They were both a pleasure to deal with. I dont like to name drop but the person I dealt with on the phone was exceptional. She made sure I got the exact replacement mailbox though it took a little extra work on her end. The installation guy was equally professional, touched up my newspaper holder and everything. The site was easy to use and the process was painless. You just select your box, complete the order and schedule the install. Customer service responded to my questions in a timely fashion. You dont have to be home for them to install the box. Were pleased with our new curbside mailbox.

I have had the pleasure working with Carolina Mailboxes for several years and would recommend them for your mailbox needs. The staff is very friendly, responsive and does a great job. The field staff is amazing. They install and you can’t tell they have been there other than a shiny new mailbox post has been installed. No mess and no issues from installation. Someone had run over my mailbox some time ago. The handy man reset was shoddy.I was referred to Carolina Mailboxes by my HOA.I could not be happier!I paid for the mailbox and install online, and they contacted me for next day install!Their tech, Theriot was super courteous and incredibly efficient. I love the professional looking numbers, as well.I would recommend this product and this company to anyone.

I have to say... in calling this location more than 6 times and simply trying to get a mailbox repaired and purchase parts.. I AGREE with at least ONE of the reviews... Dani has HORRIBLE customer service skills..These skills are so bad to the point this morning while I was on the phone with her; I told her, I am sorry to bother you with this; you seem so irritated when I call in... It is almost to the point where you hate to call in because you may speak to her. Unfortunately, I have to call here; they have the contract of the subdivision.. SMH... I am not sure who I spoke with the very first time I called in, but I would say to the managers there; take Dani off the phone and put the other person there.

The key to any business....Communication and customer service. For a $160 mailbox, I also paid about $60 for installation and both my appointments were missed. Ok, things happen BUT I would have expected the company to call/email me about the missed appointments... they did not. When I called in for the 1st missed appointment, they informed me, that even though I had an appointment, there was not enough space on the truck for my mailbox. Instead of scheduling me the next day, they told me they would come out the following week. Ok... When I called in for the 2nd missed appointment, I requested to speak to a manager and he did apologize (with an excuse of course) and sent someone out the same day. But good customer service would have been to offer something for the headache.Furthering, On one side of my mailbox, one of the numbers Is not smoothed (e.g. has bumps) and my newspaper slot is not fully painted inside. I just would have expected better customer service and quality for a $200 mailbox job.

Dani has horrible customer service. When I called she was very rushed and unconcerned. If my HOA didnt require me to use this company I definitely would not. Example of how NOT to do business. I suggest you go find another job if youre not Happy with this one. Fix your attitude sweetie

The young lady at the front desk was very kind. But the service worker that you speak to on the phone to place the order she is not professionally made for the position they hired her for sorry she is so unhappy that she doesnt know how to deal with consumers.
