Ive worked in Food Service for 10 years and Airgas has been the WORST company Ive ever dealt with. Their customer experience is awful. The never fill on time. You always have to call them to make sure you dont run out. Then call them again. Then run out. Then call them and tell then you are out. Then a couple months later repeat that again. They never run on the weekend and dont call you back when you leave messages.

Worst company I have deal with.They are all rude.We are always running out of co2 and when you call they will always take days to show up to fill it up.Glad won’t be dealing with them any more in a couple of weeks.
I had a great experience when I called this location. They were not able to help me, but they were very nice to refer me to the location that could with the phone number and address.
Solid company with reliable CO2 delivery which is what I need. They show up, I pay the bill. We stay focused on taking care of our business, simple.

Wish I could give a lower rating, this company is terrible. The customer service is horrific, not one person I talk to is ever helpful, looking foreword to telling them to kick rocks and switching to another supplier as soon as I can....literally the worst, right up there with every telecom

Scott scheicher, presidentService is zero. Out of CO2 4 times. Supposed to be autofill290 rent for nitrogen mixer does not workNo one does what they say they are going to doNo service. Cant get anyone in management or sales to call you back. Poor equipment

Terrible service. They missed a delivery and I cant get anyone to help me. Their customer service reps are rude and not willing to help.
The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.They never fill our tank up on time.
Horrible customer service. They do not return phone calls, and regularly do not make deliveries on time or in the right week. Very poor service. A major headache to deal with.
