Great trampoline! Install was easy, and it’s good quality. However, the point of investing the $$ was the warranty and customer service. If you don’t like dealing with the cable company, odds are you probably won’t like dealing with Springfree!I’ve had parts issues, and had them returned only to find I would not receive a refund and was offered little more than “we’ll call you back within 24-48 hours if we can talk to our warehouse”.It doesn’t sound like one hand talks to the other very well. Maybe COVID has them all disjointed and less than helpful?I would wait until they’ve had time to settle their inventories and shipping is back to normal before you purchase anything with SpringFree. Hoping these behaviors change!

Im giving this Charlotte store a 5 star rating! We had a difficult install and our 2 technicians went above and beyond to help break down the trampoline that was left behind from the previous owners. Top notch workers and so friendly! I will use this company again!
