If you enjoy having your Laptop held hostage for a month this is the place for you. If not......Then bring it to Best Buy like I finally did and they can help you resolve your or crashed hard drive caper in 2 hours. Simply Mac will not answer their phones nor call you back nor respond to your emails... what a waste of my Life.
Have been coming here since they opened and have a few different stories of mediocre customer service. I wish they’d go out of business so maybe Apple would come in and open a real store. Amazon and Bestbuy are cheaper for accessories, Apple.com is often cheaper for the computers themselves. If you really want to buy a Mac or get service in store, do yourself a favor and do it at an Apple store in Atlanta or Nashville.
I had my MBP repaired in-store here. I was quoted about 7-12 business days for the repair, ended up taking 21 days. My phone calls were not answered and voicemails not returned. When I came in store to pick it up, was told that they had damaged another part of the MacBook during repair and would need extra days to fix it. I went ahead and got it back and took it to an Apple Store in Atlanta. Terrible customer service and repair service at this store, definitely do yourself the favor and buy (or repair) your Apple Products at an actual Apple Store or online. As another customer reviewed here, maybe theyll close shop and Chattanooga might have the chance at their own Apple Store...

However, this was hands down one of the best experiences I had with customer service. From the moment I walked into the store- I was attended to. Unfortunately, the unit I purchased had a small issue- and I ended returning it with intentions of purchasing a brand new unit (I ended up with a 2020 macbook air) Bailey was super awesome to work with in the technical support department- he kept me updated and was super helpful with any questions I had. Now- lets talk about Mellisa... AMAZING... she was thoughtful, informative, and sincere while helping me through the return process as well a new purchase... She compared the specs of the returned unit to the new unit and afterwards was confident that I would be happy with my decision. Thank you Mellisa and Bailey for going above and beyond!! You guys rock- and it was a pleasure working with yall!!
Simply Mac has had my computer since early August. They keep encountering problems that they say are beyond their control to returning my computer, yet refuse to offer the courtesy of a phone call to explain where we are and when I can get my computer back. They will not answer the phone or return calls, and I have already reached out to customer service at SimplyMac via phone call and email, and no response. I guess I am going to have to go all the way over there AGAIN and demand my computer back and take it to Best Buy. This is ridiculous.ETA: Owner says to send an email to customer service. I did twice before leaving this review. Just attempted a third time.
Josh the Store Manager was so pleasant and helpful! I was overlooking a simple fix for my external disk drive connection to my Mac and he helped me quickly. Highly recommend working with Josh at Simply Mac in Chattanooga.
I took my 2017 Macbook Air to this store because the camera wasnt working. They were able to fix the camera (and then promptly charged me for the service after telling me it was covered by my AppleCare), but since taking my computer to this store, Ive had a multitude of other new issues arise. All of my documents are damaged and unable to be opened (including the ones I saved to my external hard drive before the service as well as new documents), the top bar of my keyboard no longer works, and I cannot connect to my printers. Ive researched ways to fix these issues but nothing Ive found has worked, and these problems are intruding upon my school work, my job, and my personal life. The employees of this store were helpful on the front end, but it appears something went wrong in the process of fixing a minor issue.
I went into the building under the impression I would have to pay almost 300 dollars to get the battery replaced in my Macbook as I was quoted by the another SImply Mac in Nashville. Instead when I finnaly saved up for the repair, An employee at this simply mac informed me about a warranty that my laptop was still eligible for and got it fixed for free. Really appreciated that information because there is no other way I would have known that. 5/5 stars
If you’re coming here and expecting an apple store experience you will not find that here. The reps are not the friendliest and they’re not concerned with whether or not you give them your business. After my experience, I would rather drive to Apple than come here again. They shame you for not wanting accessories to the point of making you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing… “so you’re leaving with this naked?! Um ok.” I said no to anything extra due to lack of customer service. I’d rather take my business else where. If you just need your device needs met..buy and go. Then this will work. Keep your expectations low.
Even though the online appointment system failed to register my appointment date; when I went into the store, I was promptly greeted and helped. I am elderly and the store employee was very patient with me and all my questions.
I went to get my IPhone 12 rear housing fixed and they did such a poor job. My phone stopped working suddenly after two weeks and had to go to an actual Apple store to fix it. Turns out they simply didn’t connect the battery properly and had left a large gap on the connectors. Extremely disappointing since I was told to wait 3-4 hours for my repair.
These lazy people would not answer the phone if their lives depended on it. Horrible customer service. Dont waste your time.
Went to purchase the iPad Pro 12.9 but unfortunately they were out of stock. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions. Would do business with again. Very positive experience!

