My husband and I bought a hot tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlets and we are extremely happy with the entire process. John has been very professional and knowledgeable about his products.The hot tub has been a great product and is everything that John had advertised to us. We even received our tub a couple of weeks before the agreed upon date.John has a vast variety of products for all types of likes and budgets andthe people he uses from delivery, electrician and maintenance are incredible.We highly recommend doing business with this company.

I received my hot tub and it came with scratches, gash in shell, pump leaked, missing screws, and now need a new pump and it is a brand new hot tub. Of course Jon Bramell who was nice when selling has not helped out at all and as I kept calling he got irritated and hung up on me. Please purchase a hot tub from a different company. BBB rates company really low.

Buying the tub was great, Jon was nice and helpful in the beginning - then once we ordered our tub, which was July 2020, we was told it would be delivered in Oct. 2020. October came and went... no news - no updates unless I called Jon, when I finally could get in touch with him, (because he does not answer his phone nor return calls left on voice mail) he always had the same answer of it should go into production in 2 weeks this was his story every single time I spoke with him. Now dont get me wrong I completely understand that COVID has affected everything, but we could have been told this, instead of being led on that our tub was next in line.... my husband and I are understanding, and I get it. Once mid November came and went, I ask for Jons boss, this guy was from MI, I think his name was Brian. He was not any more help than Jon. Instead of him asking how he could help an upset concerned customer, he wanted to know how did you get my number? REALLY, SERIOUSLY! We simply wanted answers, someone to be honest instead of making endless promises. Both Jon and Brian were very rude and hateful, once our tub was ordered it was as if they were done, the sale was made. Yes their tubs are cheaper, but honestly - if we had it to do over again, I would pay more for our tub to know we would have good customer service and would be taken care of if we had issues. Our tub was delivered in January 2021. One of the water features do not completely turn off - thus ruining our cover. Our cabinet has scratches on it, and the pillows are upside down. Our delivery guy, Pat took pictures of these stated he would let Jon know and ensured it would be taken care of. A couple months have came and went.... never heard from Pat or Jon... I called Pat to follow up, his response was yeah I never got around to letting anyone know, you need to call that service number. What a jerk, if he wasnt going to do what he said then why could he have not just told us that to begin with!! Taking matters into our own hands, called the support services number, they claim they will send someone out to look at it but, the guy stated he didnt know who or when! Even the support services people are hateful and rude. This company must be all about making that sale. My in-laws also purchased from them back in August 2020 before we began to have all our issues and sadly they too have had nothing but problem after problem, all of their jets stopped working and have had to be replaced, a tech will not come out and fix for my father-in-law instead they just mail them new jets and tubing to fix on his own, and they begin having trouble within one month of getting it. Lets just say I am not impressed. Again the tubs are pretty and cheap but when you order, cross your fingers that it arrives prefect without any issues because if it doesnt youre gonna be in for it. I do not typically give bad reviews but in this situation it seems to be one thing after another and I felt everyone should know our experience.

Looking for hot tubs.. This should be the only place you go! Wholesale pricing.. Tons of options.. Base.. Interior.. Multiple brands and add obs.. Love the fire flame features.. We have gone to multiple Hot tub sales.. Blow out shows.. And none of them beat the price here. We were able to choose all options we wanted We saved over $1500.00 just on the hot tub.. And got steps..cover Years worth of Filters, cleaning kit.. Mineral filters and the auto lift for the cover for less than the Hot tub quote at the Expos. John was great.. Very knowledgeable.. Took his time and explained everything. 2nd bonus.. Wait time.. 12 weeks vs Spring delivery.. So 8-9 months difference.. Saved close to $2500.00 even with all accessories plus.. Back yard delivery! Definitely worth checking them out!

This Hot Tub I have, the one person, is the BEST one I owned (4 PRIOR), You will really enjoy the Lites, Water Falll and Air Bubbler. I have lower back problems and it really has helped me. I know there is a long wait, but once you do get yours, you will say this Hot Tub, whatever one you get, WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!

We called to make an appointment due to COVID-19 It seems that hours are by appointment only, as a matter of fact the google map has a note saying hours may differ. So to be proactive we called the business, set the appointment, and showed up on the time we set with the company.The sales person was very professional and his customer service really good also. We were told that the waiting time is longer than normal about 6 weeks. We received our spa a couple days after the six week time but it is beautiful and soothing. Well worth the waiting.

Smooth purchase. Love, love, love my hot tub. The sales person in Charlotte was really knowledgeable. It took a little while to get it but it is awesome, strong jets, nice lights and relaxing after a stressful day of virtual meetings

Good selection of high quailty hot tubs on display (but all dry - no water so you couldnt see any working). Prices were MUCH better than other local places we visited because its a bare bones, ultra low overhead factory warehouse operation - no fancy showroom, etc. John was helpful, friendly, not pushy, very professional. Youll be excited but be patient because most spas are custom made - 4 weeks or so from order to delivery. Would highly recommend! We bought the Kennedy model by Catalina and LOVE it... use it daily, sometimes twice. P. S. we went with EZ Pad ($400) to use as foundation vs concrete slab.

Hot Tub is very well made and low maintenance, lots of jets, comfortable seating, lights very relaxing, John was a delight to work with knew the product and he genuinely cares about your satisfaction. Love relaxing after working all day!!! A++

Really happy with this company! I just bought this for my wife back, she suffers of fibromialgia it relieves her pain and it relaxes her muscles ! Anyway we have the hot tub for 3 months now! We paid 1/2 of what the dealers were selling the same hot tub for! Everything turn out to be as promised! Not sure what the bad reviews are about since there is nothing espressed about it! Will refer friends and family

Buying was a great experience from John - however we purchased the hot tub in August. This is now January. We have to call customer service AGAIN for a 2nd leak. By the way this is a brand new deck, so while we have to wait for a repair guy to come out from TN our deck is being destroyed. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING

Went online it said opens at 1. Drove 30 min and waited hour just so we could see what you had. At 130 called number and was told you only open by appointment. You need to add that info to the website.
