We had a flat while visiting Chattanooga on vacation. What could have been a disaster and ruin our trip was, was alleviated by the great guys at Tire Discounters. They gave us quick service and got us back on the road. Highly recommend.

With my busy work schedule, there was no easy way I could get my car to a shop to get my flat tire replaced. I am so incredibly grateful for the FREE Skip the Shops Pick-Up and Delivery that picked my car up in the morning, drove it to the shop to get worked on, and dropped it back off by the end of the day. Everyone was super friendly, including Hayden at the shop and Melinda my Skip the Shop driver. (For future reference - make sure to tell them if you have a manual transmission since theyll need to send out someone who can drive stick.) 110% recommend this place anytime you need new tires!

I arrived early on a Friday morning. They had my tires rotated and new rear brakes finished by 10:20. Chris (I believe that is his name) was funny, polite, and helpful. The guys doing the work did a great job. Everything seems fine with my van.Weve used Tire Discounters several times and had great service.

Service was great. The staff was very busy today I called ahead to see about needing a head lamp replacement. When I arrived they fixed me right on up and had me on my way.

The pick up service for an oil change is great! With a busy lifestyle, it saves me so much time and effort to keep my car running well! Tabitha was so nice and I got my car back within a decent amount of time. I will definitely be using this service again! ☺️

Moving from Missouri to Florida...after a full days drive we had a blow out on a trailer....they were the only place open that we were able to find. Was very helpful on the phone and replaced the tire quickly. Chris was a blessing to work with.

After a pretty stressful week, woke this morning to a flat tire. Got it aired up and drove to this location. At 65k I knew my all tires needed to be replace. The counter guy josh was very easy and informative on my questions. Finally all his time spent, I found the correct tire and size I need. I highly recommend this place more than 5 stars.

Truck problem is caused by Techs failure to tighten steering components after alignment. Extremely Fortunate I didnt kill somebody or myself when steering system fell apart . 4.5 hours in your repair bay still didnt get it fixed, have to go to another store for more tech wrenching. OBTW store failed to put valve caps on replacement tires. Nice little Dont Care going out door gesture.

Several weeks back I had a nail in one of my tires in my private vehicle. I drove over to Tire Discounter and asked if they can check it and repair if needed. The Manager mentioned that they have right now a two hour wait time. After he recognized I am a Sheriff Deputy, he immediately took the car into the bay and by himself took care of the issue. Wonderful customer service. The employees always are kind and explain everything to their customers. I use them for oil changes, new tires and tire service.

Edit: I contacted the their support email and they made it right.Original: Bought new tires and had all brake rotors/pads replaced. Brake components they used are garbage. I was careful to break them in and they vibrate from hot spots a scary amount now. They also failed to install one of the lug nuts.

On my way out of town and the tire light indicator comes on. I get out and see a nail stuck in my tire. Thankfully, I had purchased my tires from Tire Discounters a couple years ago, although I (stupidly) didn’t purchase road hazard, I found the closest Tire Discounters to me at the time, they got me in and out, and at a decent price with a new tire in under an hour. Very efficient and convenient.

Its fair its good products for a fair price the time weight isnt that long about an hour and a half 2 hours in order to get your tires changed and alignment but you get it free alignment which is good for $380 I got four tires and alignment

I had my truck in there today to get an alignment done. They wouldnt do cause they said I needed some parts replaced that didnt need to be. I just had everything worked on before I took it there. On my way home past Morristown,TN the part they said was bad just happened to break on me while I was driving on the interstate.

Tried to secretly up-sale me. I was in the store ready to buy four tires and they kept giving me prices that included an alignment. I asked why and he said you have to get one with new tires. This is obviously a lie. I wanted to know the tire price separately from the alignment and then make a decision on the entire option. Only when I said never mind and started to leave did they say “I’m sure we can find a better price.”

Went in for a second opinion that Discount Tires had told me I have a tire pressure sensor out. Well it was only low tire pressure not a sensor. Thank you Tire Discounters for being thorough and fixing the issue without a charge. Tip: Dont trust the automatic air pressure readings. Apparently they are not accurate!