Today was my first visit to Simply Mac in Hamilton Place Mall. Emily is a rock star when it comes to helping customers with Apple issues. Shes very focused on you as a customer and is anxious to help you resolve your issue. Ill also add, shes very knowledgable in regard to IPhones!! Ive found my go to place for all problems Apple. Couldnt be more pleased!!
Sprite and josh were absolutely awesome!! Super patient and knowledgeable. However Danny, I think was his name, was extremely rude. Went out of his way to interrupt Sprite and I while talking to tell me to put my mask all the way above my nose. Which is fine, understand protocol. However he was just extremely rude about it. Then went and helped two other customers, who’s masks were hardly even over their mouths much less their noses, didn’t say one word to them about it. Just a super rude person.
Cant be bothered to answer the phone or call back. No email online. Im not driving out to Hamilton Place just to ask if my computer is repairable. If not, well I guess I will not get a new one here.

I made it in right at closing and the employee was fast but not friendly. All I needed to do was pick up my repaired laptop, didnt even owe any $. Not sure if he was cross that he had to work 2 extra minutes (literally) or if he is never friendly. My experience before this, when I stopped the laptop off, was better. They also found the problem and fixed it for free, even if not quickly, lol, so Im grateful.

I went to have my Macs battery serviced and they said it would cost anywhere from $250-$500, take 3-6 weeks, and suggested I just buy a new laptop. I took it to oops repair instead and they fixed it in one hour for $200. I will not be back.
Super friendly and super helpful! I have Apple Card and I literally walked in, dropped off my MacBook Air and they took care of the rest. It was simple, easy, and effective.
They were alot of help to my mom, as she made a purchase on an iPad Air.
I would do zero stars if I could. Called the store for 45 minutes (to make sure they had the iPad in stock we wanted) with no answer, drove out there and walked in there are two dudes working and not a single customer in the store. Why was the phone not answered? Told them website showed they had the iPad in stock and they come back to tell us didn’t actually have it. Terrible management in every way.
This is not an Apple store when I took my phone there they were unable to assist my technical needs because they just sell only certain products and only help with certain things if you really need assistance technically with your phone regarding APPLE DO NOT GO TO SIMPLY MAC

