Asked them to do a few things to my daughters vehicle before she travelled to school. One of which was rotating the tires. They said it was completed, however due to markings on one of the tires, I was able to prove they didnt do it. They had absolutely no response. I know it is a small thing, but if they lie about something small, I imagine they wont think twice about lying when it is something big...... Wont be going back.

I took my car to have it inspected I knew it needed brakes and one tire. They told me my tye rod was bad and gave me an estimate for 324 the problem is they are con artist working for commission on parts they can sell I had brand new tye rods put in before I went there and they are still good if you want to get ripped off I recommend this place but if you want knowledge and good service I would not recommend this place plus the guy doing my estimate was rude because I wouldnt let them fix it.

Would not honor manufacturer’s warranty for obvious manufacture’s defect. I’ve purchased several sets of tires here and taken the techs lunch on a holiday. I will not do business here in the future.

I bought new tires in December and had no problems from NTB. Took my car to the Brainerd NTB to have my headlights changed. After that, the TPMS light came on and I took it back to this NTB. Tire pressure was not low and there were no leaks or holes in the tire. Then took the car to the dealership and was told all 4 sensors were out and basically someone had to have screwed the sensors up. Asked how long ago had I had my tires replaced. Dealership told me it would cost 900 to replace all 4 sensors. Thanks NTB

While driving through Chattanooga we experienced our second blow out of the day on our travel trailer, but were fortunate to only be a 5 minute drive from their store. Called the store and the manager stated they had the replacement tires in stock and they could get to us pretty quick. We left the trailer on the side of the road, went to their store with the 2 blown tires and they replaced them within 30 minutes of arriving at the store. Took those 2 tires back to the trailer, put them on, and returned to the store to buy the other 2 tires. They offered to help me in the parking lot and assisted with their much better floor jack and had the last 2 tires on within an hour. It took me longer to remove the wheels than it did for them to install and balance the new tires. Honestly I didnt care what the price was as I didnt have a choice at this point and they knew that, but the price was very fair and their service was extremely quick. Great experience and they saved the weekend trip for us!!

Sunday, August 20, 2017: I changed my rating to 1 star because I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO!! Cody Grant has officially caused me to NEVER return to your business! I came back in this morning because the exact same tire was losing air.. Cody gave me some BS explanation and I asked if he could at least look at the tire to see if its the patch or new puncture. He drove it back to the garage.. was back there for less than 5 mins and drove it back out. He then comes in a tells me its because of the tread or something to the sort was showing and it was near the patch or on it.. AND THEN TRIED TO SELL ME A NEW TIRE.... Had they actually taken the tire off and looked inside the tire.. he would have found a crappy patch work and NOTHING wrong with the tread. I took it to Collegedale Exxon by a referral of a friend and they put the CORRECT plug in the tire and my tire is holding air just fine. I have posted the pics I took in my timeline. I AM NOT PLEASED AT ALL!! The employees are nice but for the second visit in a row I have had to make them hoist the vehicle back up because the new tires didn’t get put on the rear as they should have. This practice was confirmed to be best with the clerk that waited on my both visits but every time I send it back to be done right they act like they will do rotate them because it’s my “personal preference” rather than it just needs to be done right. Don’t appreciate it. I gave you another shot because you guys are close to my house but I’ll drive a little more out of my way next time and go somewhere else. Employees up front are super nice and I understand you’re trying to get out of there at quitting time but come on. Right is right.

I called to get my wheels and tire swapped out on my truck. Mike said they had lots of appointments but to come on in and hed take care of me. He got right on it soon as I got there to find out my lug nuts wouldnt work. He got on the phone and found them and had them delivered in 20 min. Most places would have told me to figure out what I needed on my own. I got my simple job taken care of all while dealing with other customers with real issues. NTB on Brainard Rd Chattanooga TN have been wonderful, very professional and courtous. We have bought a lot of tires from them over the years and received excellent customer service and excellent prices. Had mechanical work done and done a good job. Mike the store manager very professional and will do all he can to solve the problem on your car. I would recommend anyone to go to this store. You will receive great customer service.

I couldnt have taken my car to a better place. The new tires and alignment were put on in a timely manner. Mike the manager in Chattanooga TN off Brainerd Rd was a fantastic sales person and the courtesy he showed put a smile on my face.

I went to get my tires rotated. When they were putting the lugs back on they said they couldnt get one back on. They asked if I had taken it anywhere else for tire rotations and I hadnt. They admitted it was their fault. They said I would need to make an appointment for them to fix the issue. They even said they were going to make notes about it in the computer. I tried to make an appointment by phone and I was told that I would have to pay for the labor. I will not take my car to another NTB again.

