Garret was very helpful on our 2 trips to Summer Classics. A nice selection of products for outdoors was available, even at this 50% off retail prices sale. We wound up selecting a variety of furniture for our newly transformed backyard.

I purchased a sectional sofa for my porch and was very happy with it. However the minute it was delivered we realized we needed another section and ordered it that day. It arrived about 3 weeks later with the WRONG upholstery on it. The sales person did not check to make sure the current order matched what we ordered previously. When the mistake was pointed out at delivery the sales person immediately ordered the correct upholstery. I never heard from them again. I had to call and call and finally a month later was told the fabric was discontinued and I couldnt get anymore. Since my whole sofa was only 2 months old and we hadnt used it at all, I asked to pick out new upholstery and have the company pay for it so it would all match. They turned me down. They found 2 yards of the old fabric in the back of the store that they gave me. So I was told I could pay someone to piece together fabric of various types (because 2 yards wasnt enough to cover the cushions). I am BEYOND angry at this situation. The sales person failed at several points to communicate and the manager of the store failed to negotiate a reasonable solution with me, the customer. They sure DONT live up to their Core values of Relentless Attention to Detail, Integrity, and Exceptional results. I will not shop at the Charlotte Summer Classics again and I will strongly warn all potential friends and family shoppers to BEWARE. They dont care about you at all.

I purchased the classic wicker swivel glider, recliner, loveseat, and two ottomans along with all the cushions in March, 2017 to complete my new screened-in porch. It has been outside (under roof) since I bought it, and after a year and a half, I am completely happy with the beauty, durability, and comfort. (BTW, the cording adds a nice accent.)I initially had a minor misunderstanding concerning my purchase (which I made over the phone without personally seeing the furniture). Cathy Goodway was so understanding and made sure I was happy.I will not hesitate to buy again from this store again, even though I am in TN

I live in Va. & do not have a SC store near me. I drove to Charlotte and walked in one day without an appt. Nancy helped me & was awesome! In January, I purchased a sofa, club chairs & 2 tables. Love them. She just helped me over the phone for 2 days sending numerous text pictures of fabric swatches and spent an hour on the phone helping me go back and forth to pick out fabric to recover cushions. Nancy is great to work with. Wonderful attitude & great eye for design.

Wow! What a beautiful store. I loved hearing that it was family owned. The patterns on the Wendy Jane pillows, blew me away, I had a hard time deciding on my favorite. The staff was great and attentive and answered all my questions. My current furniture is only a couple years old, but I will definitely be back when I’m ready to update.

After three days of disappointment shopping for outdoor furniture for our new home, we were less than eager walking into the SC store in Charlotte. Nancy changed that the moment she greeted us! We found EXACTLY what we wanted, were able to pick colors that work PERFECTLY for us and we expect to enjoy this ensemble for the rest of our lives. Highly recommend these products and this store!

Stopped in today to check out some items for my back porch. I work near the store but have never stopped in. I really loved the dining sets i was looking at, and was sending pictures to my wife. Both people who helped me were very well versed in the product and helped me decide what would fit my lifestyle. Bringing the wife back in on Monday and I can’t wait to see our backyard when it’s all said and done.

We LOVE our new outdoor furniture set! It is beautiful, super comfortable, and the quality surpasses every other store we looked at. Our friends and neighbors haven’t stopped complimenting our great taste. We live in Florida, so it will get year-round use.

Had a fantastic experience at Summer Classics. Wife and I were able to fully furnish our backyard for our new home. The fabric selection was great and the process was quick and smooth. We managed to pick out a dining and seating area around a firepit. For the quality of what we purchased, I couldnt be happier with the value. In love with the outdoor furniture. Feels like we are at a resort when we are on our back patio. The seats are undeniably comfy and everyone always comments on how luxurious it is. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable!

I searched for well over a year for the best patio furniture. I wanted luxury but affordable and something that would fit on my deck. When I heard Summer Classics was having a sale, I thought Id check it out.The salesperson was knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. The patio furniture took around 3 months and it was delivered and set-up at my home.I loved it! However, twelve months in, two of the cushions started to warp. When I called to talk to the manager she said there is probably nothing she could do about it but she would check with corporate. Ive emailed her since then with pictures and Ive yet to hear back from her. If you are spending upwards of 9k on outdoor patio furniture you want it to last more than a year. Im very disappointed and will not shop at Summer Classics Charlotte, NC again.

I recently renovated a house in the charlotte area. My fiancé and I couldn’t agree on furniture anywhere until we went to Summer Classics. We needed a full outdoor set as well as some other odds and ends. We were welcomed by all the consultants, as well as the manager. We were surprised how comfortable and durable the furniture is. The hardest part was deciding what we liked most. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful, we got our outdoor space and lighting finished in one visit.

Love Summer Classics...we bought porch furniture there 10 years ago and it still looks like new . We just bought new cushions with the help of Nancy Sekadlo. She was so very helpful and professional. It was a true delight to revisit this store. If you are looking for good outdoor furniture and great customer service Summer Classics is the place to go.

I have a couple of products from Summer Classic - throw pillows and a fun flip flop rug by my front door. Love everything! Quality made using good materials with nice colors.

I purchased some beautiful outdoor furniture from Summer Classics but decided to buy the tables from Frontgate. When the tables arrived from Frontgate, they were awful so I returned them and went back to SC and purchased some gorgeous ones!!! Thank you Lauren and Michelle— you guys are wonderful!!!

I love Summer Classics. Ive got quite a few things in my home and always impressed by the quality. The Charlotte store is really fun to browse around, and the staff is always super helpful and fun to interact with!

Owner is very self-absorbed and rude. She ran very late (just over an hour) to an appointment. Then, proceeded to disregard an important situation at hand, meanwhile, being openly prickly toward her staff, all the while staying solely focused on her outfit and her coffee.stuff they sell is also incredibly overpriced. I have sourced for designers, architects, and builders/contractors alike, and can say with confidence-- do not waste your priceless time- u can get this over priced stuff anywhere.

Extremely disappointed with the service at summer classics. The email follow up was horrendous. I pride myself on customer service with my clients and to shop here and spend over 10k on furniture to experience such horrendous customer serivove... well let’s just say I’ll take my money elsewhere in the future. I will never shop here again.
