ZERO STARS!!!Has anyone had any success getting their money back? We tried to be nice. We tried to be patient. We finally went to the Attorney Generals office who received no response from Mike. Brady or his coworker Sam, provided us with info on claims court. They promised us a full refund, I actually have a written note from Jen on my receipt that they owed me $2424.63 cash refund on materials never delivered. They tried to say they were holding my cash because I stopped payment on a credit card for a separate transaction on which I also received no products. That made no sense because these were 2 separate transactions and he had no basis to keep my money.I wish I had paid for everything with a credit card but I had been saving my cash for several years to put toward a new deck so it seemed like the best way to keep costs down was to spend the cash first. We are in the process of filing court papers but if anyone has any recommendations, I would really appreciate them.

Saved about 50% on Azak decking and railing. You need to make sure they have enough for your project. They have a lot of discontinued colors and items. Some of the open boxes had missing items, but they were very accommodating and were able to provide them with a second trip out. They also have kitchen cabinets and American Standard fixtures at a great price.

Buyers BEWARE!!! Fraudulent activities by owner and employees...Mike and Sam where is my decking? Why are you not responding to the Mass Atty Gen or VA Atty Gen requests for response on why you have not refunded me my $16,164.16, since you stated you resold or auctioned off what I originally paid for in full?? Where is my money? If you are such an upstanding businessman where are your ethics?? Why am I left without decking materials I paid for, that you evidently were paid twice for and why have I not received a full refund?? I tried working with both you and Sam for 2 months, more than enough time for you to resolve these issues. 18+ Consumer Complaints on the MA BBB site- RATED F!!!

I bought decking there 3 years ago and I saved around 40% over the box stores. There are limitation to what you can get, like I couldnt bull nose pieces to match but I got a couple of pieces in a nice contrasting color at the box store and it looks great and I saved over $400. If you have a little imagination and ingenuity its worth it.

BUYER BEWARE!!!As noted by others, you will save money on Azek materials, however the aggravation and lack of customer service was not worth it. I was advise my material would be delivered in 2 weeks and it was 9weeks before I received material. This caused trickle down delays with my contractors. I was assured the material would be covered by warranty and since found out by Azek any inventory purchased through Inventory solutions is not covered under Manufacturers warranty. While I love my deck it has discolored and faded within three years. Now I am questioning if in fact this is Azek material.

Shop somewhere else!!Not really impressed with the lack of simple customer service. You will save some money but be prepared for headaches and aggravation if you need follow up products or communication from them.... next time I will spend the extra money to save time and aggrevation because after all time is money in the construction business.There are other companies that offer the same thing, start there first!!

Great price on Azek. Great service

I Purchased some decking from Inventory Solutions. Wasn’t told that there was no longer any hardware available for the post or the decking. Also found that none of the post caps available would fit this deck and it was from 2011. Called and emailed several times and got zero help. For the 25% that I saved was it nearly worth the hassle I’ve gone through. I would not recommend this company to anyone