I have called several times and waited on the phone for someone to answer my being on hold. No one did.... i called at different times because i know they are busy with people in the store, but to not even acknowledge a call is not good business. I believe i can find someone that had time to answer my call.
One of the WORST customer service experiences I have dealt with. There is no communication between the techs and the front desk associate. I visited this store three separate times for a simple screen repair... AND I never got my screen repaired. During my first booked appointment, I drove 40 minutes to this location and waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to finally speak with a tech. The tech then took my phone, waited 30 more minutes before finally coming back to explain that they did not have the parts to fix my screen, so I would have to come back at a later date. As mentioned before, I do not live close to this location. I made my second visit after one of the techs gave me a call to let me know that my display was in stock. After asking the tech, if I needed to schedule another appointment, the tech insisted that it was not necessary to schedule an appointment and that I could come in at any time. During my second trip, I was met by the front desk associate, who then explained that the technicians were booked with appointments until the end of the day and that I would have to come back. Seriously?! I made my 3rd and final trip to the store a week later after speaking with yet another technician on the phone that assured me that a screen repair would take less than an hour. I asked this tech if I needed to schedule an appointment and explained my experience during my second trip to the store. Once again, he said no and that they had my name so I would have first priority in getting my phone repaired since the display was in stock and due to my prior experiences. Once I arrived at the store, I was met by the same front desk associate who looked confused when I explained my situation. He then proceeded to take my phone and said it would take 3 hrs. After two hours, I come back to the store just to check on the status, I was told it had not been touched yet, but that I could come back a little later that day and they would start the repair then. I brought the phone back only for them to tell me it would take 3 additional hours to fix. From there, I just took my phone and went home. This story is completely disorganized, and there is little to no communication between the staff and customers. I would recommend that anyone seeking a simple repair go elsewhere. If I could, I would rate this 0 out of 5 stars. Terrible.
They didn’t even try to help, worthless
Had a messed up IPad and Apple Pencil. Also Siri on my phone couldn’t hear me. They fixed Siri and are now sending me a new IPad and apple pen. They were kind and great and really helped me out. All it took was a little patience which most customers don’t seem to have today. 5 stars definitely recommend.
I was pleased beyond my expectations. The assistant initially said it would be a week but then hearing my need he quickly responded with a great solution. He gave me my pricing options and once I decided said he could have it ready in 15 minutes and it was done. I am very pleased with the repair and upgrade. They are great at Simply Mac Chattanooga.
I had bad experience charged me twice when I say I’m already pay have to pay again and when I found my first ticket they just told me apologize I’m going to give me my money back in 3 to 4 days not good
On Sunday night, my MacBook Pro suddenly quit working. Oh no! On Monday morning, I arrived at Simply Mac, broken machine in hand, and was met my Michelle, the store associate. I told her of my problem and she immediately took my Mac into the workshop to find the problem. I had a feeling that my hard drive had finally died, and she confirmed that after about 15 minutes. Okay, thats bad news, but the good news is she offered to install a new drive immediately, like on the spot, like while I waited! I had expected to be away from my dear Mac for several days, so I was like, uh, really? She said, uh, REALLY! So while I grabbed a coffee at Barnes & Noble, she and her elves in the back fixed my Mac up with a brand new solid state 1 terabyte drive, gave the Mac a checkup AND installed my backup! All for less money than I had expected and way less than a new computer. Thank you, lovely Michelle and Simply Mac.

