We visited Asian Food & Gits given good reviews but it was just more than what we expected. Our children were craving Japanese snacks/sweets and we found exactly what we wanted and more! What a gem!! They are vey nice and friendly. Really wish they were close to my home.

Located next to Infinity Flux comics.The service was outstanding and the products blew me away.We got a load of kitchen material, including black garlic, sushi boat, exotic curries, Kiwi brand chef knife and gigantic star fruit! What a find!The prices are affordable and great. You could fill a pantry/shopping cart on a regulated budget. Saw many foreign products I havent seen before, and I go into any Asian grocery store I can find pop up.My favorite store of this type to date! :D

Asian Food & Gifts of Chattanooga is very clean and they are very nice people. We found what we were looking for and then some. I definitely recommend checking out the desserts. You will never be disappointed by a fun flavored popsicle.

We LOVE this store so much! My daughter and I shop here at least once a week. We love the exotic fruit selection especially the frozen durian and jackfruit, and fresh lychee and longans. There are also yummy treats like mango mochi and matcha red bean pastries, and savory tofu bahn mi sandwiches and dim sum. Everyone is so nice here and we always feel welcome. They also have pretty plates, bowls, dishes, cooking utensils and other Asian gifts. I got my daughter a paper crane bead chain that is so beautiful. Come check this store out! There is something for everyone here! Family owned business deserves our support!

This store has some awesome items in stock, the staff is wonderful & prices are good. Great place for fresh produce & pastries & buns that are delivered on Thursdays. Spouse loves the Bahn mi that is delivered on Thursday as well. One of my favorite places to buy groceries & find new treats to try out.

Run, don’t walk here! This is the best Asian grocery story in Chattanooga! They have so many different varieties of Asian cuisine and the owners are the nicest people. I messaged them about Japanese Mayo being in stock and they said they would get a shipment in the following Saturday and to call before I drove out there just to be sure. Before I got to call, she messaged me on Instagram to let me know they had some. Such nice, welcoming people and so helpful! Love this store!

I have been coming here for years now and it is legit one of my favorite places to go to for Asian goodies and foods. They recently remodeled and have a ton more selections.If you are looking for exotic fruits or want to try real Asian foods look here first. One of my favorite things they do is make food dishes you can buy in the refrigerator section (like dim sum and fried dumplings) and they also bring in fresh bakery goods from Asian bakeries in Atlanta.AND to top it off they are super friendly and will answer all your questions.

I worked for a food distributor and Paul was my client. I have to say Paul really puts his heart and soul into his business and customers. He knows people by their first name and will go out and above to help people. I had many clients and many were larger than Pauls shop, but Paul was the very best.

The original owners are now up in age and you will not see them in the store as much or at all, but their son has taken over the store and runs it now with his family. This place has everything you could ever want from Asian culture and cuisine. From pantry staples, and fresh veggies, to scrumptious treats like ramen and candy. This place is deserving of every penny you can afford to spend here, and I recently vowed to start coming in more often, they deserve it. Visit for yourself and find out!

5 stars definitely! Its a bit chaotic, but thats because they have so much stuff. Fresh produce for days, foods from Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, etc...Be very careful with Sichuan pepper... 🤠

Great local, multi-generational family-owned grocery store in the heart of Rivermont. Fresh produce, duck eggs and Banh Mi sandwiches every Thurday, with a wide variety of frozen and refrigerated meats and meals. Prices are much better than the big-box stores, with a wide selection. I’m still working my way through the huge selection of Ramen Noodles.

This place is a hidden gem. There are lots of frozen options as well as fresh fruit and veggies, drinks, homemade pastries and sandwiches, and of course an abundance of shelf-stable food. The value I got for my dollar felt great, and the products I chose on a whim were all very tasty! I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know.

The selection and prices are great and everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Their fresh herbs and produce are super high quality, and if you want the best variety of Pocky and other fun candy in town, this is your spot :) Plus, they get prepared foods (sweets, banh mi) delivered weekly. Absolutely awesome place to get exotic and hard to find Asian and central-Asian ingredients and condiments. I absolutely love this store and the prices are unbeatable. Youre gonna get stuff for like half price or less what you would pay at other grocery stores. Worth the stop and the drive (its about a 20+ min trip for me) because I get quality and save money in the long run.All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, I always talk to the guy (he think hes the owner but idk, he seems to be the manager at least) and he will take the time to educate you about ingredients and help you find exactly what you need!Also have premade sandwiches in the cooler that are bangin! Pretty much one of two places in Chatty to get authentic Asian Cuisine cooking elements. By default they are awesome, however, personally, this store is Grocery Nirvana.

I have been going here for almost 20 years. Its a nice family run market that gets fresh fruits and vegetables every Thursday. They have a frozen food section and I enjoy buying different kinds of ready made dumplings. Im stocked up right now so I will tell you my favorites that are hard to find. Jasmine Rice bits and pieces, Vietnamese Sausage, Japanese soup mix, Thai curry an masuman in the can, ginger candy, and Chicory coffee. The food combinations you can make from this place are endless.

Great store with really good selection, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter loved the asian snacks I picked up for her, and we love the oyster sauce and dark sesame oil for stir fry meals. Will be back soon!

For such a small store the selections were incredible and the prices were more than fair. My wife could not have been happier, we loaded up and she made the most amazing soy chicken dish with noodles that night.....yes!!

Love this little shop. I originally assumed it may just be non-perishables with a long shelf life, but they have such a big selection of fresh product and meat. This is the only place in Chattanooga that I have been able to find Asian Pears for Bulgogi. Currently, they get a new shipment of produce/meat every Thursday, so if you want things at their freshest, Thursday night/Friday is the time to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
