I would absolute recommend Gold Tone I took my strat in to switch wiring and pickups and a set up. Came out exactly how I wanted it. Couldn’t ask for better they are very nice !

Gold Tone Workshop was referred to me by a local musician. I was in need of some work on the set up on my Stratocaster. The neck had too much relief due to a stuck truss rod. I was impressed with the high level of professional service and technical skill exhibited by Philip at GTW. Although I am only a hobbyist player, the assessment of the instrument was thorough and I was treated as if I made my living playing this guitar. During the follow up phone call the next day, I was given the options to repair the guitar to excellent or perfect, each with the commensurate cost. I was totally satisfied with the result. The instrument was ready when promised and was handled with care. It is better now than I can play it, but the improvement is dramatic. I will be doing business with GTW again in the future.

Gold Tone did an amazing job on refretting my Stratocaster. It left better than factory. My fingers are raw from not being able to put it down.They also fixed my ‘87 MIJ Boss DS-2... great to find a place that also does amp/electronics repair; Steve Stoekel left a vacuum when he retired and I’m looking forward to continued business with Gold Tone!