Helpful service - They listened, observed, and acknowledged what I saw even when the diagnostics showed nothing wrong. They sent my computer in and got it repaired.
Went in to see what could be done about my daughters front facing camera not working. The guy who checked us in said it could be a few things They checked us in and said it would be 29.99 for diagnostic fee that would tell us what the issue was. They did the test and and said that the camera was not working. “ yea that’s what I said” she said They could not fix that and it would need a phone replacement. Wow!! $30 to tell me you can’t fix it. I might as well have burned $30. Will not be back
Outstanding service. I had stopped going to Simply Mac because of multiple issues with customer service in years past, but they have obviously cleaned house. Ask for Melissa or Emil. They helped me figure out exactly what I need without trying to suggest lots of confusing extras and were endlessly patient with my questions. Turnaround time to get my computer ready was impressive.I highly recommend their service based on my experience.
Terrible. Automatically tried to start selling me expensive hardware that Wasn’t guaranteed to be needed. At the same time they tried to sell me into a MacBook Air 2020. (I have only had my Mac for 1 year and 3 days.) The issue going on with my computer can be resolved with either NVRAM reset, a SMC reset, or terminally replacing the logic board. Now I have already done the resets and the computer is working great. I still called anyway for future knowledge of the price.The woman immediately wanted to charge me $800 for a new logic board. At this point I realized on how quickly she tried to create high prices and get me in as soon as possible, that this is probably a sleazy way of trying to get money. So I gave her 3 chances to offer me any other way to fix it, that she would absolutely know as everyone in the Apple industry knows to be a first fix for this situation. When I asked, “is there anything I could do on my end to reboot or reset the system for this” she said, “no absolutely not. A faulty logic board is the only thing that could cause this and it needs to be replaced.”She should have said yes you can (shutdown the computer, hold control, command, P, and R) NVRAM reset. If that doesn’t work (shutdown the computer, hold shift, control, and option right after clicking the power button until your the Apple logo appears and disappears twice) SMC reset.This was not the case. Upsale. Upsale. Upsale. This showed me a greed for money and a lack of actually trying to fix the issue at hand.My computer is running great and I will NEVER be having my computer serviced here with this immoral trait at hand.If your computer screen is glitching, try this first before taking it in for maintenance. It is safe, does not remove any files, data, or settings. Just simply allows the system to reboot and fix itself. It also helps for if you feel your computer fans are excessively loud. If it doesn’t fix your problem. Contact an actual Apple support line, at least they will bring honest knowledge to the table.
Went to buy a MagSafe 2 45 watt and store was out of stock which wouldn’t be a big deal at all but before going I called the store 4x and sat on hold for a total of 40 mins. I hung up the phone as I walked into the store to see 3 employees all sitting around the store. 2 were obviously playing /texting on their cell phones and the manager was basically IDAF when I asked why she couldn’t answer the phone and save me 80 mins round trip driving. Will 👏🏻never👏🏻spend👏🏻another👏🏻dime👏🏻at👏🏻SimplyMac... what’s priceless is I’m pretty sure they could care less. 🤦🏻♂️

