It was so nice to be able to pick out clothes in person. They had a great selection of styles though I struggled to find my size but was still about to grab several items. The person working was very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Very Nice and Very clean! The rental service saved my big day after my dress wouldnt make it in time. Very thankful!I brought the dress I rented back. I picked it up straight from the dry cleaners and the lady working claimed it smelt like smoke. I do not smoke and my husband doesnt smoke my car is also smoke free. I live an hour away and didnt want to bring it back AGAIN, so we paid $30 to have her dry clean it.

Probably the only store left for in-person maternity shopping! Cute selection, great prices, friendly and helpful staff, and the added bonus of sustainable shopping.

Nice staff but dont bother going if your plus size

The sales woman was so nice, even though i came in 20mins before the store closed. She even helped me on the phone battle the construction outside to get in. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the bigger you are the smaller your selection. I am carrying twins and i couldnt find a decent winter top

Such a great store! Found the perfect dress for my maternity photo shoot and other items :) The owner was very knowledgeable, helpful and so kind! Store was exceptionally CLEAN and SAFE to shop at during COVID! Highly highly recommend!

Cute store and great selection of clothes! employees were great while wearing masks and had sanitizer set up throughout the store. also had separate sanitized and used pens at the front for signingedit to add: if you dont think the owner should take her mask off AT ALL to eat or drink anything, please dont you dare go into a restaurant where you yourself will have to take your mask off

You wear a mask despite your own views... Well, even when you are in the back room, or alone, when you are in the store, you need to be masked to follow the mask mandate. Every time you remove it, you are filling your store with your exhalations and if you are COVID positive, you are contaminating your store. You, actually we all, need to pretend that we are positive and wear our masks to reduce the amount of overall viral load when we are around others. Its the only way we will get through this as a community. I truly hope you become more cautious and take better care of your customers in the future.

Excellent selection of cute and affordable maternity clothing. I have been a customer during both of my pregnancies (one winter baby and the other due in September). I was able to find items for all seasons!!I have always received excellent customer service. Currently 8.5 months pregnant with my 2nd and felt confident the entire time I was in the store. Mask was worn by employee and hand sanitizer was provided.I am puzzled by the other reviews. I am a critical care nurse and even I can understand how people slip their mask down to take a sip of water. This pandemic has really brought out the ugly in people. Don’t trust the other reviews that clearly have an agenda to cause hate during these times. Don’t take my word for it, stop by the store and just see for yourself!I highly recommend one hot momma consignment !!

Great selection and deals

First of all the concept of this store is genius! Secondly, I shopped here during my first pregnancy and always had a good experience with selection and service. I’m now pregnant again but of course during a different season so I can’t rewear many of my previous purchases plus I have moved out of state. I found some pieces on the website I really loved and was able to contact the store through Instagram. i’m not sure If I was communicating directly with the owner or if it was a store associate but in any case, I received phenomenal service- responsive, accommodating, above and beyond anything I ever expected. Some of the clothes in this store might be second hand but the service is FIRST. CLASS. ALL. THE. WAY. I’d shop here over any high end chain store any day where you are barely acknowledged at the door.

Correction: She did not say you had an attitude. You did, however (albeit politely), REFUSE to put a mask on - plain and simple.Super disappointed with their attitude and customer service! My girlfriend an her mom visited the shop recently. Both entered with masks on and noticed that the only employee was without a mask. When questioned she simply said I dont like to wear it inside. Upon hearing this my GF and her mother promptly left. The employee seamed indifferent to loose the business. First, its an NC mandate for all retail establishments. Second, this is a maternity store! How can they justify not wearing a mask during Covid when pregnant women will be coming into the store. If you value your health and that of your unborn child I would find an alternative place to shop.

DO NOT SHOP HERE if you follow covid-19 precautions. I’m a critical care nurse - NO WAY am I going to throw away all the precautions I take professionally, by walking inside a place that does not take precautions. And with pregnant women? Really? # geteducated

Updated after all call from the store owner.I went to drop some things off, and they say that they will come out to your car, but no one answered the phone so I put my baby in the stroller and carted the clothes inside. The sales woman selected a few items to consign and told me to check back in after a certain date to see if they were sold, and then I would be able to collect a check or unsold clothing. I called and left a message after the date, but did not get a call back until after leaving a poor review on here. They only accept calls during business hours (which the voicemail did not indicate, but is supposed to be changed soon). I probably wont sell here again, but I might shop here if I needed maternity clothes for a party or business casual event.

