I just had the best vegan croissant at my local whole foods. I enjoyed it with a dark roast coffee; half oat milk & two pumps of caramel syrup. Somehow they were able to keep the buttery taste in the bread without the butter. Throughly enjoyed.

The store is fantastic and the people are helpful- but DON’T visit if you’re driving a car. They haven’t fixed their parking ticketing system since it’s been open and I just had to pay to park again, even with a validated ticket.

Worst breakfast ever. All food overcooked. No healthy choices. Even worse - a closed coffee bar! Seriously? On a Saturday morning?

Very pricey in some things and comparable to other supermarkets in other things. Nothing special as it offers same things as other stores. Variety is probably their biggest pro, but I found some brands conspicuously absent from their shelves. Not a big deal as no store is going to offer every brand out there. But not a shopping experience that would bring me back. Well lit, clean store and somewhat friendly personnel. Just another upper tier super market.

Great made in store vegan selections: sausage and pepper pizza, fried tofu(non-vegan bf loved it says it tastes like chickn), and puppy cupcake! Only wish they had a compost collection.

I like that they validate parking (if you remember to give them the card at the register) and I like that they have so many items while its a reasonably small location. Otherwise - its a typical Whole Foods.

I NEVER thought I would be here to leave a bad review on Whole Foods out of all places, but the service on Monday was just as bad as the food. We went there for lunch, and grabbed the 2 for $7 slices of pie, and the little young girl who was in the back was more concerned with talking to her friend whether helping to assist us. We grabbed our pie and the first bite I bout lost my teeth because of how stale the pizza was. My coworkers said the same thing. We went back to complain and there was no apology or any type of customer service that Whole Foods is known for, but she just told us to grab another one and continued in her conversation. The second one was covered in grease so I didnt even bother. We were not too pleased, and pretty much wasted $7.

Expensive doesnt always mean quality. I bought chicken breasts on a Saturday to grill for Sunday dinner. When I opened the package the smell was so bad my dog ran away whimpering. I called the store customer service number and got no answer. I tried a different number, left a message, and never got a call back. So I returned to the store for a replacement or refund, and the store manager acted like I was there begging for a hand out. Her response was here, Im going to just let you have this and not charge for it. Well...excuse me but Im bringing back what Ive already paid for. Youre not giving me anything extra or something for free! Her response should have been, were sorry we made a mistake, well make it right and we hope that youll consider shopping at our store in the future. Guess what Half Foods Market? I dont think so!

It’s a convenient location. It’s in the city but not on a busy street. So getting in and out is always easy. Parking is free for 2 hours but in order to park, you’ll need to get a ticket while entering the building and keep your ticket with you since you’ll need to validate the parking before you exit the store. The store itself is smaller compare to many Whole Foods stores I have been before. But they have pretty much everything you might possibly need. Staff is lovely as usual.

The deli manager is completely slacking. For the past week there has been no tuna, at all. No variation of other things, her excuse is they are making things in house, but the other Whole Foods are as well and thriving. She spends time talking, but doesn’t have time herself to make the food or even direct staff. The drink options are completely out of stock as well.

Its hard to not love this place. Its clean, and has a ton of healthy options, which is helpful for those who want to eat mostly or all organic. Their hot bar isnt open right now but you can still get sandwiches or pizza, or prepared food which is convenient for busy days. You can also get an organic rotisserie chicken for $10, the only place I know that offers that. They also have self checkout now (an addition I personally love) and parking deck access to protect you from the elements or inclimate weather. My favorite part? Tiramisu cakes for $12 ☺️

The rude attendant at the register is just all around a downer. Shopping around 10 min before close and made an effort to be quick and efficient so I could expedite my transaction. I tried making conversation and got nothing but silence. Makes you wonder why such cold and bad tempered individuals choose to work at places that require the exact opposite kind of personality? Will likely continue going to southpark location.

I’ve complained twice about this location to corporate. The employees at this location are insufferable. I almost feel bad for them because they all seem miserable. A far cry from Publix and Harris teeters customer service.I go here weekly and I do not think I have ever had a cashier greet me or speak above a mumble. I also was told by a stocker as I was Browsing produce that I needed to move and I was “in their way”. I don’t get it. I’m the customer - buying from your establishment - why am I being Told to move from browsing to accommodate an employee. Can’t they wait 5 seconds? Anyway, unfortunately they’re one of the best places for gluten free products otherwise I would not Shop here.

DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE 🚚The delivery of groceries to your door is severely BROKEN.-Orders are either filled, then not delivered,and/or go to the wrong address. The delivery drivers drop your groceries at your door, but don’t even knock, groceries just sitting outside the door.-Furthermore, if you decide to use Whole Foods delivery, purchase one beer or wine, because they must check your ID.-This way, you’ll get your groceries (if Order includes any beer or wine)-Good luck with 1/2 Foods on Stonewall STCharlotte, NC-Best bet is just go to the store and get the groceries you want. They do a great job with Social-Distancing.-You have been warned. This is our personal review.

Good location overall. Expensive but no surprise. Parking is FREE when validated. Some people don’t read signs it seems like, but it is FREE when validated. The only downside is that you do need to buy something, you can’t just browse and get it validated. But if Charlotte is gonna grow, this is something folks need to get used to. I don’t understand the complaints, it’s to help YOU, the customer.

Went in to Whole Foods for the amazing buffet that can either be eaten in store at nice tables or taken to go. My family loves this buffet with so many food options that each person’s dietary choices can be satisfied with just this one stop.
