Amazing grocery store compared to Foodlion and Bi-Lo. Produce section and Meat Department were organized and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Kevin the Manager takes good care of this store and his employees because it shows!

Typically I am very pleased with the Fresh Market, but this particular one several things went wrong with this visit. First there were several people waiting in the meat department when I walked up, and then waited several minutes more before someone realized there was a line forming.I purchased steaks, salmon, and smoked salmon. The next day I went to cook the fish and it was rancid and was thrown out.The lady in the bakery seemed bothered when I asked for a piece of cake. Then when I came back to ask a question, she had to remove her ear buds and seemed just as perturbed.I also purchased some fruit, a cantalope and it was rotten the next day. I had to throw that out as well. It seemed as though this store is just not as fresh as others.I called and tried to speak with the manager and was put on hold on two separate occasions for longer than 5 minutes (first time I hung up as I thought they forgot about me).I originally had 3 stars, but had to lower it as the fish and fruit were rotten and when I called, was not able to reach Karla or a manager.

This stores deli has fantastic spinach artichoke dip and fiesta layer dip made in-house by Gwyn. Took to a party and everyone loved it! Call her at the store ahead of time for special orders. She is amazing!

Very nice place. Extremely worth the time and money, especially if youre a health nut and wanting mainly organics.

In the area. Stopped in to pick up a few items. This is not your run of the mill grocer so youll find uncommon things here. The selections were good. We bought more than planned.

I really dont get the hype about this place. I called to see if they had organic Ranier cherries and they said they did. I asked again just to be sure. Produce guy assured me they had them. When I got there they did not have them and employees could not distinguish Ranier cherries from bing cherries. So I wasted my time driving across town for nothing.

Nothing “fresh” about this market. I bought ginger candy that was extremely stale. I get it’s a food market but how do you have tooth paste with no tooth brushes? This place won’t be in business for too long I guarantee it.

Very small selection of items....very clean and service was great.

It may seem like a mini Publix or Whole foods, which it kind of is, but they have great deals like the weekly dinner specials. Either way, it is a fun place to shop for quality products.

Flower selection is a little small, but most other things are on point!

We ordered the Valentines Day meal for two. We received a beautiful dozen roses, chocolate covered strawberries, a large fresh piece of chilean sea bass, a large fresh piece of filet mignon, a generous portion of whipped marscapone mashed potatoes, and asparagus all for under $50. Included was a reusable shopping bag and cooking instructions. Better than restaurant quality. We couldnt be more thrilled to cook together and enjoy this special day with all the bells and whistles safely.

This is a great supermarket for specialty items. It is smaller than Publix and Harris Teeter but it is not trying to be everything to everyone. The ambiance is inviting, relaxed and cozy. Go and aee for yourself. You will like it. 😊

Good place to find different sauces and things fresh veggies and the oxtail are fresh always fresh.

I really like to go here for the family meal deals. All the ingredients are together and you can grab and go. Great for a busy family like mine. They also have a great selection of coffee you can freshly grind at the store. I like you can get small amounts of beans from bulk that way you always have a fresh batch.

Me and my husband used to stop by here to buy items wed forgotten to get when wed go grocery shopping for dinner. And recently he ran in alone for me while I wasnt feeling good, and he realized one of their employees was following him around the store. After we left he told me and we talked to the manager about why he was the only one being followed and if it was because he is a person of color and the manger replied by telling him he fits a criteria and asked why my husband was shocked by this. The manager also admitted to saying that this store only sees the bad in people. I wished I had recorded this conversation. My husband was so sad that this store turned out to be very discriminate towards people of color. Please do not shop here if you are!!!! They will threaten you to keep following you around if you show up. Weve never taken anything from here and only come here to get a few things. I will never come here again. This business disgusting and disrespectful!!!! (UPDATE) Dear Karla, I would love to see the information that you have already talked to my husband about? Because that is hilarious! That store had several fresh items and it was all reasonably priced. Associates for professional and warm and friendly you can believe that.

