Moving went off without a hitch with the Penske truck rental. The reason for 2 stars, is the truck was filled with fuel 10 miles from the Chaska MN drop off. In the morning, I received an email saying they charged us for 8.7 gallons of gas at $8 per gallon. I dont believe it was an error, I believe it was a scam for whom ever drops a vehicle overnight. There is no way nearly 9 gallons fit into that rank after 10 miles!

These guys will scam you on fuel on trucks. Filled truck and returned truck on full (as full as it was when we picked it up) and they squeezed in a few more gallons and charged almost $100 for fuel we never got in the first place. I would never rent from this scammy place.

I came here to get my lawn mower fixed and the staff were very kind to me and helped figure out what I needed to do. I will definitely come here when I need help again!

I came at 530 pm and they were closed. It says they close at 6 pm on google. Penske needs to find another location.
