I recently shopped here for the first time and I am now a customer for life. I was extremely nervous because I knew I would feel uncomfortable. Im a plus size pregnant woman with extremely large breasts and knew I would be shopping amongst slimmer woman who probably dont share my bra problems. To say the least the employees made me feel welcome and seemed happy to help. Sherry I believe is the one who shoppes for me and was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what kind of bras I needed and worked with me to find good choices. I even got a wireless comfort bra that had support and lift! I would highly recommend this store to any and everyone wanting the perfect bra.

I came in with all 3 of my boys, autism mom and always have my kids with me. The staff was super sweet and kind not only to me but to my children as well. Shelly measured me and brought me many different styles to try and almost every one fit perfectly. Left with 5 bras. Great experience and I will definitely be back!

I like so many have shared, have had numerous challenges finding a good bra that fits correctly (plus size and large cup size). I had been searching and searching. Thank God, I discovered I.C. London online. After reading all of the wonderful reviews, I visited the store today. Amy assisted me and was the consummate professional. She was extremely helpful, warm and knowledgeable. I learned so much during my visit and walked away with 2 bras. I totally recommend this shop, and will be back soon.

Fitting is thorough so I hear. But I can definitely tell you that the Old Fashioned at Cowfish next door is perfect for waiting for your wife to be fitted for a bra. Pricey but hits the spot, the Old Fashioned that is.

If youre above the typical range of bra sizes you can find at a department store (above a DD/E) you absolutely must check out IC London! I visited for the first time today and have never had a more well fitting bra in my life, even when I was a teenager and within the easy to find size ranges. Their customer service was impeccable! Incredibly knowledgeable and very professional during what can be a slightly vulnerable, uncomfortable process. Its also wonderful to support a local, women owned business. Yall deserve all the praise I can give, youve earned a life long customer!

This place is amazing! I have a smaller waist and a larger chest and I’ve looked everywhere to find a bra that actually fits me! After YEARS of walking around in uncomfortable bra that I knew didn’t fit properly when I bought them, I can now feel confident and comfortable!

Make sure to buy a bra! I went in the store at the new location at Southpark, because they advertise and have always advertised, that they will help fit you and find your correct bra size. Ive been a customer since they were located on East Blvd. I went in and immediately told the rep that I was there to be sized. The rep, a very cool-looking older woman, helped size me. Paid extra special care to make sure that I got a bra and size that was appropriate to my bust. Then she asked me, how many bras do you want to buy. When I told her, that I only wanted to be fitted, as I had said before, she immediately left the dressing room and stayed at the front desk. When I left the dressing room and the store, no goodbye or anything. Just pretended like I didnt exist, since I wouldnt be lining her pockets with commission. I understand the need for sales, especially with COVID, but never turn your back on your customers. I planned on coming back to buy some bras from I.C. London and took a pic of the bra that I wanted, but never will I come here again!

This place is amazing. I went in for a bra fitting (hadnt had one in years) and was very impressed by the level of customer service. Donna took her time with me, showed me some great options and looked at each bra I tried on to make sure it fit perfectly. I left feeling elated and with some fantastic, high quality and remarkably comfortable purchases. Im not sure how this was only my first time at I.C. London but it will not be my last!

Donna was an absolute delight. Her mannerisms were professional and gave plenty of dignity. She found me the correct fitting and stole on the first try. My only complaint is the cashier. She was overly excited to get me put the door even though Donna and I was placing an order. While Donna was writing down the catalog order ahe kept asking questions on to how yo being up the order, as a matter if fact charged me for two pairs of panties I was suppose to get forf ree.

Great location for specialty lingerie (larger sizes).

First of all.. I’ve never been able to find a good supportive bra that actually fits in all the right places.. I’m 21 and have been dealing with the large breast issues since a youngin even with me being 8 months pregnant right now around my rib cage is very slim and has always been a struggle to find a bra to fit.. Well TODAY that has changed for me, this place has Cup sizes A-P!! While most places only go up to a size G....And already this bra has helped me to relieve so much pain I’ve been experiencing I mean literally I can’t stop talking about this bra lol. And most of all CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE/SERVICE was great, very informative, and most importantly with this pandemic going on the seller made sure me and my mom sanitized! I would give 10 stars if I could.. definitely have a forever customer! They also have nursing bras, bathing suits.. worth every penny ☺️

This is the best place to go in the southeast if you are in a bra size that is hard to find. I have lived in four states and I have never been able to walk into a store that had my size until I found IC London. Not only do they have my size, they have a great selection, great prices, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I could go on and on about what a gem IC London is.

