Store Associate Zach gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by himself!!! He went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify a simple mistake that he made. He put the wrong Nintendo Switch game in my fiancé and my bag. He called me and arranged to meet us at the Cheddars restaurant nearby to exchange the game we actually bought with the game He accidentally put in the bag. Talk about AWESOME customer service!

Good service and atmosphere. Not one of those GameStop’s you hear in online rants.Advice: Don’t buy digital games there, redeem codes are on the receipt and mine jammed while it was being printed which result in me waiting 15min for the employees to figure out how to get the code. ( I don’t blame the employees though, they were very nice and helpful)

The best deals on used games I know of. This is the best bang for your gaming buck. At the end of the day they do sell new games too. However, if you really play games youre not going to need or want the game after you beat it anyway. The accept trade in games for in store credit. The also got cool swag Rick and Morty ext..If one games the one needs GameStop in your life.

Its gamestop, you already know its trash. On this visit they decided to have games on the shelf that they actually dont have any copies left of.

Good service during black Friday and COVID-19

This is a great place to stop and talk to people who genuinely care about gaming. You can ask questions about games and if they dont know they can usually get you an answer or point you towards a resource to help you find the answer. I think that they short change you considerably on trade in value but I guess you have to pay the bills and where else are you going to sell the stuff?

Horrible customer service. Walked in, looked around and left without even as much as a hello form any of the workers.

Love gamestop. I dont like what they give you for trade ins but the store itself is good.

Im not sure what the guy name was but he gave the best customer service. He made sure we new everything there was to know about the game and made sure we had some protection on it.

Staff was friendly but everything we asked for was out of stock. Ended up buying what we wanted at Wal-Mart. And cheaper too.

Visited this location looking for a DS charger. They didnt have any in stock but took my name and number to let me know when some would arrive. Luca and Reed were SO helpful and didnt make me feel weird for looking for something old or irrelevant. They also helped me get some games for the DS I can play when I get a charger. Thank you both for being really helpful and cool people.

A few years ago, I would have given this GameStop 1 star, however they’ve really impressed me as of late. Their stock has never been an issue for us. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store front is a little small. Prices are fair. Used product quality is acceptable. Overall worth stopping by if at the mall, never know what you’ll find for your collection!

Lots of games and gaming paraphernalia at very decent prices. I have found their staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They are eager bto help you in any way that they are able to do so. They have a large inventory of both new and used games across all platforms. Whether you are a hardcore game or just a novice like me, you will find excellent service.

I like game stop..i just wish they had more of certain games. Plus sometimes they are expensive. But the good news is..the staff is usually super helpful so..it kinda makes up for it.

Love GameStop. Still hate the one in ooltewah is gone. It is such a drive to drive from McDonald. To Hamilton place to get games. And have to deal with massive crowds. But the store inside is nice the staff are very helpful.

I came on Wednesday to get a Nintendo switch and they said they hadnt received there shipment of switches yet, but that theyd be there getting them tomorrow so I woke up today and sat there for an hour waiting with four other people for them to open and a employee (not gonna name any names *cough* Chad *cough* )shows up and says we sold them all on Tuesday and we asked how this error happened, and he said his sister and him run the shop and that she was working yesterday and he was doing Tuesday and she didnt hear they got the shipment which is complete crap because it was a male working yesterday. This guy was reserving the ones coming in stock today for his friends is what Im thinking. This places employees are jerks and terrible people also Id love for you guys to reply to this and hear the excuse for this

The best place to get video games and equipment at locally. The staff is always very knowledgeable and yippy can skip preorder a game and pick it up later.

Decent choices. Some prices dont make sense for games but thats probably a company policy.

Got there 9:45 on a Saturday and it wasn’t open yet. Pretty frustrating when I drove from Ooltewah just to park at the mall for this one store. Google says you open at 9am

Always helpful people with very nice attitudes

Went in to buy a single game and had to wait 10 minutes while Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum searched for the lost keys to the drawer where my desired game was. One of the larger mall style locations, so thats a plus.

This store is a joke. Before launch of Switch, I asked if I could have someone pick it up or if they could deliver to my store in the mall because I was going to be on vacation until the 5th. They said no because I need to verify ID with pre order for security reasons. So I had to cut my vacation short to get it because they even warned me that if I dont pick it up quick, it could go to someone else. So I pick up for Switch today and what do you know... I didnt get IDed. I literally could have had someone pick the damn thing up and enjoyed the rest of my vacation. I will travel a 100 miles before I come to this store again. Even with me working in the same mall, never again will I be in there.9/26/2017Associate wont make an exception when I bought something on 8/25/2017

I went here to renew my Playstation Plus membership on black Friday and cashier did everything fast but the guy on the floor was kind of a douche who was talking down to us clearly trying to make a sale but everyone else was chill.

Every time I go to this gamestop to buy a used game, it is scratched to hell and back and does not work. This store is bad about doing that.

The trade in value is so low its not even worth it to trade in games that are for ps2,xbox(original),or gamecube.If it isnt a xbox 360 game,ps3 game,or a Wii game your not getting any good money for it..but other than that its great
