Recently had my garage door repaired with them. Very satisfied with the service. The guy who fixed my garage door was knowledgable and professional. The charge was fair.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The old man that “runs” this place is the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever met. I have seen him publicly berate employees and potential customers. I genuinely feel sorry for every person that has to interact with him. I would NEVER recommend using this company.

These folks do excellent work. They replaced our old garage doors in three hours. The got here on time andit cost us less than expected. In the troubled world of home improvement contractors they are a light shining on a hill.

Highly recommend. 100% customer service. We had three garage doors serviced and maintenanced: one broken spring replaced, three weather striping seals replaced. The crew of Sam and Yulier arrived on time, worked efficiently and answer all of my questions. I even had the transponder activated in my car; now I can open the garage door from my car without a remote.

They did a fine job replacing the torsion springs on the garage door, and the fellows came out quickly to do the work, and the labor fee is fair. Id give 5 stars for that. However, prepare to be overcharged by a LOT for each torsion spring. I checked to see if the springs had gold in them somewhere, but no, theyre just normal replacement springs.

They were fast to respond and had somebody out the next morning! Reasonable prices for labor and parts. The technician even gave me a spare can of lubricant to use on the doors! They were very helpful!

Great experience with this company. Installers right on time. Very professional! Doors work perfectly. Installers carefully explained how they worked. Totally recommend!

Called on Tuesday, they were out Wednesday morning. They were able to make a spring to replace my broken one on the spot, and the replacement was of better quality. They also found a crack in a panel near the opener attachment, which could cause a major problem down the road since my door is so old and no replacement panels exist. They reinforced this, and lubed all the rollers, tracks etc, all at a cost well below what I had in mind.

If I could give this company no stars, I would of. This company sent two guys who tried to convince us that a whole new system was needed and that the current one was installed backwards! In fact, all it was was a broken spring! After putting the cons in their place, the garage door was mysteriously working after the spring was fixed! Do not trust them!

I had one of my Overhead Door garage door openers stop working and after doing some quick troubleshooting, I realized I was going to need a service call. Rivanna Associates in Charlottesville responded the same day I called them. The team that was dispatched was Brian and Rob. Within minutes, Brian discovered the problem with the faulty opener and indicated they needed to get another part to make the repair. At the same time, I had them install a new opener on a detached building. The service team was awesome and worked together like clockwork. They indicated a way for me to leave the faulty door unlocked so they could come back the next day and repair the door without me having to be there. When I got home the next evening, all was well again and the door is working like brand new!The team at Rivanna Associates are awesome to deal with.