At first, the thought of visiting a non Apple owned retail store at the mall was disappointing. Then I got there. Every employee was top notch, friendly and helpful. My MacBook was fixed in 3 business days (when quoted 5-7) and when I had to go back for a simple tweak it was painless. Don’t be afraid you will experience anything less than what Apple would want at this store. And if you do, the Store Manager, Melissa, will make it right.
Clean environment and staff wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Difficulty finding a time slot to reserve online but curiously in the store there were no customers when I arrived an hour early for my appointment. Apparently there is something blocking the reservation time slots even a week out. It showed every slot unavailable. Could not reach the store directly. Replaced the battery that took 2.5 hours. Just seemed like along time to have to wait. Previously Apple phone support diagnosed the issue. iPhone is working well.
Emily was awesome and went above and beyond customer service! Everyone in the store is so friendly and they do not make you feel like you’re a nuisance. I have been in this store 3 different times and have ALWAYS been impressed with the way I was treated! Thank you Simply Mac😍

This is a pretend Apple store, Spoke to Apple and was directed to go to the simply Mac store for a iPhone issue. The phone has a issue with the sim. The iPhone would not make calls or recognize the sim. Went to the store and was told it passed all so sorry we can’t do anything.Don’t waste your time here for help with your Apple devices!!You need to shop somewhere else!!Staff was very polite and nice too
Can’t get a hold of anyone on phone. They don’t call back when you leave your info. You can’t use website to schedule an appointment because of constant recurring errors. And you can’t get serviced unless you have an appointment. When you talk to someone in person they act like you’re bugging them. Seems like the workers are getting paid to stand around and do nothing.
I am technically challenged and so helping me is not easy and requires a great deal of patience. That is exactly what I was given in Orlando who was kind, patient and did not make me feel ignorant. So a huge thank you to Orlando and to kindness which is a even greater attribute in this stressful day we find ourselves.
I had to do an insurance claim on my husbands iPhone 11 through the simply Mac at Hamilton place. It was the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went to the store to order the phone. They said it would be there the next day or day after that. I didn’t bother checking on it the first day, but the second day I called a total of 9 times. Two times the phone was actually answered only for them to tell me that the phone still wasn’t there, the other seven nobody ever answered. The last time I called all they could tell me was that it was in transient, and I finally asked to talk to a manager. When she gets on the phone she says it was just delivered and I could come and get it then at 4:30 when they close at 6, and it’s an hour drive for me to get there. I did make it thankfully, only to get the phone home to get it activated and they failed to put a SIM card in it. So they took the phone that was completely crushed that still had a SIM card, gave me a new one that we had to pay for, and didn’t bother giving a SIM card. Without the SIM card it can’t be activated so now i have to make yet another unnecessary trip to Cleveland to the sprint store for them to give me a SIM card and hopefully get the phone activated.
Couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone at 10:30am on a Thursday morning. On hold for 20 and left voice message. New iPad bought over the holidays.. dead as a doornail after one week.
I lived in a larger city with ample *official* Mac stores... so I was apprehensive to go to Simply MAC for my Apple 🍎 needs. I was 100 % blown away with Melissas customer service. She was attentive, kind, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. Will be back for sure
Great experience in the store. Staff worked hard to resolve issues with 2 iPhones. Left with 1 fixed and the others had insurance issues with the carrier. Thanks Emily for doing such a great job working with us.
I had a great experience. Manager assisted me firsthand and was very empathetic with my situation. She asked clear questions and got down to the solution quicker that expected. Polite and incredible customer service. Incredibly low prices for repairing apple devices.
I have called this location three times this week (at different times) to ask a product-related question before coming to make a purchase. They just lost business to a competitor due to poor customer service/ inability to communicate.
Clean store. Just be ready to wait 30mins before you are helped with a technical problem though. Only had 1 technician yesterday when there were 5 employees there.
They did not have great communication with me about my device and ended up charging me WAY MORE than the initial quote without calling to notify me first. Then to beat it all I wasn’t called to let me know my device was ready. I called three weeks after dropping it off to ask the status and the employee said it had been ready for almost two weeks and apologized for not calling.
Excellent and prompt customer service. The manager worked quickly to resolve my problem. I highly recommend them.
I am floored at the total ignorance of the employees here. If Apple knew how I was treated as a customer, they would not approve them to use their logo anywhere in the store.Also, it is foolish for the employees to give bad reviews of other repair centers in town. This is considered bias, and employees should never talk poorly about their competitions, namely Best Buy. Best Buy was actually able to give me much better service. Telling me that Best Buy uses “grey market” parts is absurd and uniformed bias.

They helped me out when my Macbook Pro screen wouldnt come back on. They reseated the video cable, allowing me to avoid having to send it in and be without it for a few days (and possibly costly repairs).Nice people, Id definitely recommend for any of your Apple needs.

