I absolutely love this car! I just upgraded and the bone interior is stunning. I have to personally give these 5 stars to the sales associate Christina, after choosing a vehicle that I like she set up an appointment to test drive and being approved for financing her manager sold the car. Naturally I was upset, however Christina worked extra hard to make sure I left with a vehicle up to my standards. This one exceptional associate. I recomend anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle go to Christina.

Great service. Very courteous. 1st oil change, no pressure to push additional services and even added a coupon for the service. Kudos to the staff.

Trying to negotiate a new car purchase from out of state. Agreed to the price and said I would put deposit down on car as we work the rest of the deal with trade in. They gave me a price for my trade in. Then a couple hours later after I continued to check in with my sale for any update she said now they are giving me $2000 less for my trade in, which was already below kkb. I asked to speak to the general manager, he was going to call me back in 5 minutes, which he never did. Finally I called back. After hanging up with the general manager who said he was going to work on the deal, I received a text from my sales person that said the car was sold. I called my sales person and she hung up on me. A dealership likes this should not be in business. I would NEVER trust them with a purchase of this value. BUYER BEWARE!!! They wasted my entire day leading me on!

Wow...a car buying experience like no other. I was in the market for a SUV...coming from a minivan, and a car-geek friend of mine told me I had to check out the new Telerides from Kia before I made any decisions. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about negociating for a new car all on my own but this team of Christina, Dean, Sean, Teuiti, and Lenny really worked with my situation, were completely understanding, and not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. They also didn’t deposit our down payment as we had asked them to. I felt like I was constantly texted request that they wanted me to complete. BEWARE!!!I purchased my Sportage from Planet Kia of Charlotte on August 28, 2021. I requested to complete my purchase to include a tow hitch with wiring and a front bug shield installed. The sales manager and my sales person Christina Barham stated that I could take my car to Leonard Trailers & Accessories in Fayetteville. They gave me a WE OWE document that Planet Kia would pay up to $700.00 for the purchase and installation of these items. Christina also stated they would open up an account at Leonards in Fayetteville that they would pay. I ordered and paid for a bug shield at Pinehurst Kia. On the 24th I had the tow hitch, wiring and bug shield installed in Fayetteville. When checking out Jose verified in his computer that Planet Kia had an open account there. This took over thirty minutes and after calling the district Leonards the results were, They did not. I had to pay the Leonards bill which really upset me but I did. All together I have paid over $810.00. That afternoon I e-mailed Christina all of the paid receipts. I did not hear back from her. On Monday I text her several times and never heard back. I have called the dealership many times asking to speak to Kristina or the sales manager and the answer was always I will have them call you. They never had. I would never recommend Planet Kia. They owe me in good faith $700.00. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General of North Carolina.