I love this place! I started going here once I found out I was pregnant, was able to find cute affordable clothes throughout each trimester and I’m still going there for nursing attire. Maternity/ nursing clothes can be hard to find but not with a store like this !!! The owner has amazing customer service and is so helpful, I highly recommend this place !

When I went to the store I received exceptional personal attention and service. Nicole, the owner helped me search the racks for sizes and styles that fit what I was looking for. The selection was good and the clothes are in-style and in excellent condition or new with tags. I was able to try all the options and select the best choices- 3 pairs of jeans cost me the same as one new pair from a popular retail store! Theres also a great selection of nursing friendly clothing for postpartum. Be sure to check out the 50% off section!The best part is that this consignment store feels like shopping in a boutique not a second hand store. I wish I had come here sooner!

Excellent all around. I went here desperate to find something for my fiancée to wear to a wedding. Nicole was extremely helpful and found a great outfit for me. Cant say enough about how wonderful her shop is. Definitely stop by and check it out!

Posting about my review....terrible experience at this place!!The most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. It all started when I decided to consign my maternity clothes with this so called business. On March 12th I showed up at the store at the “opening” time, 10 am. The owner, Nicole didn’t even show up until 10:30 am and looked surprised that someone would actually show up at that time to consign. I let it go, everyone has their days. Took inside multiple items (bathing suits, shorts, jeans, nursing tops, dresses and maternity tops) all in all a great collection for the new and expectant mother. I received a call and was unable to answer the next day stating my items had not been tagged properly and that she needed confirmation of what I actually brought in. 😳 I called back multiple times with no response to my messages and finally resulted to sending a Facebook message where I did get a response finally stating:” Hi Ashley! Thank you for calling back. I’m sorry I’ve missed your calls. I will give you a call back tomorrow to confirm! Thanks for your patience! ♥️ - Nicole”Only to have to call back again multiple times until finally getting a response back to my items that she had said to received.Fast forward to May when it was time for me to check in on items sold. Of course numerous calls made and no response and finally a call back stating what the amount was that I had made off my items. However she failed to mention what items had sold and what was still available to customers. There is not electronic system of record so take you chances on it gettting documented correctly.I reached out multiple times near the date of my items supposedly expiring and needing to collect my check. Called of course multiple times with no answer or response and got until the point of multiple calls a day to finally get a response. I also had to correct her on her voicemail for the store which stated that it was October and the store would be closed due to a sick child and it actually May. (which by the way it still says this and it’s never been changed)I found out what my supposed amount was due to me for my items. And was told the the end of May beginning of June would be my time to pick up my check. Since I not success with calling in the past I sent a message via Facebook confirming I would be coming Saturday May 25th to pick up my check. Of course response delayed and finally heard back saying to call the store and she didn’t want to forget......did I mention I had called so many times before with no response???I show up last Saturday to request my check only to be greeted with a rude remark asking why I didn’t call ahead of time and that it’s frustrating when people don’t follow directions. Appalled, I responded to everything I had experienced thus far and how frustrating it’s been only to get push back from her. Finally I ended up with what was supposedly owed to me and not a clue if I still had items remaining there or not and of course she wasn’t about to let me know.Beware if you decide to consign here! I know it’s unfortunate for pregnant women out there as there are little to no options to find amazing items at a great price. Just be careful as I would hate that any other new mother would have to experience everything I did while dealing with a new baby and trying to help others at the same time.

This is the best shop ever!

Went today to shop and they were closed, no sign on the door and no one answering the phone. There were 4 people waiting outside. Atleast put a sign on the door or record a voicemail so customers know what to expect when your closed during your typical business hours.

You have to check out this shop! Nicole (owner) is so friendly and knowledgable in maternity clothes. She carries a great selection of cute and classy name brand items. I go about once/week to see whats new. She posts pics of new stuff on her Facebook page too but Ive noticed the good stuff doesnt stay around very long!

So I stop by today because of the positive reviews and when I walked in I was greeted very polite; I got the help I needed even though I gave her a hard time to make a pick because I think I look fat right now but I was assured that Im not fat Im pregnant (hehe) she also suggested a few other nice dresses for me which helped it..lol but as I was changing into a dress I realized that the I inspiring songs I listen to on k-love was on and that definitely caught my attention lol but I had a great experience and I will be going back!!!