I went into the store super frustrated with my new Apple Watch series 5, because it would not receive notifications. Jared (associate) and store manager Melissa fixed my issue and made sure I knew how to work it correctly. I greatly appreciate their patience and expertise. I will definitely visit their store again for all of my servicing needs!
Its important to know this is NOT an Apple store, it instead is a private business that specializes in Apple products. They sold my wife a laptop with a promise of satisfaction, no hassle guarantee for 14 days. Having excellent service from Apple for the past 10 years, my wife trusted what was said to her (not knowing that Simple Mac is not the same as Apple Inc). After having it 4 days we decided the processor was not adequate (especially for the money we spent). Upon returning, they wanted to charge a 10% restocking fee which was never previously mentioned. They also previously quoted $99 to perform a data recovery of our old laptop to my wife. Instead, when I returned to the store, that turned into a $69 non-refundable fee to try and IF it is successful, another $250 to recover the data from our old laptop. On top of that, the Apple warranty they told her she purchased was a Simple Mac warranty, not Apple. So it locks me into dealing with this shop for all my service and repairs for the next 3 years, not Apple direct. This is NOT the same as having an Apple care warranty. Im not against charging fees for data recovery. Im not against restocking fees and Im not against them having their own warranty program. Its how and when you find out this information. Thats why I am posting these details. We have decided we would rather pay the 10% restocking fee, rather than be forced to use this store for services for the next 3 years.
The staff were quick and helpful with my problem. Even though my phone had an odd screen issue, they did their best to solve the issue quickly and politely!
Maurice helped my husband get a very important feature restored on his iPhone. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and we really appreciated his expertise. I highly recommend this staff and store.
This store is absolutely amazing! They have everything apple and I absolutely love it! They are certified by Apple so if you get your repairs done here it will not void your warranty! The environment is so welcoming and friendly it makes me come back for more. The staff here are so nice and it makes me feel so welcomed, Especially when I need a repair or just to buy something. We went in knowing what we wanted so it was a simple and quick visit. The guy who helped us checkout was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always seemed to solve whatever issues that have come up—whether it be replacing or factory resetting my various iPhones or giving advice about all the Apple products we use.
Absolute FRAUDULENT business. I picked up supposedly brand new phone here that didnt work from first day. I took it back to store 3 times and sent to Apple twice. Theyll just wear you down with numerous returns until so called B.S. warranty expires claiming nothing wrong with it the whole while. Then they publicly respond to complaints saying to contact main office so they can take care of it. Total B.S !!!.They never return emails or numerous calls from me or BBB. This should be negative 10 stars.!!! NIGHTMARE!!! AVOID!!!
Great service! I had an issue with my iPhone 7 and went to Simply Mac with an appointment. Response was prompt and the technician is quite knowledgeable. He figured out the issue in just 2 mins and said that some parts need to be replaced and they had to send it to Apple to fix it. And, its for free as Apple is aware of the issue my phone is facing. They said, it will take up to 10 business days, but I got my phone in just 1 week. I would definitely recommend Simply Mac for any issues with Apple devices.
Had a wonderful experience with the repair team - they saved me hundreds of dollars and multiple trips to the store by helping me figure out how to request a repair exemption on a broken laptop keyboard. They also repaired my computer in 3 days instead of a week. I am so thankful for the amazing customer care. Thank you especially to George, a very knowledgable and helpful repair technician! I will definitely be going back.
We’ve always had good experiences here both on the retail and the repair side. During peak times / new releases their wait times can be a bit much. Probably the best “Apple Store” in the Chattanooga area. Blake took great care of us this past Friday. Overall I’d recommend Simply Mac. Just be sure to sign in for repairs once you walk in and try to be patient.
The employees here are so nice and helpful. I have been twice, once to get my phone fixed and once to buy a computer. I never do internet reviews but I felt I needed to in this case.
The people were friendly. However the guy at the counter left the counter while my new I Pad was still on the counter and someone stole it. They gave me another one it just took a little while longer and they were very nice. They did not enter my information right into the system and now my warranty has the wrong address and I dont know what else.
Last Saturday went in to see about getting an iPhone screen replaced. I was told that would be no problem that an appointment was not necessary, and if I wanted it done the same day to bring it in early. Today I was the first person in the store when they opened, and was told that they only fix Apple products by appointment. Fortunately, this mall also has a My Phone Repair shop, which fixed the phone in less than an hour. I will NEVER purchase anything at Simply Mac again.
Always a wonderful experience coming into Simply Mac! Courtney went above an beyond to help me today and not once did I feel pressured. She took the time to go through all of my options and made me feel great about my final decision. Great place, great staff! 👍🏻

Dropped my phone off and came back exactly one week later. The staff remembered me by name and explained my entire repair in great detail, from mailing my phone to receiving the replacement they were in constant email contact with updates. Great job on their part. Highly recommend this location.
We stopped by the Simply Mac store at Hamilton Place Mall. We spoke with Sam and Blake. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. With their help, we were able to make just the purchase that we wanted. Good job!

