Staff is great at this location! The problems currently as is with many furniture places is shipping. I ordered my mattress on 7/5/2021 and requested a delivery date of 7/23/2021. I have still not received tracking information (its 7/28) for my mattress meaning, it hasnt even been packaged yet. If you are planning on ordering just be aware that things are taking at least a month before they are even going out.

Andrew, one of the managers at Casper, is a SAINT! He’s actually my hero. I’ve been without a bed for some time waiting for my Casper mattress to ship, and Andrew not only found a solution to my long wait, but made me feel heard. Andrew could teach a masterclass in customer service. Give this man a raise!!!

I had a wonderful nap appointment experience here. I was not rushed and he took time to explain everything as well as sending promotion deals to my email.

Great Customer Svc... Mary Katherine was a delight! Very knowledgeable. I will have my lovely Casper mattress before Thanksgiving and I am so excited!Also, thanks for the $300 military discount!!! I read about Casper mattresses online but was reluctant to buy a mattress without trying it out first, even if I could send it back. I was delighted to find a store at the mall where I could tryout a mattress. The salesman was friendly, not pushy. Gave me time to rest on the mattress in peace and privacy. I thought I wanted one that was advertised with more support. The one I ended up buying was the original model, which was less expensive. I bought the box support also. As it turned out my mattress showed up before the base unit. The mattress is much better on Caspers base unit than it was on my box spring. I had chronic low back/hip pain on my old, old mattress. Ive had the Casper for over a month now and I realized I no longer wake up in pain. The back pain didnt disappear over night but was gone in a few days and hasnt returned. I plan to keep my Casper mattress, no returns for me. Definitely worth the money for the base unit. I spent less on the base and mattress than I would have spent on a mattress somewhere else.

So very disappointed. was told my order was returnable with 100 return policy. however when we started our return around maybe 40days after it was delivered we are not getting our money for the foundation back. I hate the size of the mattress so i cant even reuse the foundation. i dont understand how they call that good customer service. An actual person that works at casper told my husband everything was returnable within the 100 days and now its NOT!! DO NOT BUY!! HAS A TERRIBLE SMELL THAT DID NOT GO AWAY EITHER!!

We made an appointment at this location. I have 4 kids and my wife was not with me. They said I would have to leave one kid out because they only allow 4 people at a time. So it’s safer to leave a kid alone in the mall than come in the store? Might as well close. That’s insanity. They lost a sale.

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff at this location. They all went above and beyond to make my shopping experience fun and informative. Shout out to Todd, he was so nice and had great attitude. I love that this store is here, I really wanted to try the Casper out before I purchased it. They have little private rooms to lay on the mattresses and at no point did I feel rushed. Now for the mattress- I purchased a king size Casper original. I’ve been sleeping on it for a week now. I haven’t slept this good in a long time. I’m a side sleeper mostly and this mattress is perfect. Highly recommend checking out the store! Now I just need to get my dogs some new Casper beds!

My husband and I went in to test mattresses out after looking online. Everybody in the store was incredibly nice, Todd specifically. He educated us about the mattresses and differences, gave us the chance to test them all out, and let us make a decision without being pushy in the least! We are stoked on our purchase and would absolutely go back anytime for their stellar customer service!

I stopped into Casper on a Monday night, after doing some research on mattresses. Hunter provided great customer service, very knowledgeable on the products, and eager to help with loading the new mattress in my car. Cant recommend it enough!

My husband and I stopped by this Casper store while browsing the mall. We were warmly welcomed by Dee. He did an awesome job showing us the choices in beds and pillows. He was patient and kind. He did not make us feel hassled or smothered. He was very knowledgeable about the beds and their technology. I recommend asking for Dee if you visit this store. I had recently been to Tempurpedic and wanted to compare the two. I found the Casper to be much cheaper and similar in quality. Tempurpedic does have a better financing program, probably because their beds start at $1,000 more than the basic Casper.
