Charles, was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He knew what I needed and was willing to help. The hydraulic pump I needed was an older unit that is no longer readily available. However, it could easily be built. My local Hydradyne(Middle Ga) couldnt assist me on the purchase. Charles, gave me a quote and had the pump built and shipped to me in 4 days.