I am writing this after the second time I have been there in two months, and both visits were great. Today, Jon helped me and others save money, get the service we needed (without any pressure to get more than we needed), and continue our days in a very timely fashion.During my first visit, I watched an elderly couple receive help from an NTB employee that left them assured that they would be OK to travel. They came into the shop concerned about their tires. The gentleman immediately went to their vehicle, and then explained that their tires were still quite good and that they should just come back in a few months for another check. He did not try to sell them anything they did not need.Today, there was no hope for my still new tire as there was a hole in the sidewall. I did not get the road hazard warranty, so I knew I would be buying a new tire. Jon helped me save money, and the mechanic had me back on the road in less than an hour.Overall, everyone I have seen there is very polite, helpful, and a hard worker. I will certainly return to this NTB for any service that is beyond my capabilities.In a world where everyone should be slightly suspicious of service shops, this NTB is a breath of fresh air.Thank you to Jon and the others who have helped me there.

The guys at this shop are very helpful and they have great deals on their oil changes. I recommend making an appointment, otherwise you may be there all day. I have been going there for years, and I have never once felt like I was being sold something that isnt necessary. I definitely recommend trying them out!

Good place for tires. Fair prices.

Nice people, good for band aids, but not thorough.Car battery had died and they were able to replace no problem. However the mechanic and I both knew the problem was my alternator. They replaced the battery and said the alternator was good. After driving for 2 minutes, my battery light came back on. I called back to tell them this and their response was to have me take it to another auto-shop, which I did. They clearly said it was the alternator. This was frustrating primarily because I had to spend extra money on labor and now Im not convinced that my battery had to be replaced at all. The worst part is that they told me to take it to another mechanic.

We had a blow out on the interstate. It was a very scary situation for a group of women and children. NTB was great got us in and out very quickly and back on the road. These guys were great!

Good place to buy tires and get an oil change. I do like the feature where you can book a service and time on line. I have always had good customer service here. Will continue to be a customer in the future.

Hit something on the interstate and luckily they were open (on Sunday Memorial weekend ). Friendly staff was very helpful. Although they were unable to get the part we needed (Sunday) they did ease our minds and we were very cautiously back in the road. Cant thank them enough. 😁👌

What I liked about this place is that when my daughter had to get a new battery for her car. The guy who fixed her car was very nice and friendly.

Kudos to this NTB. I came in there with a leaking nail in my tire just before they closed for the day. On a Sunday, no less. They were completely accepting of me with zero underlying attitude about me adding to their work day last-minute. And they got me squared away in no time flat. Took care of me on the price, too.They have earned my repeat business and I would readily recommend them to anyone.

They are pricy but the service is out standing. Makes it worth every penny. Good staff. You will want to make an appointment of you dont want to wait.

Brandon was great, he waited past closing time to fix our flat and get us back in the road while traveling. He was super, he even got a tow truck lined up for us. He was a great experience!!!

Down in Chattanooga for the weekend for a 3 day, all day training and I got a flat tire. I called and they were super friendly and got my tire replaced in under an hour on my lunch break, so I was able to get back to my training. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding. I visited twice in May 2018. Both times with nails & slow leaks. They dont plug, they patch. First time - one nail was free. 2nd time - 3 nails had to buy a new tire - two of the nails were too close together.

Picked up a nail on the way home, tire was flat this morning. The guys at NTB were able to seal with it right away, plug the tire and get me back heading home in a bit over an hour. Great service!

So thankful to Jim and his staff. We were coming in to town from Florida when we had a slow.leak in our tire. We came in on a Sunday and we knew we could trust NTB since we have them.back home. Jim got us in as soon as he could. Found a nail. Had our tire fixed and really took.good.care of us. So thankful for help away from home!

Awful service...it took them probably 10-15 min just to acknowledge my mother and that was after he looked at her then turned around and left to go to the bathroom without even a hello. Then they proceeded to make rude comments and jokes about her, making sure they(the boy from the front counter and the boys in the back) said everything loud enough that she could hear. They do NOT!!!! even deserve a 1 star. My mother was crying by the time she left. Next I will be posting on facebook and I will make sure that everyone I know and everyone they know and every one they know will know NOT TO EVER waste their time and hard earned money in a place like this. The boy from the front counter was actually an old man, I only reference as a boy because a TRUE MAN(and good employee) would have shown some RESPECT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I originally had several issues with this place and had rated it as 1 star. However, due to the company reaching out to me, I have an update.Update (10/10/17):A rep from NTB by the name of Gina Guriere contacted me shortly after I had posted the original review and went to great lengths over the course of two weeks to convince corporate to compensate me properly for my troubles. Today she emailed me with the good news that the compensation (even the exact dollar amount) I had requested had been approved, and I would be receiving a check in the mail within the next 2-3 weeks. In addition to this, she is sending me coupon cards as a sign of good will. While I may not return to this particular location in the future, I wont necessarily shy away from NTB as a whole. I feel like upper management took me very seriously, and has handled my complaints in a very professional manner. This company will most definitely go to great lengths to make a customer feel appreciated if they feel they have been slighted.Five stars!