Easy trade in and car buying experience with Sol! She was absolutely wonderful, communicative, NOT pushy, and very patient! BEWARE!!!!!!!Purchased my 200 Chrysler on Aug 3,2021. Had to return it the next day for service . 4 days later, the car still hadnt been serviced. I took the car home bcz I found out the service department had been driving the car . Brandon said to bring the car back in 3 days but later changed it to whenever convenient . After about a week, the car was taken back but had to again remain at the dealership because of no one being there at the time to service the car. Was given a loaner veh that had a bad drivers side windshield wiper and had an ordor like someone was using the car as a smoking area. It was raining and when I turned on the wiper, it flew off in traffic and only the passenger side had a wiper. I hadnt gotten very far and I called back to the dealership, explained what happened, was told a staff would be coming but no one showed up. They actually all gone home ! I had to try to make it back to the dealership in the rain with no driver side wiper. I eventually made it back. Steve stayed behind to assist me and make sure I had a dependable car to make it back to SC. (Thank you for that Steve )I was told to return back the next day but after finding out they still had not done anything to the car, Andrew in the sales dept stated he would get a staff to deliver the car to SC. Eventually, the car was delivered but the guy delivering the car took an item that was of sentimental value . He admitted to taking it but stated he didnt have it with him . I contacted the dealership spoke to 3 ppl about what he had admitted to doing. But I never received the item back and no one ever mentioned anything about it. 24 hrs after getting the car, the car stalls and I had to have it towed to a repair shop . It was thought to be a battery but after having to have it towed again, 4 hrs later, it was said to be the starter. I had to spend $400 to get the starter replaced. And the car was skipping . Found out my warranty didnt cover any of these things . I called planet kia back and spoke with Andrew. I asked him what servicing was supposedly done on my car? Judging by all the things wrong with it, no servicing had been done . I had to get the oil change the Fri I picked it up, now replacing a starter on a veh I had just gotten bk in my possession 24 hrs prior. He stated he thought the warranty would cover those things also and would speak with the service department about taking care of the current skipping issue . I told him that if they had already replaced the motor, the spark plugs should have been replaced also. Had the veh been serviced as they were lying that they were doing, there would not be issues! The lien holder stated planet kia was responsible for taking care of this issue .I held on the phone for 45mins before being disconnected . I received an email on Sept 12 from Zach, to bring the car in to be serviced . I left messages without any returned calls. Yesterday, I was transfered 4 times. I called back today to schedule an appointment and was told no one was available . Only when I became irate about speaking with someone or coming to the location, did I speak with a rude nonchalant attitude manager who tells me Ill have to pay them $200 to do a job they were responsible for doing the total 3 wks the car was in their possession . I was NOT driving 2.5 hrs to pay $200 bucks!! I REGRET DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE DAY 1!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I had the smoothest car buying experience with this dealership! Yvonne was so kind and did not hesitate to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. I drove over 2 hours to this dealership even though I have one 20min from my house and several others much closer along the way and it was worth it.

Great Experience. Professional Friendly staff with large open clean waiting area. The only 2 things that would have made my time there perfect is if they had new model Kias to look at while there ... they had no new models on site. Also (in my humble opinion), the new Independence location is not ideal ... terrible Independence traffic🥴! But overall it was a great experience & I will go back inspite of the location.

I went to Kia to get 1 tire & I believe the gentlemans name is Larry in the service dept has excellent customer service skills and respect for the customer. Service dept provided excellent service. Everyone was professional and friendly...Great service... Great experience...I also would like to thank the service dept and technicians for wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.That said....There was an older gentleman not wearing his from the sales dept, the entire time I was getting my car serviced. I am assuming he is a sales manager, so I would expect you to lead by example, like the service manager did. That is my only negative complaint.

Larry and Emny are the best in service! They took really good care of me and my boyfriend, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and riding safe. Started today headed to another Dealership but decided on a whim to visit Planet Kia and the experience was out of this world. Worked with salesman William Noble, Sales Manager Teudi Flores and General Sales Manager Sean Donnelly. They truly provided a stellar experience. They had a direct approach, no smoke and mirrors. For the first time in my car buying experience I feel that I experienced INTEGRITY. And am now the proud owner of a 2021 Telluride. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to visit this Planet (Kia).

After a month of hunt for Telluride where in the chip shortage and all other types of hypes making the MSRP top up to 5k-7k, I almost lost interest buying new car or at least Kia Telluride. Was thinking to switch to Palisade. Just in time, got phone call from the sales person Steve who spoke with me promising that he can work on the price. Stopped by on the same day and his manager Teudi as well so reasonable and negotiable to work with. End of the day, whether you both agree to a price or not and walk with or without vehicle least matter. The way they are reasonable to negotiate with, I might have felt equally glad even if I have not walked out with the new vehicle on that day.

Last weekend I was able to get my absolute dream car with the help of Yvonne and Teudi! Yvonne was so kind and knowledgeable and approached me right away to help me get started. The process was smooth and easy and everyone that greeted me was so professional and friendly! I am so happy that I decided to come to this dealership and I highly recommend it to others.
