up they decided that it was $20 more than what I was told over the phone. Will not be going back & would advice no one else to do business here.

They are usually very good I just had trouble trying to pay with my credit card they didnt know how to handle it in the end they called me and were able to take my payment
