Love Southern States. My go to store for 30 years.

I go in here and not sure what their problem is, but most all of them are rude as can be. They act like women on menopause. Not professional and far too rude when working with the public. The products are nice, but the people are not. And the manager isnt enforcing the mask ordinance either and that is unprofessional. This location needs to get it together! The north 29 one is much nicer and more professional.

Took a chainsaw chain in for sharpening, they kept the chain for a month. They never called to provide status, after two weeks we called them and they couldnt find it! I called back a week later, still lost! Finally they found the chain and I went and picked it up, 4 weeks after dropoff! Put the chain on the saw and went to the woods, the chain wouldnt cut melted butter! THEY NEVER SHARPENED IT!!! Be careful with this place performing any service, they may do nothing and charge you for it.

Knowledgeable folks indoors and out. Today was for 2 cycle oil and two mineral blocks.

No mask requirement for employees or shoppers. How very considerate of others. Probably not going back.

Great neighborhood garden center. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I have gotten meant plants here and have been very pleased with their health. Now my years is starting to look like I want it to look. The other half has a nice selection of tools for your yards and some more agricultural implements. Be keeping supplies as well if you dont want to take the scenic drive to Scottsville

Super friendly staff, great prices, and all the goodies my chickens and garden need at great prices.

They have a wide variety of horse feed, also dog food.

The people on warehouse make wait for 25 minutes to give me my stuff

This place has a lot of stuff. Good service. Prices competitive w/ Lowes. The garden center has a nice selection of plants. Very helpful.

We were shopping in the small outside shop with the succulents, cacti, bonsai, pansies. etc. Service was just okay today, usually much better with previous staffs assistance while shopping.
