30 minutes in line because the lone employee service the crowd on a hot Sunday afternoon moved at an absolute snails pace. Hey management - Hire more employees. Train them better.

Delicious ice cream! And the young lady Zelda working was so nice and gave great recommendations! Would go again.

Theres only one employee here. Theres a lot of people and one employee that is struggling and probably stressed. These are horrible working conditions and this company that sells overpriced ice cream should be ashamed of itself. The employee couldnt handle things on her own. She let a bunch of people go the wrong way in line so the line went one way and then two people skipped everybody else in line and said the line goes this way and the employee said yea it does and let those two people skip people that had been waiting for a half hour. The employee is wearing air pods and isnt paying attention. Its really quite disappointing.

I ordered a sundae in a regular size, and they put it in a small cup and said sundaes only come in one size, yet charged me for a regular size. In all the haagen dazs I go to like waverly, they do sundaes in regular cups and I’ve never came across this before. It was totally a waste of money and bad service.

Either they are out of ice cream or they cant make shakes.Always a disappointing experience.

Dirty, took forever, not nice service. Don’t bother coming. Better go to a gas station for ice cream.

It was amazing love the service

Came to this location and there was no one working at the store. The ice cream coolers were open. So all the ice cream was exposed. The employee came back to the store with her shopping bag from Victoria secret sayin that she was on her break and that is why she wasnt at the store.

We found it by accident on Google maps when vacationing there. It was inside a mall food court. Sorry can’t recall mall name. Line was long to get ice cream. It was ok but I swear the ice cream you buy in the store was better. I’m sure it’s the name that gets people in but not sure if it keeps them coming back. I guess with the name, I was hoping for more “umpf” in te flavor.

I love ice cream! Midnight Cookies & Cream is delicious! Although the price isnt.

The sherbet was really flavorful I liked it very much a good fruity taste.

Tristan is a great ambassador for Haagen Dazs he is very passionate about the business and for his customers. His award winning personality will keep you coming back for more and more. His work ethic is genuine and noticeable by the way he carries himself. I feel the upper management did a good job giving him the opportunity to run this new store in Concord. Sorry if I spelt his name wrong.

They say its open sunday until 9:00 pm. Iam here not even able to get inside the mall.