I bought new tires in January. Great service, nice waiting room, typical price...didn’t need brakes. In September I returned for tire rotation. Friendly service, etc. Had front brakes done and was told i needed new rotors on all four. Went ahead with front... brakes and rotors for almost $300. Did not do rear brakes then because they quoted $400 for brakes and i “needed” rotors. Then i took my car to my local mechanic i have used for 25 years. My back brakes needed pads only. Not rotors. Bummer now... i dont trust Tire Discounters when it comes to brakes. I will keep buying tires from them for sure but probably nothing else.

The best automotive garage in town. Their first priority is customer service and helping in anyway possible. I have stopped three times before with small questions and they helped with no payment. Today my car died at Raceway, they came over and checked out the car. We got the car back to the garage and they diagnosed the problem quickly and walked me through what needed to be done. They worked on it immediately and I was back on the road. Great workers who are friendly, helpful and professional. Do not hesitate to come here. You get great services, great prices, and fast turnaround to get you back on the road.

Always been a fan but limited hours due to COVID means now I’m at Valvoline (which has a huge line here at 5:20pm) because some of us are essential and have to work during the day. I hope the hours change soon- I even left work early to try and make it to TD as I typically find the service to be great.

I keep forgetting to post, but I have been here twice now because I keep running over nails 🙄 the staff are super friendly! I don’t know much about cars and they really helped me feel at ease. Of course, there is a wait but that’s at every car place. So far my payment has been cheap which I am thankful for since cars can be so expensive! I will be going back there for sure. Thank you!

Business is done on a straight forward basis. Tires were priced competitively with a complete package for installation, warranties and follow up balancing services. There were no last minute surprises. The service representative Josh was pleasant and efficient, and the entire process was completed within the promised time. Further, when I explained my limited driving and desire for a safe but economical tire, he gave me several options and did not push the more expensive tires.I certainly recommend them

Came to Tire Discounters because of a flat tire. I wasnt sure if I was going to need to replace the tire or not, but the employees that assisted me were great in finding the hole in my tire and werent pushy with unnecessary up-sales. They got my tire patched, and my car ready to go again very quickly. The employees were very professional and helpful, and I would definitely recommend.

The manager, David (Signal Mnt Blvd), is a great guy and went above and beyond his required duties to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our car repairs. We were so satisfied that we brought our second vehicle in because we thought it needed brakes and they inspected it and told us it was ok and no need for repairs at this time and no charge. What kind of a car place does that, impressed!

I called David, he worked with me on some price matching, ordered the tires told me they’d be there Friday at 10:45amDavid called me around 9:30am Friday to ask if I could come in around 10:30 just so they could go ahead pull the truck in and break it all down so I didn’t have to wait long, sure enough as they broke down the truck the tire truck pulled up with mine and they went to work quick,Highly recommend, definitely will continue to go back to this location

These folks were literally the best value for the experience. First time any tire place took added time to align steering with repeated test drives to get it just right(mine has been off since a prior ball joint change). Good environment and nothing oversold but offered with detail.Nice work guys, see you on the next rotation.

Over the holidays my son and I came in to get tires for my F-150. When we pulled in the parking lot we were met out at the car by one of the sales associates named Josh. Once we got inside he explained to us what the tread was on our current tires and told us what it included if we bought tires from Tire Discounters. I havent bought tires in about 4 years so I was unsure of prices and what it should include these days but it was explained very well why to come here. Took my BMW in with a nail in the side wall. I was able to leave my car and get back to work. When I returned they had a tire brought in for my car and I was out the door without an issue. Today I had to get the oil changed in my Dads full sized truck. The place I went to did not have a lift strong enough to also rotate the tires. I went to Tire Discounters and requested just a rotation. They got me right in and then told me the rotation was on them! What a way to get business... I will be back.

Ordered a cheap tire on their website last night which said they have 10 in stock. Just got a call saying they dont have that tire and cant get it because ports are closed but they can charge me $20 more for a different tire.They asked what my tire size was and I said I wasnt sure but their website generated the tire size in front of them. I said I had brought the car there in 2015 and gotten lifetime rotation, balancing, etc. The person said that if it happened more than 18 months ago it isnt in their system but they could reserve an appointment for me oh and if I happen to need a different size it will actually be $40 more.At this point I said no thank you and you would have thought they were doing ME a favor taking my business. I was told I need to go outside on my lunch break and see what size tire I have. Yes. Because I didnt uber to work due to a flat tire. Cmon. The tone got real weird and I had already said no so I said no again.So if you bought lifetime services before a year and a half ago you wasted your money I guess. I kind of suspected they would pull something like that but I wanted to give them a chance before going to Discount Tires. Its a shame because when I went to the Hixson location in 2015 I had a pretty great experience but I guess I wasted my money on that lifetime service part. Lessons learned could be valuable for others, Im going somewhere else.Not interested in a phone call from any managers. Fix your system and honor the service agreements people buy. It isnt my responsibility to make sure that information is secured.

