They were five hours late in showing up for job. I picked out the free sink and never discussed the possibility of needing faucet adjustments or that my disposal won’t fit . They moved everything out of the way and put in my “free “ new sink . It ended up it cost me over thousand dollars as I needed my plumbing realigned to fit a disposal that I had to buy new due to the deepness of the sink I also had to replace my faucet as the granite was too thick and my faucet would not fit with the new design. I had two plumbers come and look at it and they both said the same thing that this company does not tell customers at this potential issue and the free sick ends up not being free if I had left my old sink none of this would’ve been in the cards .They also promise that the lip of the granite would be larger and taller than what was installed and as a result I have to have all new caulking around my kitchen granite tops . I’ll be at their prices are decent I would not recommend this business to any of my friends or colleagues they are very unprofessional they did not disclose all the issues except that they did not do plumbing but they were quite aware of these potential issues and I think it was a total rip off

From the time I walked into the office on Rt 29 in Charlottesville, I was impressed. The sales woman was very informed and helpful. We placed an order and in 7 days our counter tops came. We absolutely love our new granite counters from Discover Granite. Their just beautiful furthermore their customer service was excellent. She made sure we were squeezed in as soon as possible for scheduling due to living in a small town further out and made sure the importance of us getting our kitchen completed was known with living in the house with our 2 kids during the renovations. The two men that installed our counter tops were the best. They arrived on time and when expected. They made sure to keep our home clean during the installation. Answered questions that my wife and I had and was very friendly. Top notch work and very professional. Recommend them highly.

We just used this company for the first time and are very happy with them! The customer service was great, they came when they said they would and their prices were very reasonable. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and helpful. I would suggest visiting the warehouse so you can see your entire slab of granite.

I went to several countertop places around the Charlottesville area and ended up quite frustrated in not being able to find what I was looking for (as well as great service). This was such a blessing to find this company before hiring Lowes to install my countertops. They were knowledgable, friendly, and FAST. They even came back out 2 days later when my IT company needed additional holes placed for wires.
