Walking in to Cigar Man and meeting local celebrity Terry Turner is always fun. The selection is incredible and the prices are excellent. The humidors are incredibly clean and the cigars are in amazing shape. The best part every time I go in there is the awesome conversations. The staff knows their stuff and when Terry is holding court he is ready to invite you on whether its your first time in or your his best friend he makes everyone feel welcome.

Really happy we decided to pop in to this local shop before heading home from vacation. This is for real aficionados. Proprietor knows his stuff. Our son likes to get a couple sticks everywhere we go, but is on a bit of a budget. The advice and recommendations were great. Picked up six total. Great atmosphere, nice area downstairs to enjoy one in a relaxed and UNpretentious setting if you choose. Make this your go to whether you live in Chattanooga or are just passing through.

The very first time i the business with the cigar man treated me with very hospitality and dignity on his infused cigars the one that I particular like is kuba kuba very good

Dont let his age fool you, he is a very knowledgeable cigar enthusiast. He answered all of my questions, recommended several excellent cigars, and never once made me feel like I was keeping him from getting back to his own cigar like Ive experienced in some other shops.There was a great variety and selection from classics to boutiques and even several hard-to-finds.I highly recommend you hang out and enjoy a cigar in their lounge if you have the time. I was there late on a Wednesday afternoon and didnt get to meet any regulars, but if my time with Jeff was any indication, Im certain the locals are a great group of people too!My only complaint is that its 2 hours from my home in Franklin, TN! Ill definitely be back!By the way, the Perez Carillo La Historia torpedo he recommended based on me mentioning I consistently enjoy Nicaraguan blends is absolutely delicious! One the best cigars Ive smoke in a while!

This is my go to cigar shop. They have a good selection of cigars. Chris and Terry are both great and very knowledgeable. They helped me out when I was new to the cigar world. If you are looking for a place to pick up a few cigars check them out.

Best customer service ever. Bought a humidor and other accessories plus a selection of wonderful cigars recommended by Terry. Visited with my non-partaking wife and Terry even fixed her up with some remarkable gifts. Definitely the best shop in Chattanooga!

My husband and I stopped in just to grab a couple cigars after we had dinner but once we walked in, were warmly greeted by the owner we decided to stay and smoke there. It has an amazing atmosphere and great people with interesting conversations to be had. Thank yall for such a warm welcome and a beautiful experience. We WILL be back when we are in town.

Learned a lot about quality vs quantity in cigars and the recommendation for my birthday cigar could not have been better!! I love this place! If you’re looking forward r a good cigar, this is the premiere place in Chattanooga to do it. They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, it is locally owned and operated, and you’re not going to break the bank by going here.

Visited here from the UK, fantastic shop, massive range of cigars, I asked for some small mild cigars to take home for my Dad and the ones he got are the best he has ever had.Brilliant customer service, I was offered the chance to enjoy the smoking room but we were pressed for time, will go back in a couple of years.

Great place!! Owner was very nice and helpful explaining what might be a good selection for me. He also had plenty of suggestions for places to eat around town and obviously takes pride in the neighborhood.

5 stars are for exceptional places...this is a very good cigar store...but not exceptional. As the neighborhood grows around it, I believe they will be an established business and part of the rebuilt South Side of Chattanooga.

Terry runs an awesome shop. The atmosphere is simple, authentic, and without a hint of pretention.Its a great place to pick up a stick or box, and the value is certainly high. He is passionate about his product, and has made great recommendations to me as a newby.But... Dont miss the lounge. If anything, its even better than the upstairs shop. There is a sense of bon vivant every time Ive been to visit.Youll need at least an hour, since you wont much want to leave!