Guys are super helpful and friendly. We walked in 30 minutes before closing with a nail in our tire and a 1000 mile road trip in the next couple of days. Despite being busy already and almost closing time, they took care of us and got us in and out the door in 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great first visit and first impression at this newly opened tire store. I had a nail in the tread of a run-flat tire. Depending on the circumstances, a nail in a run-flat tire can mean the tire must be replaced instead of being patched. They inspected the damage and said it could indeed be patched. Their integrity is why Im writing this review - they easily could have told me it had to be replaced and I would have paid to have it done. It was quickly patched while I waited, and the manager was kind enough to come introduce himself to me. The entire staff was very friendly throughout. I looked at their rate sheet for other services (oil changes, etc) - the prices are very fair. I will be back to have routine maintenance performed here on both of my cars. Im grateful and very impressed.

I dont usually leave reviews but today was a amazing day at this place. My boyfriend and I came into today because I knew we needed a new tire and had been driving on a bad tire that kept going flat every few minutes but didnt have a spare to put on it so I had no choice. When I came in the sales person pulled the vehicle in to inspect the tires and came to the conclusion that the tire was non serviceable and not safe to drive on but I needed to go to the bank to get money so i could get a new tire. The sales person offered to drive me to the bank to get money for a new tire because he told me that he cant let me leave with the car as it is very unsafe. This was very generous of him and I will recommend my family and friends to visit here as no one has never done that for me in my life and it made me feel welcome to a new place that Id never been in. Thank you so much!

I went to have my tire repaired which I’ve never had done before. The employees were very nice and professional. Took 10 mins max then I was out of there. I will be taking all of my car issues to this location from now on.

Hayden and Josh went out to the way to fix my mothers tires just before she was leaving town and they were about to close. They also do a good job with attention to detail and their alignment guy is top notch.

I had literally taken my vehicle to the dealership I bought it from for service the day before a trip and asked them to check out a tire that had come up low that morning. They couldnt find anything and I suspect they didnt even really look at it. The next day, I was traveling from Indiana to Georgia. My tire light came back on again and I had to refill the tire. Couple hours later, light comes on again, refill again. I was planning an overnight stop in Chattanooga so called around to local dealerships and no one could get me in to look at it. By the time I got to Chattanooga, it was 5:30 and all other tire stores close at 6 pm. Lucky for me, Tire Discounters stays open to 7. I arrived right at 6, they took the vehicle in immediately. I sat down, expecting a long wait. 20 minutes later, they say youre all done! Literally, my jaw hit the floor! They pulled out the nail, patched it, refilled it and replaced the cap I had dropped that morning and got me on my way!!So thrilled that there are good people out there to help me out in a tight spot in a location Im not familiar with! Fantastic customer service in a city that typically has been disappointing at most places recently. Couldnt ask for a better crew to work on your car. Great pricing...no pressure sales...really good experience. The alignment job after the tire rotation was spot on. Seem to run some pretty good specials on various tire brands with instant cash off. Called me the next day to make sure I was happy with everything. Really nice touch given most shops are hard to get ahold of when you have work done. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Also would note the online quoting through the website is spot on as well...you will know the cost before you even walk in the door...big bonus on that with no unexpected charges after.

Most accomodating, generous, and honest shop I’ve come across. After an off-road mud experience that left us thinking our tire was flat, we found our way here. They inspected things and turns out it was just the mud that was messing things up, but our tire was totally fine. They cleaned it up for us, took the donut off, and put our tire back on for no charge at all.Highly recommend this place! These guys deserve your business :)

Without a doubt the least qualified group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Took a brand new truck in and they ruined the tire so i would hopefully purchase a new tire from them on the spot. Had to drive to a more qualified store with the spare.

Went outside and noticed the tire on my bmw was flat. Figuring it was a nail, I wanted to give the new tire store a try. Greeted with a handshake, Tire Discounters on Signal Mountain Rd by the car wash/Baylor was a pleasant experience. They pulled the nail out, plugged the hole, and sent me on my way without a dollar spent.