I would have rated zero stars, but that’s not an option. I’ve gone here a few times (alignment, oil change, tires). The crew out front are good, but In a pinch I had them change my oil. If you want your oil drain plug stripped and put on with an impact wrench, definitely swing by, they’ll hook you up. They used the same impact wrench to put on the oil filter canister cover as well, on the bright side neither of the threads were stripped. It made me think, if you can’t do an oil change with out screwing up, how’s an alignment going to work out? O’Reilly Auto, thanks for the new drain plug. Ntb, thanks for the wasted time and money.

I called and got information on tires today and mike was the person I spoke with. He gave me all the information I needed and was so nice on the phone. I will plan on using this store.

This place is super friendly and made a bad situation bare able, I had to blow outs in the rear, and two bubbles in both front tires, they found me 4 tires on SUNDAY at 9am, plus they squeezed me in on a super packed day. With a price that is very reasonable. They saved my day!!

I have been waiting for a phone call so my car can be fixed. This is day 5 I still havent heard anything. I drove back and forth 2 days just so my car could be looked at because a tech wasnt there.

I only asked for installation service for my car’s new tires. However, they charged me about $30 extra for TPMS sensors replacement without any notice or reason mentioned even though my old TPMS sensors were fine.Also, they offered me to have a free alignment check service, but then they asked me to first allow them to do alignment service if my car was needed it in order to have alignment check service for free. Their excuse was that there was another car that was needed to work on, and they offered me to have the alignment check service for free whenever I am ready to pay if they find out that my car needs alignment.Although, I generally had a bad experience, they showed me that I had bad rotors that were needed to be replaced and told me I had good brake pads.

Make sure you get what you pay for. Tires were still low and windshield washing fluid wasnt added after oil change. Manager told me they were out of washer fluid, even though they had plenty. Had to go back for a system reset as well.

My wife and me were on our way back home to Indiana from Florida when we had some trouble with my truck. We sat at Walmart for several hours until they opened up but unfortunately they dont carry my size tires, but luckily the lady who works there sent us to NTB and we were so glad that theres a place open on Sunday that could help us. All the staff were awesome and got my truck in very quickly to get me a new set of tires (badly needed since my other set had 2 showing the wire and other 2 very close) and also needing a new alignment. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE JOB WELL DONE AND THE AWESOME QUICK SERVICE YALL DID TO GET US BACK ON THE ROOM TO GET HOME TO OUR 3 FURRY CHILDREN. Thank you for the awesome help NTB!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AND ESPECIALLY ON SUNDAY

My family and I have always trusted our cars here cause they do good work. Yes they might be on the higher dollar range with somethings but they make sure its right.I took my van to get the oil changed at a Walmart and was told that the last place i had my oil done stripped my bolt for draining the oil, so I took it over to NTB which was the last place I had the oil changed and they took me out to the van and showed me my bolt and let me know the Walmart mechanic had lied to me because if they had stripped it with the time lap would have been corroded instead of shiny.Plus this last time i took it to get the oil changed they helped me by putting oil in it no charge as I had run out and then did the change the next day. They also were very kind about the letting me know why my van shook when i drove it because i ended up with 3 different size tires on it by going to a cheaper place. They put new tires on it and no more shaking.

Avoid going to NTB. They put a set of tires on my Jeep...nice tires, but used mis-matching and old used weights. Twice as many as should ever be used and they were not even securely attached. 3 on the outter and 4 on the inner on one wheel. Two fell off at some point and others were loose. I noticed this weeks later as they became unbalanced. I took it to Tire Discounters in Ft. Oglethorpe and they showed me just how bad...and dangerous it really was. Didnt even charge me for re-balancing! I now know where not to go for tire work! F!

Awful staff. They took out the air filter of my car and asked if I wanted to replace it, and I said no thanks. While I was driving back after I finished the oil change, I noticed weird noise from the fan vent of my car. I drove back and another stuff checked it and found the air filter was broken. Obviously the previous staff broke it when he put it back but did not let me know.Avoid this place if you can; at least after all their staffs become honest.

I’d give them zero stars but they are at least nice . I’ve been waiting for 4.5 hours to get a brake job and oil change . Unacceptable ..I could do them in my driveway and drive 3 hours to get parts and still be done before 4.5 hours .