Great place to buy quality food while listening to classical music in the background. If I had to choose between Fresh Market and Trader Joe’s, I would choose Trader Joe’s. Still, Fresh Market is great because they have more samples to demo than any other grocery store. If you come here at the right time, like Saturday around noon, you can demo everything from shrimp salad to carrot cake. If they lowered their prices 15%, than I would shop here more often.

I think a lot of the prices are high, somethings I can understand. But when they charge twice as much for a product! Other things you can not get any where else or just not as good. The meat section is really nice. The bakery takes the CAKE! I will go just for the bakery. Pricey, but overall; it depends on what you want and how much you are willing to pay.

One of the best groceries in Charlotte. If you live close to town, this and Whole Foods are the only real options for people who want truly fresh produce and high quality ingredients.

The dudes that work at the butcher shop were just hilarious. Worth the visit alone. Nice selection of many prepared and fresh foods and a small footprint. Not overwhelming like some stores.

This is an interesting fresh market location. It is in a rather bustling area on East Blvd. This is just your typical high end grocery store. Things are kepts in order.

There are so many supermarkets in Charlotte now. Fresh Market has specialized in niche areas. The one I like best is their fresh fruit which often includes very unusual and unique fruits of high quality that arent found at any other market in the region. Their meat and fish is also excellent. For 4th of July we bought baby back ribs; they were the best I have ever had.

Lee is one the friendliest persons I have ever met. It is a cute Japanese store with a cute gift shop. The fish department is filled with friendly staff. They are busier during the evenings and Holidays. Due stop by and say hello.

I like the variety of items at this market. They sell normal supermarket items along with, Organic, Gluten-free, Specialty & fresh meat & fish market items. The staff is friendly & helpful as well. A nice shopping experience.

Went for & interview the store manager had me stand in the front of the store for 30 min before coming to interview me. She asked me tons of questions I answer them accordingly. She ask me how did I hear about the grease market I told her that my church gets donated food from fresh market also other places. She was very rude & said thats not what we give away food for we give it to the homeless shelters. I explain to her that by giving the good to whom ever they do they shelter had many of resources that donate to them, the food has an expiration date so the wanna make sure the food dont go to waste so maybe thats why they give it to churches. I explained to her my church help the homeless . I let her know here are homeless people on the street of Charlotte children, mothers, fathers, veteran, etc... the shelter has a capacity that they reach meaning that leaves familys on the street. So churches are the places that help these people we give them a word we give love we give them a hot mean a box of food diapers clothes what ever we may have we give it all away for free. We dont get paid to help the homeless we do out of the kindness of our heart. I say all this to say I would rather be jobless working for free for the homeless then to work for some place that is rude & wouldnt wanna give churches food who help people from every walk of life. She did also let me know that loves & fishes are busy during the holidays & cant pick up from them so she gives the food to some random man she know & he give out food what the difference. I could never & will never work for the company if she is the face of it.

Bought flowers for Valentines day on Thursday and roses looked horrible by Saturday! So I came back to buy more for my wife because I felt so bad. I explained what happened and Anne just gave me a fresh dozen and said she was sorry it happened. Great customer service, KEEP IT UP!

Disappointed! Been shopping for years at the Fresh Market in Montvale NJ. With great anticipation, we went to this Fresh market and could not believe the level of service provided. It was past noon and none of the hot meats were out to purchase. The staff wonder around and ignore the customers. Clearly, this location lacks a manager.

Great food and service at this Dilworth location. Huge selection of beer wine and bakery items as well as deli salads etc. Got everything you need here. And its fresh. Check It out.

Nice fresh foods, different foods and lots of healthy options. Kind of small in a cramped shopping center and sometimes things are hard to find, but nice friendly staff.

Honestly I used to love going in this store until the past couple of times. An older red headed employee has started accusing me of stealing and follows around the store everytime. (Even chased me to the parking lot to make me prove I had a reciept) I have never stolen a thing from there, and I am noticeably gay so I assume that is problem. There is more than one bigot employed there because when I tried to approach the manager about the employee harassing me and clearly confusing me with someone else they did nothing and almost just shrugged it off. Instead of being embarrassed everytime I go in this store or accused of something I didn’t do I am going to stop going in this store. Really disappointing and if your gay I might consider going somewhere else.
