Super cute place. The lemongrass bahn mi sandwich was flavorful, although the bulgogi was lacking. The macaroons were good, too. Staff was friendly.

I thought this place sounded really interesting when I first heard about it so I was excited to try it. We went for a little bit of a late lunch on Friday.It wasnt empty when we were there, so I hope there are more people during normal meal hours. You order at the counter, find a seat, and they bring your food to you. They were helpful with their recommendations.We decided to get a large Super Sizzlewich and a large Beef Banh Xeo. They warned us that this was a lot of food, but we didnt realize how big the portions were. A small would be more than enough food for one person.We got our food pretty quickly. We loved both of them. I probably liked the Banh Xeo a little more, but only because it tasted more Vietnamese. I loved the taste and consistency of the outer shell. It was lighter and crunchier than a crepe.Everything was great here! Im really excited that its so close to where I live. I highly recommend coming here. Ill definitely be back again!

I stop in for coffee or espresso once or twice a week since I work nearby. I like supposing local businesses over Starbucks whenever I can. The coffee is good, and the breakfast sandwiches are so soft and delicious. I also like the muffins they get in, especially the chocolate ones.What really makes Waterbean a great place is the staff. Theyre always friendly and super fast even when they get a rush.

No more Sizzlewiches! So, I ordered the Banh mi! BIG MISTAKE! If I had wanted chewy bread with 2 slices of very chewy meat I would have bought myself a loaf of stale bread and beef jerky at the grocery store! What a waste of money!

We tried the sizzlewich for the first time, and WOW, it was delicious! The customer service there is fantastic, very very nice people. We were very pleased and will be going back soon to try more!

I love eating here! Before they changed over to a new menu, I would always get the salmon poke bowl. Unfortunately, they no longer have it on the menu. But the other foods such as the bahn mi and bahn xeo are still very delicious! They have a hibachi Japanese style menu now. I like the low carb chicken with veggies. Coffee and macarons are really good as well. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

Think of the sizzlewiches as sub sandwiches. Theyre full of traditional sub sandwich ingredients and theyre served hot. The only difference is that theyre served in a hot, greasy, savory crepe instead of a bun. The dancing cow is a breakfast dish and they have an elaborate coffee menu. Its a good lunch place but they lack some things youd expect in a lunch place that serves subs like soft drinks, hot sauce, napkins on the table for the greasy sizzlewich crepe and something crunchy with the meal like chips. However I think these are all things that can be improved in time and the sizzlewiches that are served right now are very tasty and worth a lunch trip.

Amazing place to grab Banh Mi beside the Banh Xeo. I have tried every Banh Mi places, but here they do it best. I had the bulgogi beef banh mi, and it was tenderize perfectly and the sub was crunchy. The Bulgogi Beef Banh Mi was fresh and perfectly made by Kim.Not to mention the ice-cream mochi.

Ive been a fan of Waterbean Coffee since they first started, and I look forward to trying Sizzlewich the next time Im in town. If they are as obsessed with quality and customer service as they are at Waterbean, then Im sure that I wont be disappointed.
