Good customer service but unpredictable hours. Ive purchased here in the past, but this Friday, I called twice at 4pm and stopped by at 4:25. The lights are on but no one answers the door.Update: Ive posted to Google to suggest editing the Friday hours to close at 4pm. Management should update the rest.Update #2: Thanks for the quick reply! Holiday weekend, makes sense. Ill plan further ahead next time. Upgrading this to 5 stars.

Great Customer Service. I needed something late on a Friday afternoon and it was near 5:00pm. Stephanie went above and beyond, even meeting me after close to make sure I had what I needed. These guys are the best!

Extremely long delivery times and never received tracking information. Had multiple issues with shipping/delivery, as well.

Nice place to deliver to but get here by 7 am. Its tough to put an OTR truck in the dock after the employees arrive and park since the parking is right in front of the dock (one just north of the ramp). Nice restroom with real quality toilet paper! Friendly and quick.