We had a great experience with Simply Mac. We brought our device in without knowing for sure what to expect but the technicians viewed our account and advised we were covered under AppleCare+ insurance, so the cost was minimal and the new device was received days earlier than expected which was a definite plus. The only thing I would suggest is that they try and have more staff available for afternoon and weekend customers. Other than that, we were very happy and satisfied with the outcome.
I work in a small, local, computer repair shop. We primarily work on Windows computers, but we do get Apple products in from time to time. The majority of them are people who had their computers screwed up by Simply Mac. If you need an Apple store, go to Knoxville and go to a real one.
I walked into this store, pulled my phone out and asked an associate if they had a phone in stock because i was going to have to have a replacement. They said that I would have to make an appointment to figure that out. Although I thought that was ridiculous, protocol is protocol and i cant argue with someone doing their job. I agreed to make an appointment, which the first available was 2 hours away. I showed back up after two hours and as soon as i pulled my phone out of my pocket the gentleman said sir, just so you know we dont have the red iphones in stock. I kindly took my phone and left.I was very disappointed in the customer service, and feel as if this was very avoidable and inconsiderate.I will not return.
I have been a PC user all of my life. I decided to make the switch to Mac because I think overall they are better. I came into this store and did a little research on the Mac and went home decide if this is what I really wanted to do. A week later I went in and plopped down over $4000.00 on a new Mac. Love the Mac. I went back to this store a couple of weeks later to ask two very simple questions about the operation of my new Mac as I am new to using the Mac. I approached one of the sales consultants to ask my questions. He asked me to wait while he went into the back room. When he came back out he informed me that he was not allowed to answer my questions but would be happy to sell me a “class” where I could learn all about my new Mac. Needless to say after spending four grand with these folks I was flabbergasted. I left and went to Best Buy and asked their salesperson my questions even though I told him I had purchased elsewhere. He was very polite and answered all of my questions no problem. Needless to say I will never spend another nickel with Simply Mac. Best Buy has earned all of my future business. The only reason I gave Simply Mac one star is because I couldn’t give them a lower rating.

Great Service! Call and make an appointment as they are slammed! Dropped off my MacBook Pro on a Monday and they had it ready by Thursday and they were quick to notify me! Friendly, knowledgeable staff!
Got an significant attitude from the petite male employee. He approached me and asked if I had an appointment in a aggressive manner, I asked if they had AipPods in stock he acted like he was offended and told me they didn’t have any. My friend went in after me and said they were on the wall. I was polite, didn’t “jump line” or anything else that could be deemed socially unacceptable, even giving consideration for the current COVID situation.
I called for information ahead of time, took my MacBook Air in and was checked in immediately. The employee was polite and helpful and told me Id need to leave the computer there for the technician to check it out. I was told what the charge would be to have the computer evaluated and that the tech would call me when he/she had looked at it. That happened the next day. Because the problems were extensive, I decided to replace the computer, but was very pleased with how Simply Mac handled the entire process. I would use their services again.

Outstanding service! I made an appointment for the replacement of my Mac Book Pro battery. Although there was a line of walk-in customers, at my appointed time a service tech met with me, diagnosed the problem and ordered the new battery. He kept me informed of the arrival time for the battery and had my computer fixed immediately after the battery arrived. Pick-up took less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

Made an appointment by phone. Was unable to get it set up online. Arrived on time and was greeted promptly, checked in. Were missing a technician but, were able to handle my battery replacement issue in a timely manner. Technician was very helpful and courteous.

Clear and uncluttered store with products logically displayed. I needed a power supply for my MacBookPro. I could find the correct one within two minutes by myself and then purchased it. The purchase process was efficient and friendly. He was having trouble with the printer to give me a receipt, so I suggested he just email to me. With a couple of clicks, that was done. I definitely recommend this store.
I had purchased my Gadget screen protector from this store. My Gadget had a crack in it and under the warranty they would replace the screen protector. After having came in once before to have it replaced and they were out of stock I returned to try again. They still didnt have the replacement and the woman customer assistant was empathetic to my situation and was able to resolve my issue perfectly. Best customer service I have ever received there! Thank you : )

Apparently you do not know the meaning of customer service. Customers are neither greeted or acknowledged in any way when entering the store. I had to grab someone coming out of the back room who acted completely oblivious to the customers there just to purchase a service warranty for my phone. I will NOT be stepping foot in that store again even if I have to drive out of town for service. Hopefully Atlanta, Knoxville or Nashville will know the meaning of customer service.