Neat experience being properly fitted. Side note 3/15/21. I have been back several times since. I love this store. The bras I buy there always have a superior fit. This coming from a previous bra fitter. I always learn something new and I always love the bras they carry. As a small store I understand how they cant carry as much inventory as the larger stores. That is my only wish is that my desire to purchase more than 1 color or the undies to match cant be met immediately in some cases.

This place is amazing it’s truly a hidden gem if you are looking for a bra this is the best place to go it will change your life and you’ll learn how a bra should fit. They are not money hungry and won’t let you just buy anything.they make sure it fits perfectly and want to see you in the bra to confirm. I’ll never buy a bra anywhere else.

Mia is amazing! I walked in expecting to feel rushed because it was about an hour before they closed, and my bridesmaids and I left feeling like a million bucks... even with gifts in tow for our significant others! I needed foundation garments for my wedding dress and Mia knew exactly what I needed and was spot in with my size- she didnt even need to measure me. (This is a magical power!) I also got a bra (in the correct size!) and have not wanted to take it off since. I am very self conscious about my chest. Their bras go up to a 48P and I cannot express enough how appreciated this is! Bra shopping and bathing suit shopping usually result in tears for me and so many other women, and not only did I leave with what I needed but I felt great. Mia made me feel very comfortable, even pretty!

The ladies here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in to figure out my size & pick up some new undies, and the girl picked the right size just by looking at me. The selection is fantastic, and the help throughout the entire experience was wonderful. The only downside is that some prices are a bit high, but most bras I bought were comparable to or cheaper than VS and the selection at IC London is better quality

I am a large breasted woman sized 40M, and these ladies did a wonderful job sizing me. The were sweet, welcoming ladies with a damn good eye for sizing and comfort. They did not make me feel uncomfortable or ashamed of my body in any way and the bras I got were very reasonably priced. Their customer service and general mannerisms were delightfully refreshing for such an intimate service.

My experience here was out of this world. I wouldve payed the same money even without taking a product home. It would have been worth every penny. My confidence wearing my new purchase as well as the old that I thought was outdated hit the sky. It was better than going out with the girls or a spa day. And even my husband noticed...

I cant say enough great things about this store and the sweet owner. I have such a unique bra size 34GG (and depending on the brand, sometimes a larger cup in a must). Each time I go in, the team members are so patient with me, hunting through a number of bras hoping they will fit. I know its exhausting, but I appreciate all of the help.

Quality and courtesy are not extinct concepts. Youll find both at I C London (and yes, I really want a sister store named I C France!).I visited there for the first time and was apprehensive. My days of being a saucy, slender, kittenish slip of a girl are far behind me, having been replaced with experience and hard-won wisdom. I wanted properly fitted garments, that would actually support the girls while still being criminally pretty.Shelley listened to me, discussed my concerns and wants, and brought me ARMFULS of bras, patiently adjusting each and showing me why one worked and one did not. There was no pressure to buy anything (although I left with a few gorgeous items that I practically want to frame instead of wear!), and Im already planning my next trip!Go. Today.

This place is AMAZING!!! The staff is attentive and courteous. I went in after visiting almost bra vendor in Charlotte trying to find bras to fit my 38 H/HH breasts to no avail and needless to say I was EXHAUSTED and DRAINED by the search. Kate found me a bra that FIT in under 10mins. I literally cried tears of joy on her shoulder and she let me. I bought 2 bras & ordered a 3rd.

This was the worst experience EVER with trying to order a bra. I patiently waited 7 weeks with little to no communication about the status; only to find out the bra I ordered was shipped but not in my size. Nobody called to tell me, I had to call and inquire. I would not recommend ordering a bra from them.

I visited I C London at recommendation of a friend. Bra selection was limited to basic colors (black, beige, white) for my size (34 G/H), but I had a wonderful experience shopping with the staff. I purchased a bra & panty set in one of the European brands Im accustomed to wearing, but was disappointed to learn when I arrived home that it was available at other boutiques (in more unique colors) for about $100 less. I left the non-worn, still tagged bra & panty set in its bag w receipt, so I could return it after a business trip. When I returned from my business trip a few days later, I noticed I C Londons return policy at the bottom of the receipt:NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY MERCHANDISE CAN BE EXCHANGED WITH TAGS ATTACHED ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE DONE WITHIN 10 DAYSI was within the the 10 days so I could exchange the set, but I was disappointed that I C London does NOT allow returns. My real disappointment stems from the staff failing to share that policy with their new customer at the time of purchase. Needless to say, I wont be referring my friends here.
